@JioCare 1/2 My jio sim suddenly stopped working from yedterday evening though it is inserted in sim card 1 slot it is showing no sim card.there is cross sign in the network bar place.

@reliancejio @JioCare @Jio Your Network is totally failure in Howrah- 711312 District only network bars are there but no Internet working. How to spend a day at home in lockdown, if there is no internet! Reliance Jio Network is so bad, we don't have to see anyone! #Reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancegroup Thx for reply but i think there is some issue with tower near by area gandhi nagar,firozabad. Jio's near by tower is on shanti nursing home,Arya nagar,Firozabad.i am guessing like this because jio center in firozabad told me like that and told me complaint on 198.

Had a terrible experience with jio e-SIM customer care executives. They either hang up the call, do not say a word (i can hear background noise) or put my call on hold. I tried calling them 5-6 time but I’m done now, switching to Airtel. JIO IS **** @JioCare @Airtel_Presence
