    @JioCare Really stunned from service guy of jiofiber,I called him because of the internet issue, after fixing it he says we won't be able to come and fix your connection again, so better cancel your jiofiber else no one will come service you.#JioFiber @JioFiberVoice

    Hi @JioCare, @reliancejio I recharged ₹707 for a 60-day 30 Mbps offer on the ₹599 plan. I returned the OTT set-top box. If I switch to the ₹399 plan (₹470 with GST) 30 Mbps, will the 60-day validity remain and will the ₹237 difference be adjusted? Please help

    @Reliance Jio My JioFiber hasn’t been working for 2 day right after recharge. The wire is cut (don’t know how/when). Complaint raised, appointments scheduled 3–4 times, engineers assigned twice, but no one showed up. Mailed support too, no help. Need urgent resln @reliancejio

    I have not received the SIM card either. I have lodged multiple complaints via email and the customer care helpline, and nearly two months have passed since then. Why is there no resolution for this extremely poor system? @JioCare @reliancejio @nationalconsumer
