    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat It's Good News That Jio Customer Support Said we Can't Resolve Your Broadband Internet Issue. Since the last 6 days I have been facing it. First they collect Money From my side to recharge the connection then Closed my internet and now no response.

    @JioCare Slow speed issue from last few months has not been solved, good coverage but speed is very less, too much fluctuations in speed , plan to discontinue postpaid connection..

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had applied for a connection for my office and paid the money. 2ce the appointment of the technician was given and I went there and he did not turn up. Also no one is picking up the phone now. Kindly get the problem sorted or give a refund I'll get airtel

    @JioCare @JioCare @TRAI my jio number is 9022906300. i am located from surat 394101. I have been watching for a long time now that the internet is shut down from 8 to 10 o'clock at night. And for the last 3 days I have been trying to call in customer care but there is no contact.

    Very rubbish service @reliancejio @JioCare New Jio Fiber connectivity has been done. The network has not been coming for 20 days.There is an employee of a Jio customer whose name is Rishi,+91 78598 01642, he doesn't even talk properly. Closed the complaint without working. 🙎

    @JioCare Issue from more than 2 months not called temporary.Increasing users is not problem u should have to look for that also,if users are more in our area & we have not getting good speed than you have not taking less amount of recharge,we are paying same as users experience good speed

    @JioCare Thanks a lot for your efforts without resolution. Now customers like me will never trouble you and your company Reliance Jio Fibre as I have already applied for refundable deposits of 6500/-and six months subscription for new plan paid on 27.6.22 operative 9/7/22.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI The Service of Reliance is worst experience till now they have taken more than 45 days for my issue till I feedback or resolution given to us for my Complain regarding disconnection of business account of Jio Not advisable to any one to take it

    @JioCare I have been repeatedly trying to contact the people involved in my KYC and installation, but no one is taking ownership of the issue. Responses have been rude and unprofessional. If a service cannot be delivered, it should not be promised. Very disappointing experience.

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, Please arrange for a technical engineer to visit and check the issue on-site. This problem has been occurring for many months, and I am still experiencing very low speeds and frequent disconnections. I am extremely frustrated and need a permanent resolution.
