    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but there is no resolution. SR00003A2DLD. No engineer has visited despite repeated follow-ups. My wife works from home and cannot work due to this outage. Please resolve this urgently.

    @SoumenMamonPal @JioCare Now when I call to engineer via app he said he already leave the job. Fraud company fraud customer support fraud service I also complaint to consumer helpline you should also do.

    Day by day @reliancejio network is getting worst everywhere what shortcut method they use for 5G must be seriously investigated! They are looting people at mass scale. @PMOIndia should seriously look into this, we have no expectations from @JM_Scindia.

    @JioCare, My internet has been down since last Saturday. Despite raising a complaint, I've received no update on when the service will be restored. Calling your helpline is equally frustrating, as there's no way to speak to a customer care executive. Kindly resolve this issue.
