  @reliancejio unacceptable. Escalate this to the senior network/field team immediately and restore my connection without any further excuses or delays. Please provide a clear resolution timeline and ensure this is closed only after the service is actually restored.

  AI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

  Strongly suggest to avoid for #Jio for telecom/broadband services. 1. Bought a new number sim from Jio Store on Sunday, (30th August) - its still not working. Visited store 3 times. Call centre puts on hold for 50mins, just to forward call to a Sr. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare I applied for Jio Air fibre on aug 5 with order number NO0001F10WME. No eng visited and it was never installed. There was no option to follow up too. I got a different service provider in the end.

  @reliancejio Very Very poor service and response from Jio fiber new connection installation at Rewari jone. Very bad experience with Jio fiber team.

  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio This is their scam. As per the engineer, they never refund the 3M advance you give. They gave me back 200/- & closed the case. I had to find & reach out to the head of service for Jio and make my case to get them to try & expedite my full refund that came 2M later.
