At least we deserve proper support from humans not bots

While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

As there is no competition Airtel and Jio customer experience is degrading day by day and I should say they are least bothered about customer complaints. More competition required.
