    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s internet is not working in Jharia district- Dhanbad 828111. Its been more than 2 months since this issue has prevailed.Have switched to @reliancejio for two of my numbers. Will do for rest if it continues.

    @reliancejio @JioCare postpaid connection was allotted without my consent,where as I was preferring prepaid. Kindly reply. I have approached customer care also but did not get satisfactory reply.

    @JioCare @reliancejio inspite of several request no representative of @JioCare has visited our place to fix the problem of Amazon prime which included in Gold plan of jio fibre. We are not able to watch Amazon Prime. Really disappointing.👎👎

    @JioCare How many times will u ask for DM/calls/emails? Can u pls focus on resolution as the location is same which was given when the said complaints were lodged.

    @reliancejio Device collected on 24/07/21 but still not received deposit money. Not getting any revert from anyone. Can any senior person help in getting the refund.
