@reliancejio @JioCare I have booked a jio fiber connection on 10th August. Till now installation of order is done. I have done too many follow up with sales person and customer care but still my connection is installed for order noNO0000MIQSH2. Please help me to resolve the same.

@SaikiaPranjit @reliancejio @himantabiswa And none of the service providers followed the 4hrs rule. Vodafone disconnected at 8:58 am and reconnected exactly at 4 pm. Jio was disconnected from sometime around 7 am and hasn't resumed services yet, it's past 4:05 pm.

@JioCare @reliancejio Had taken a Jio Fiber connection in a rented house. Had to move out, so I requested cancellation of service and removal of device. Now after 45 days and multiple calls to jio care, the case is still same. This has to be the worst service on can provide.
