    Hey @JioCare , I activated a new Jiofibre pack just 2 days ago, but JioTV is still not working. This is really frustrating, especially after paying for the service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Really disappointed with the service of your people

    Paid FULL 6-month advance for my #JioFiber plan. Still my connection was disconnected over a ₹91.13 bill. Promised 15-day promotional validity not honoured. Sent 2 emails + escalated to Appellate Authority. Not even a single reply! Is this Jio's Service? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Leave it, I don't think you are trying to solve the issue, otherwise I don't have to explain you same issue. It's better to port out. That will be easier for me, you took 90 days and still asking me what is the issue? First issue is customer support? First improve it.

    Shameful service! Since 19 June, my JioAirFiber has been down. Complaint SR000038V4Y5 is still pending, SR000039BONN was marked as a missed appointment without any engineer visiting. Stop giving false promises of “tomorrow” and fix the issue. #JioAirFiber #Faridabad @JioCare
