    The network issues is persistent and its been 3 years I'm facing issue even there is an tower 🗼 nearby still don't have network access and coverage and the Internet slow sometimes I couldn't connect to the Internet This is ridiculous Claiming to be Indias fastest @JioCare

    @JioCare How do you expect your customers to contact you after terminating their mobile account. I am regretting for porting my number to Jio. Very disappointing customer care. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Order no . NO0000FJOW9H Registered Mobile number. 7303684030. Request for @fiber_jio installation. Its been 5 days now i am asking for this. Jio service is really poor. If you can't just give the refund. Why we should suffer because of unprofessional JIO service.

    @JioCare I am using the Jio mobile & Jio dongle since two years sorry to inform as soon as I teach my society where 250!flats are there, network is zero,I have complained this several time with jiocare through mobile but no response.

    @JioCare I paid ₹6090.12 for 6months jiofiber connection in mar 2020 and trying to get a Invoice with GST but no support. After 180 days no one can give a invoice for the amount paid?

    @JioCare really fed up with Jio service, for new registration, sales team does false promises & after subscribing, Jio doesn't even care about you. I paid for Jio Fiber, while registering JIo executive promised that installation will be done by next day. No progress since a week.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have handed over all the devices and accessories in best condition, which were used only for 3 months because of bad service by you. But got only 50% as refund? Any justification for deducting 50% amount? Also the cancellation and refund took 3 months.

    @JioCare great new business by jio Fibre, initially tell to customer not recharge and then block the acount due to no balance and when the account recharged after set up box just disconnected and tell to purchase a new one i.e, again invest for new setup box . Loot machoo loot

    My @airtelindia broadband connection was scheduled to be shifted within city last week. No one has contacted me yet. Your app doesn't help at all. Crashes most of the time. If unaddressed by today EOD, i will switch to @JioCare broadband

    @JioCare Jio fiber is pathetic, inconsistent network, keep disconnecting, their service engineers are also inconsistent, someone called that he will come this morning but he disappeared the way their network disappears, Time to discontinue and plan to switch to @airtelindia
