@JioCare Hi Jio team, all settings are okay and I am enjoying internet speed from 10am to 5pm but after that It goes paused. Network is okay all time. I call without any disturbance but net is not working. Why is net slow at evening? Postal code - 848301

@JioCare @reliancejio Raised an MNP request from @VodafoneIdeaIN to Jio on 2nd Jan and the Kyc was rejected after 5 days. Executive is avoiding to come to home and do a ReKYC.. CC says that raise a new request for MNP and forget the money previously paid. Nice support!

Absolutely horrible service by @reliancejio it's been 3 days I applied for a new connection the installation for supposed to happen yesterday at 1 but no response from the team neither any of the executive are picking up the call. Horrible service @JioCare #jio #JioFiber
