    Jio fiber is One of the worst wifi network provider and the speed of the wifi is 0.85 mbps they tried everything the Replaced the router still its not working and i will never suggest anyone to use jio fiber . Had a great experience with jio ๐Ÿ˜ก@reliancegroup #jiofiber @JioCare

    @reliancejio i purchased a jio obd tracker around 20-30 days back. it has stopped showing any notifications & not logging trip from last 2 weeks. also wifi hotspot is not working what a cheap chinese product you people are selling & nowhere are any details mentioned to contact!

    @JioCare I am paying for a full month of JioFiber service, but every month the connection remains down for 3โ€“4 days due to repeated outages and poor service. Paying for 30 days but receiving only 26โ€“27 days of service is unfair. Kindly resolve this issue and compensate. @TRAI

    @JioCare I am facing repeated internet disconnections on my Jio AirFiber connection. The Wi-Fi signal is strong, but the internet keeps dropping on all devices. Service Request SR00003AFSFV was raised on 6 July 2026, but the issue is still unresolved and no engineer visit .

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JM_Scindia Despite multiple disconnection requests and sharing all required details, my JioFiber is still active and a new bill has been generated. Disconnect it immediately and cancel the incorrect bill.

    @JioCare It's been 8 days since I reported this issue. No engineer has visited and no action has been taken. Every time there is a power cut, the entire Jio network and internet stop working for hours, indicating the tower has no proper power backup. This is affecting all users.
