@JioCare I did the unplugging step and waited for 5-10 minutes before switching it back on. It’s still not working. The red light keeps on blinking. Please resolve this as soon as possible. I had already done these things on my own before contacting customer care.

@JioCare @reliancejio now you started doing business with customers services you provide less coverage of ur network hence user cant use its data and services try to change ur strategy u are taking money for the service and we know government is biased @TRAI take action onjio

They are as same as @reliancejio , @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even they are in a race to provide us worst service.. They are doing in perfectly good way..

@reliancejio - Very bad quality of JioFi 4 device. Just out of warranty and device stopped working. Visited Jio Care and was told that motherboard is gone and service would cost 1.9k and new device is 1k. #jiodigitallife #CustomerComplaint
