Why upload speed is too low in @reliancejio ? It comes to be around 500kbps (or even lesser), which cause delay of 2-3sec to the other end while I'm presenting screen. @JioCare - Any support that I can get?

@JioCare most pathetic service, i had booked an appointment yesterday at 5pm to fix the internet issue no one turned up , when I called back the response comes they will book another appointment at 9 and now i call there’s another slot provided at 3 pm . WFM affected no solution

@JioCare your international roaming services are almost a fraud. Your IR support team on WhatsApp is an even bigger fraud. Making me spend money on IR packs which don’t work. You guys don’t belong in this business. Shut down your IR roaming services. It is shameful.
