@JioCare @shersinghbajwas Sure take them on, only to provide them with sub standard speeds, network conjestion and lies about #jio4g network and god forbid if the person resides on the #darksideofthemoon then suggest "moving to a suitable location" instead of providing remedies.

@JioCare SR000011Q3ZB can I get this status. I am traveling all over India, every where i am getting same issue, already I escalate that this is a sim card issue not network issue. How can you give analysis report with out proper troubleshoot? Is it solution.. really disappoint

@reliancejio @JioCare my father by recharged his phone worth INR 1299 with the wrong plan. Your customer care is suggesting to recharge again with the correct plan and forget the earlier recharge. Can you help us transfer money to correct plan. INR 1299 is no small amt to forgo.
