Karthik (@John_Karthik) reported@JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.

Calling customer service is also useless as no one is picking calls. For how long will this issue continue?
