    @JioCare Sorry none of these work and need a technician visit to my place ASAP. Speed has dropped to 56Mbps and repeated approaches to CC over chat, email and various other sources is getting on my nerve. It has been 2 days already I am facing this issue.

    @JioCare I have very poor network in my are Chengalpattu, tamilnadu. I contacted customer care a month about poor network issue they said they will sort it out but till date the network is so poor.

    @JioCare Thanks Sahil, I have sent you a DM. Although, I had a conversation with your customer care, got disappointed with their response and planning out to port out again from Jio to @airtelindia as I felt being cheated. But still I have elaborated my concern to you, please check.

    @JioCare I am getting transferred. Hence asked for closure of JioFiber as relocate to new city not allowed. Contacted customer care, they suspended JioFiber acc and said some representative will come and refund deposit money. Still waiting for that representative!!

    @reliancejio @JioMart_Support @JioMart I placed an order on 04-Sep for INR 44. Post order it showed likely delivery on 07-Sep. Till yesterday order not received. Jio mart support on their own called in evening and said they are cancelling the order. #1/2

    @JioCare we have raised a complaint on broadband not working for last 4 days. No one is not responding. The worst behaviour i have ever seen in jio.

    @JioCare team Jio we have 100 plus connections and your support is like if pigs can fly JIO will improve let us know the highest contact in Chennai or we will move to competition !!! We have to run away from office to get signal !!
