@reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India last month to be with jio. Worst network. Next month port out from jio. No services. Low network worst then 2g. No solutions from jio. Many complaints zero response. Waste of money. No difference earlier reliance now jio.

@JioCare one of my friend has lost his mobile phone bearing jio sim card. He is trying his best to contact on Jio Customer care repeatedly but he couldn't get connect. Whichever had found his cellular phone is using this Jio Sim card. Plz revert asap.

If you can't resolve problem of jiocloud then either make seperate department of customer care for jio cloud or stop all the other services of jio...after mentioning the problem they are again repeating that...worst kind of service by jio @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare I have disconnected my jio fiber connection on 28th Feb, service request SR000019208R raised but its closed without any reason. No one from jio called me. I have contacted Jio care more than 5 times and also local jio engineers more than 50 times.

@JioCare Every time when I call Jio care they will raise new request, but they dont know why existing service requests closed without any action. Seems no one want to pick device and refund the amount. I have never seen such a worst service and bad behaviour of engineers.
