@JioCare 1/2 My jio sim suddenly stopped working from yedterday evening though it is inserted in sim card 1 slot it is showing no sim card.there is cross sign in the network bar place.

@reliancejio facing issue in network, call drop, suddenly network disappears, even change the sim, but same problem , call gets disconnected, how to solve this ?

Last 2 interaction with the customer care executive have been terrible, after interacting for good 15 minutes they hung up the call, when i asked to move the call to their supervisor they started cursing over the call, the calls should be recorded and feedback asked @JioCare

Such terrible services by jio fiber customer support for such a trivial issue of changing registered mobile number, It has been 2 months and they are not able to resolve this issue, did not expected this from jio(jio number - 1262355526) @JioCare
