Despite complaining 7 times, and 5 service requests every advisor either hangs up the call or disconnects the chat. Very absurd. Nobody is able to solve a simple issue that i have on my phone number.

Shaswat Deep (@deepshaswat) reportedTwice the person said there is no issue with Jio talk to Netflix support. I had already done that before calling Jio. They put call on hold and then disconnect. Twice people understood and when contacted senior, call got disconnected. @JioCare
