    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI The Service of Reliance is worst experience till now they have taken more than 45 days for my issue till I feedback or resolution given to us for my Complain regarding disconnection of business account of Jio Not advisable to any one to take it

    There is so much issues I’m facing in internet connection in jio fiber like it seems that 100 MBPS is a joke now and even the main office doesn’t get connected for this issues , no services or return call I received, the internet is working so poorly. @JioCare @JioFiberVoice

    @TRAI @reliancejio Whom & how i contact customer care of giga fibre for very bad service? Called customer care 4-5 times but each time my call ended,failed to file complain thru Jio App,even unable to contact executive who was in charge when i installed giga fibre. 😡😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare i have raised request for slow internet speed 1 hour ago even than also no technician is being alloted and facing low speed (below 1mbps) from morning. No satsfactory answer from toll free . I that how you deal with jio fiber business users? Same problem always

Prepaid users are being forced to visit stores for conversion that doesn't even work. Time to switch to a more reliable operator. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Pathetic service. First your representative wastes my entire day with false commitments, disappears without responding, and then your team cancels the lead without my consent. If this is the experience before installation, I can imagine what happens after.
