@reliancejio why the speed of jio is decreasing day by day There was not a single network on jio for last 42 hours in Barrackpore ,Kolkata where as airtel was giving a decent internet speed where jio has not done anything. Jio has become the India's biggest sim distributor .

@JioCare Currently the speed of network is between 0kb/s to 30 kB/s it's happening from about 6 months several times I have called the customer care executive but they only gives excuse of maintenance or upgrading process please look into this matter EA 25/3 Baguiati Kolkata

I’m writing this to @reliancejio @JioCare as I made recharge of 2599RS of 1Yr and by recharging this the consumer will get @DisneyplusHSVIP but I didn’t get it my jio Hotstar premium is not working yet and I made a complaint to jio center also on 11th June but still not resolved.
