    @JioCare The problem did not solved , yet you have confirmed that it is . Now I have a duty to call jio care every day to raise the same complaint everyday. Isnt this a incompetent of your team as its been 7 days with the same issue with not a single proper response from you.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    @JioCare @reliancejio In spite of repeated complaints, why it is that my home fiber connection from Jio breaks down every now & then? My children work from home in shifts and any single breakage leads to their sufferings. Get your maintenance more stringent and your customer support should be guided to behave more sensitive while talking to suffering customer and not ask irritating questions while keeping them hooked for long times. They should take note of customer problems and log complaint in the system immediately so that backend teams can attend immediately. But they say that their process is such designed and unless they follow all steps, they can't log a complain. Majority of these agents work from home with poor signal coverage and weak internet - so their systems too respond very slowly, adding to the customer suffering and time wastage. I am tired of your service and unless rectified immediately, I will switch to Airtel or local ISP, who are more customer friendly and act fast. My Jio fiber ID is 3335949562

    @JioCare Hlo @reliancejio and @JioCare, How many days you need for refund. In every month we need to pay for recharge of wifi bill before your deadline. If 1 min exceed you stopping the services. But if we cancel the any of service taking more than a week for refund. Is this fair?

    Hey @JioCare #jiofiber , it’s disappointing that there’s no option to cancel a yearly subscription and get a refund for the unused period. Even more concerning, this limitation isn’t clearly disclosed before purchase or easy to find in your documentation.

    @JioCare No ! no ! The issue persists Internet is not working for 10th time router rebooted , dine July 3rd the same condition.. no resolution yet. We don't know local engineer we don't know anyone who can help . Terribly sorry jio you guys need to pull some socks and resolve this
