    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare i am using fiber for 1 year now. Suddenly there is latency and everything is getting disconnected. Customer care doesnt understand a thing abt latency. No knowledge cant speak properly. Its so frustrating. Selling fiber with this quality?

    @JioCare I had a talk with 2 Jio service guys. They are pitching me to do new installations instead of relocation or else it will take 15 days to relocate. (Relocation area is but 5-6 buildings away) Is that Ethical?

    @Vivo_India @JioCare using #vivox80 frequently facing 5g network disconnection. My Numb is not reachable by friends and family. Jio says to switch off VOWIFI to receive Voice services seamlessly.Does this solve the problem?? Please discuss among yourself. Hv rest network setting

    @JioCare What kind of a service are you guys really providing? The technician was suppose to reach out by 8pm but still there is no call nothing form anyone! Also on calling the customer care desk you guys are asking to keep the call on hold and disconnecting later! Is this for real?

    @reliancejio waiting for refund since 6th oct, no response, chasing the jio team. Dear Customer,refund of Rs.8846.46 has been initiated for your JioFiber connection with Order no. NO0000N3BFNH. This amount will be auto credited to the original payment mode within 7 business days

    @JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for airfiber connection. in my colony there are other connections as well at some distance from my home. The jio agent told me that it is unable to do so as the device is not available. Please help me to get a jio airfibre connection.

    @reliancejio @JioMart_Support @JioMart I received order id JM6A250D7F013B9B99E1 just now , delivery agent misbehaving when I told him to verify items before giving OTP , he has said he will not match the item and will cancel the order. Without checking items how can I give otp.

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio On yet another Sunday, our family movie plan is ruined. Buffering 10-15 times in just 10 minutes of viewing on a paid 100Mbps connection is unacceptable. Despite paying for premium service, the speed is terrible and customer support offers no real help

    9 days without JioFiber service. At this point, one would think Jio is repairing an undersea cable rather than a local fiber connection. The sheer negligence and indifference of @JioCare towards paying customers is beyond unacceptable. Every day brings a new excuse.
