@JioCare @reliancejio I have already disconnected the jio fiber service on 28th March 2022 but no one came to collect the setup box. I have submitted the setup box in jio office on 13th May but till yet I haven't receive the payment. Account verification is also done.

@reliancejio @JioCare I had requested to install new jio fiber and paid 3 months advance rental. Jio visited and said we will not provide internal cabling through existing pipeline and went back saying to cancel request. Look into this on priority.

@JioCare @reliancejio please close my jio fiber connection and initiate the refund. I have got the Airtel Fiber connection installed. Jio's post sale support is pathetic. No one picks up the call or look into issues reported by customer.
