If you are planning to go for @reliancejio fiber, i would recommend you to think thousands times before subscribing. They have the worst customer support I have ever expirenced. It's been 3 days since it's not working and they have no answer to it. @JioCare #jiofiber

Hello @reliancejio , I have recharged my jio fiber postpaid for half yearly plan on 21st July 2022, when I recharged it shew that the validity is upto 21st February (1month extra) but now it is showing that my plan validity is expired. There is no support from @JioCare.

@JioCare Thanks for your as usual reply both speed test done in same location with same handset and to use internet net we cannot go near jio tower for best speed, earlier Jio speed was awesome now it becomes 2G or 3G speed. Pls send engineer to fix the speed issue. Many user face same.
