    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI #jio apart from that isn't providing a proper customer service responsibility of a service provider when required by their customers the most pathetic experience I have ever had with anyone when it comes to customer service.

    @reliancejio internet services, u r one of the worst service provider. Raised a complaint yesterday 29 July 22 afternoon and the customer service guys have rescheduled of attending the complaint to 6th aug 22. Do u ppl have any sense in doing so. I want to switch back to Airtel.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice placed request for relocation of connection. received message that connection is being terminated permanently. called customer care, they say can't change request from their end. connection will be terminated in 2 days. 3 coupons I have will be wasted.

    @reliancejio very poor service. Wi-Fi not working. Called up on ur toll free no and time was allotted for yesterday eve. No one came, complaint was shown as resolve. Again called up today and 5:45 pm time was allotted but agin no one came. Service ID 299559651472 req sr00001CJRSP

    @JioCare one reminder per day is enough you dumb head. Jio is reminding before every call made. this is the shittiest experience you can provide to customers. the worst kind of degradation of services is wasting time of your customers.

    @reliancejio Hii here s V B Mishra from Dewas state MP. 02 days ago I have pay the money for new jio fiber connection. Jio team allotted no 07272352294.but they told i have not installed in jiobox and all accessories tools .please help me ..
