@JioCare @reliancejio I installed jio fibre yesterday. The issue is with set top box. I am using 4k smart tv but the picture quality through set top box is so poor that images are not clear and blurry. I changed the resolution to 4k @60hrz.

Jio network sucks.. This is the worst network in our Area,Signal strength is very low cant even open youtube page, Google, Facebook.I did complaint many times but no improvement. now will change the service provider @reliancejio @JioCare

Hello @JioCare I have a Jio-Fi gadget that was purchased and used in Jharkhand state and now I'm shifted to Odisha state but there is no network at all, even after staying in a network reachable area. Other Jio SIM have the network in the same area. My no. 6201252826 solve it...
