You keep changing date and time on your end and have the ***** to lie- “service engineer couldn’t access premise”. engineer was at my home for an hour, had 2 cups of chai and bolted. My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” SMS. Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t.
