@niki_cares @talktoniki I recharged on 29 March 2019 for INR 1000 to top-up @reliancejio @JioCare .But it's not reflecting yet.Transaction is successful and amount got deducted too.#help

@JioCare @reliancejio your mobile internet connection is still very slow and inactive most of the time in my area. I had also proposed for using my rooftop for a booster / tower installation, but all in vain. Please do something.

@kumarrahul10000 @JioCare Wrost speed ever i had by any company I have 3 sim card But all are performing like 2g when I complain about it then they reply your area has I pressure we are solving the problem as fast but nothing done by Jio I have complain 2 many times But the speed was like 2g

@reliancejio Useless Cusomer care service, don't have any knowledge I will request everyone to don't go for JioFiber at all. I have contacted them multiple times for their convience to deactivate the Zee5 subscription as I have decatived the Jio Fiber connection but they never know how to do.
