  Idk whts the prblm wid @JioCare service the internet services drop regularly without any solid reason and they charge for a connection which was asked to be cancelled in the first place pathetic service every time I think to switch to jio...

  @JioCare Very disappointed with JioAirFiber service. The Relocation option is not showing in the MyJio app, and despite raising multiple complaints, the issue is still unresolved. Please resolve this immediately and enable relocation for my connection. #JioAirFiber

  @JioCare The service request was raised on the 26th and still the issue is not resolved yet. It's a simple wire cut connection or the fuse issue in the box. other connections are working fine in the box. Worst customer care service.
