    3 days of delays by Jio Fiber NO INTERNET. Visits rescheduled repeatedly, service put on hold without visiting, and executives not following scheduled times. One executive even suggested closing my connection. Poor service and no proper resolution yet.@JioCare

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare Na na na. Airtel Wi-Fi is good but god bless you if any problem occurs. Their customer care is the worst. Words can't be enough. Worse than anything you have ever experienced in life. Worse than anything I have been through.

    @JioCare I have been Jio fiber user for over 6 yes. I initiated relocation request on 25th n the uninstallation happened on 26th. No update on installation at new location. Why I try calling the customer care, they say my uninstallation was processed n it disconnects immediately.

    @JioCare Hi Pawan, Thanks for the quick response! I have been raising the same issue multiple times via call and the ticket have been raised but no response have been provided to me as t all. The team didn't even bother to contact me before closing the service request.

    @JioCare The technician called me this morning but hasn't shown up yet and isn't answering calls. Waiting 3 days for a WiFi disconnection fix is unacceptable. I'm definitely changing my service provider once the subscription ends.
