One of your executives said that it's been raised on 16th April and one more said it's raised on 29th after multiple follow-ups. It's been more than 3 weeks since the cancellation request was raised. If tech team is busy, the cust care can’t even raise SR. Even if you get SR raised after much of brain drain, it’s closed without resolution
