@JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

@JioCare The team has come and asked us to return the Jio Fiber box. So, I had called up the customer care and asked them to inneciate a refund and get the Jio Fiber picked up. This was really a bad experience. Hope your service improves very soon.
