    @JioCare Unable to DM. It is restricted! Will my fiber issue be resolved ever? Again I rescheduled an engineer visit for 29.04.2026 b/w 6 to 7 pm but again it was rescheduled from backend without my consent. This drama of automatic rescheduling is going on for 3 days but no resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing continuous outage with Jio AirFiber in Rauta, Amour, Purnea (854315). Internet is extremely slow (~4 Mbps) and service is almost unusable for days. No proper resolution yet. Please fix this urgently or provide a clear timeline.

    @JioCare This is the stock response that is being copy pasted for all my msgs. Don't you people understand English??? Your meaning of "at the earliest" is whenever you want to do it. It could be next week, next year, next decade, never. How long does a customer put up with this rubbish?

    Many times I called technicians and customer care but hardly they visited. Customer care close complaints on their own without solving and visiting office. Why are not solving problem? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Fiber connection has been down since 22 April. Despite multiple complaints to customer care and escalation to appellate authority, the issue is still unresolved. No engineer visit, no resolution timeline given.This level of service is unacceptable.
