@JioCare Hey your network is on terrible shape since the Cyclone hit Calcutta more than a month ago. My network has disappeared even though it shows 5 bars on the screen. I can even get thru on 198. I think it's time to go back to Airtel.

@reliancejio I have a jiophone which is really very problematic phone. After 6months used the keypad did not work properly. After 1yr used the phone signal blinking i.e. the jiophone was not working.

@reliancejio @haptik People actually don't use these tools. It's just another tougher way to read a simple FAQ section of a website. Alexa / Google Assistants are still something one can play with but in general when you need support, you need another human in other end.

@JioCare How can u say that coverage in my area is Good when d Speed Test shows a bad network. If there are many users u hv to set up more cell sites & beef up yr network. You guys have been promising a new cell site since last 3 years. Only when customers leave, will yr network improve.

@JioCare This is really a disgusting & pathetic service from Reliance Jio Fiber. U guys don't show UR CAF Form which i never signed it. U don't show the other address which I am NOT aware of it. What's UR problem in correcting the address still I'm not able to understand.
