It's the biggest mistake to switch from @airtelindia to @reliancejio. 1. Installation take more than 24 hours. 2. Sales team only respond for connection but never pick if problem comes. 3. Service team is very smart to fool customer and not having attitude to support customer.

Pathetic service by @reliancejio First time I contacted them on June 03, 2022, they told me that they are working on it and resolve the issue in 3-4 days but it’s now 2023 and the problem is not resolved yet. Before working on 5G it’s better to improve 4G services. @JioCare
