@JioCare Can I know when can I get network in my colony. Network signal one or none in outdoor. Indoor worst. No action since a year. Vertex Lakeview villas, Nizampet, Hyderabad, Telangana-500090. If it increase signal at least 2 signal bars constantly, We can have calls.

@JioCare I am JIO Fiber customer. Usage report that i get from my JIO app is not at all Satisfactory. I am unable plan my bandwith on daliy basis. Also I see the usage report of only 3 days. The start time it gives is incorrect, not sure how it picks start time.

@MethodbeatLive @JioCare @reliancejio @_DigitalIndia @OfficialJioTV I can do that maths... But we used ACT internet for more than 1 years and never short of data., 400 GB per month is sufficient even after using heavily. Almost 10 hrs a day in Amazon Prime with HD quality.

@JioCare pathetic service pathetic speed do i need to escalate everytime to get speed or you want me to switch to other broadband service. Airtel is way better than jio fibre cheap and high speed.but here we are paying huge amount and getting such pathetic speed.worst service.

@JioCare lodge a complaint on May 13th it's been more then 5 days still receiving the same answer from jio customer care "The boy is on the way reaching in half hour" it's hilarious and sad. Worst customer service I have ever experience. Nightmare if you working from home.
