    @JioCare jio mobile can be declared as worst network coverage operator of the year as I had a worst network since years & no resolution got complaints. Even the Wi-Fi calling not getting enabled continuously and facing worst experience & unable to call & receive calls & Data.

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a wow service you guys do provide. Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Look into this.

    @JioCare I've already faced issue with jio. Hence moved back to Airtel. Now moving back to jio I'll need to wait 90 days i suppose. However, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia doesn't seem to bother to even acknowledge my issue. Worthless Airtel

    Worst service from @JioCare and @reliancejio marketed jio fibre as 3months + 1month package free option but now stating as its not their fault and it's marketing team fault. Don't fall in their marketing strategy where you get suspended from services in mid month.

    @JioCare Mam I am leaving our station for a week now and will be back on 12th of December, and I will not allow any service engineer in my absence at my home. So this means I will be loosing 10 days of my recharge which is approx 500. Now u only say is your service not poor?

    @reliancejio @JioCare is Jio True 5G support esim in samsung phone or only phisical sim, because i have not received TRUE 5G welcome offer for esim mobile, whereas other physical sim received welcome offer, both numbers are located in same place and under family plan.

    @JioCare Dear Mr. Sharath, A guy named Deepak (Phone: 958XXXX980), has arrived. Asking for ladder to attend my complaint. He claims, the company doesn't provide ladder, its the consumer, who has to provide it. I asked to call his superior, he named, SONAL, and Sonal also told, we don't have any ladder. Pls let me know, should i go and buy a ladder first??? or your people, can fix the issue? @reliancejio @RIL_Updates

    @JioCare t’s not fare. We paid money I lossed nearly seven days of internet and my works also disturbed without internet. If we tried to call customer care support calls are not connecting no proper rspince and proper problem resolving what is this all nonsense

    @JioCare Thr is no schedule or reschedule option.When the engineer last visited (15/6) he said I will bring the modem tomorrow and fix it. How come now there is a pole removal issue coming up ? The internet pack I have should provide 100 mbps speed. I'm not getting even 20 mbps speed
