    @JioCare Life sucks using Jio net. I use a Jio Dongle one of the worst experience I had on 2nd Nov 2020..I have recharged at 5.30pm and by 2am it says data plan exhausted and i hve not used till 2am first and 2nd any time i try to use it it's buffering.Cheater!! Company!!

    Jio network sucks.. This is the worst network in our Area,Signal strength is very low cant even open youtube page, Google, Facebook.I did complaint many times but no improvement. now will change the service provider @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare It's disgusting how u handle customer issues. I'm unable to watch since 3 days & u only use chat to understand wat the problem is & that too entire day & reply every one hour.. I'm still waiting for my issue to resolve. Y can't u call, vist and get things sorted? Worst experience

    @JioCare - please fix network issues as you claim of delivering 4g speeds, but the reality is that the network speed is so bad that even myjio app is unable to function on that speed. please fix this immediately.

    @JioCare the live streaming of cricket matches don't happen in the morning hours but still the network speed is pathetic, your work from home data packs are of no use since it is practically impossible to work with such slow speed. Can you please resolve???

    Dear Team @reliancejio @vodafone After getting extraordinary service from Vodafone ( Worst service ) I have decided to shift to Jio, everything was smooth the port process and all, after inserting new sim of jio today I am not able to receive any call from Vodafone operators.

    @reliancejio It was a great experience to deal with @JatinChadha.People like him define the customer service to its best.I highly recommend Jio fiber broadband ,because of their on time 'after sales service' which most of the internet service providers in Surat are lacking.

    @JioCare internet not working since the past 4 days. Everytime I call customer care, a new person picks up the call and gives assurance for resolution within 24 hours. SRs getting closed marking resolved without a solution, despite requesting escalation. This is last resort!

    @BSNLCorporate You plan on competing with @airtelindia @reliancejio with low rate plans but what about the after service, we don't care about a 100 or 200 Rs but a better service. I demand refunds for everyday when I wasn't able to use the service with interest. #CustomerService

    @reliancejio @JioCare No proper response from the Jio team. I had done a mistake in filling the form but not able to get it corrected. There is no system to do correction online where the form is to be filled online. No customer care service. Very poor after-sales service.
