    @reliancejio Tbh, the worst customer service which I have ever seen in my whole life. Despite complaining 7 times, and 5 service requests every advisor either hangs up the call or disconnects the chat. Very absurd. Nobody is able to solve a simple issue that i have on my phone number.

    The network of @reliancejio is worse these days, once my plan is finished i guess i will be switching back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneGroup

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your network services ( voice &Data both) are pathetic and you are not doing anything to fix it !!you guys are nost unethical service provider, you charge for 4G and your services is not even 2G

    @reliancejio hi jio 5g service customer care.I am using samsung s20 FE 5G model(not older 4G model), still no 5G coverage for me.Note already using 5G in another mobile.

    @JioCare hi since yesterday I am following with your service team to activate my jio fiber connection. Every time they confirm me within 15 mins my connection will get resumed.I urge you to get it address and get connectivity on urgent basis. My connection no : +91 1243508927.

    Not just that, they also mentioned that the SIM cards won't be back in stock for the next 3-4 days. The internet anyways doesn't work half the time, I think it's about time I switched to @reliancejio

    Twice the person said there is no issue with Jio talk to Netflix support. I had already done that before calling Jio. They put call on hold and then disconnect. Twice people understood and when contacted senior, call got disconnected. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your jio sim prepaid executive is so rude that i shall never advise anyone to order prepared jio sim , you must teach how to behave customer to your jio sim delivery agent , never expected such thing from jio , hope their senior manager reading it
