I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

Neither I have got any mail nor any text about the cancellation. Once you have taken the money, you have started harassing the customer. You haven't done anything #jiofraud #jioscam

It doesn’t power on unless the adapter pin is adjusted, removed, and reinserted several times. And no one responds to complaints. @DoT_India do u have any regulatory power left to pull up telecom companies. Your salaries are still coming from the Consolidated Fund of India not Altamount Road.
