@JioCare is there a way to speak to someone in jio. The 1991 contact is bakwaas. I get to speak to a executive while I am on airtel. But porting to jio ..imade a bad decision

@JioCare @Aajadqureshi Please do not join Jio. I am writing from Lucknow city. My net is down since 11 Sep. whenever you talk to them, they promise 24 hrs. Nothing so far. Yearly subscription is sunk money now. Joining Airtel black today.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have raised the cancellation request SR000016EDHX on 27-Aug of my Jio Fibre. Again raised the request to Appellate SR000016LJFZ. Even after following multiple times, device has not been picked up. This is the scam running by Jio. Poor Services.

@JioCare Have sent you the details in private message. Kindly take care. It is not acceptable that you can't restore a service issue in a Metro city in 3 days. Doubtful about the service in tier2 or tier3 cities. Highly disappointing and good reason to switch to other providers. #JioFiber

@JioCare My internet services are blocked. A complaint was raised at 9 am yesterday. Till last evening, I was told that engineer will visit yesterday, at evening, I was told, engineer will visit today 9-10. Now, I am told that visit will happen today evening. I am HARRASSED.

@JioCare This thing already shared with your service team and customer care many times till now and 2 times visit also happened but no resolution and it's 11th day of installation, also you people have activated plan without any internet services, pathetic is least we can say
