    @JioCare @reliancejio Update: No engineer visit or contact even after 24 more hours On contact from my side I was informed that engineer visit was on hold citing construction on the site (Delay tactics), whereas no construction work is going on. Customer care was extremely rude & unprofessional (1/2)

    @JioCare We have 5 mnt plan of jio fiber And total bill in advance paid rs 1900 apx But bill generated May to oct amt rs 2370 Aprx how can u increase 500 rs if u not modified bill I will close this service. Lootna band karo

    @JioCare facing connectivity issue since last one month i have raised complain multiple time over the toll free number but they are just restarting router every time not providing any concurrent solution i am very fruatrated due to this also due to this i am not able to do work
