@JioCare My issue is that jio's network in particular is very bad in surat , i hopefully ported from Vodafone but that was a bad decision.

Very rubbish service @reliancejio @JioCare New Jio Fiber connectivity has been done. The network has not been coming for 20 days.There is an employee of a Jio customer whose name is Rishi,+91 78598 01642, he doesn't even talk properly. Closed the complaint without working. 🙎

@JioCare Though your Jio Tower is only 100 mtrs. away from our flat. Speed is disgustingly slow and only 198 same record is playing. Please do something immediately. In the guise of 5G don't ignore 4G / LTE Customers. We are also paying you.

@reliancejio didnt recieves any call or missed call alart at proper time..cant connenct any ph call in a single try...have to flight mode the phone 50-80times per day to use call or data services..so why in jio? Thinking to port another network.
