    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I am an unfortunate customer, for whom after taking fiber connection after 5 days it stopped working. Complain no.SRC00001APJCM. also engineer mis behaved as I called him up (Mr. Samir) he kept on rescheduling.

    @JioCare @JioChat I have already taken new jiofibre 699 plan on 11 Apr for 3+1 free and paid for 3 month.on 27 apr I ordered fre setup box nd again i paid 942 rs and taken 100 rs ott pack. Why I paid again if I already having 699 plan.And stl waiting for installations.kindly help

    @JioCare Hi, since yesterday JioFibre speed has been very slow, pls check, JioFibre service is very bad.

    @JioCare How much more time is required to get a solution for this small issue? Now I am very confident that you guys are just lying. Else it wont take this much time. This is really bad customer experience. I regret taking your service. This is cheating.

    If you convert from Jio prepaid to Jio postpaid then they again charge you with the Jio Prime membership .... Aren't you taking double charges from the same customer, when he had already paid for the membership once @reliancejio

    Oftenly Rural areas customer's are facing low internet speed. It might be @reliancejio @JioCare either it is @airtelindia. We are preferring such companies for good services not for worst service's.
