@JioCare worst customer service and just in case jio fiber internet stops working then either you need to reach Ambani or God coz CS don’t know anything. Technitian visit on their own convinces and in my case not till now! @Airtel_Presence #JIOTrue5G #jiofiber @reliancejio #5g

@JioCare no respect of customer time and money. Eta for tech visit has already passed and no-one called till now. CS disconnected the phone stating “system restrictions” hence they don’t know when the issue can be fixed. Is there a problem in providing an simple ETA?

@JioCare the problem is that when i called for cancellation they said i will not get a full refund of my security deposit, but the installation guy said that i will get a full refund no conditions applied.
