    @ViCustomerCare seems like you dont want to resolve my issue.I havent gotten my new sim activated yet,only the old sim is working and the network gets cut after every 2-3 mine.I have already visited the centre two times now, resolve the issue or I am switching to @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 4 days now and still, my link is down. The customer support said (in consecutive 2nd days) that an engineer is going to visit my place but no one came around. Extremely bad customer support. Pls rectify the issue.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I tried my best to tweet this using your so called jio fiber connection, but it's worst than anything I have ever seen, So many complaints, so many visits, still not able fix the issues. Please hire some good technicians As suggested by ua technicians

    @JioCare It is available as the cable has been installed last week and I have inquired about starting date of the service, to which I was told it will start in Jan 2022. So I will be shifting to Jio Fibre in the new year.
