    Dear @JioCare please generate the CO number (Cancellation Order) for the Service request SR000014TCK6. If you generate the CO number, then someone can come and pickup the Router and STB.

    @JioCare we got Jio fibre connection 4 days back. From that day only we got network for 12 hrs. Other times its not working. I made complaint also but no luck. If I m getting this type of service, thn I doubt if I will continue with Jio
