@JioCare hi, i ordered a jio sim using my jio app and i wanted to cancel it.I got a message from Jio about the details and then delivery guy called and asked the code in order to cancel it.And now I see that order is successfully serviced instead of cancelled message. Pls help.

@JioCare Really surprised..even after 8 days of raising so many tickets, an engineer is not turning up to even check the problem. After scheduling so many appointments, every day I receive a message just before the appointment time stating there's some technical issue causing delay.
