    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare my internet is not working since two days, raised a request but your service guy marked it as solved without even coming, and calling me and telling why did i raise another request. Is this kind of behaviour what we expect from jio ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI The Service of Reliance is worst experience till now they have taken more than 45 days for my issue till I feedback or resolution given to us for my Complain regarding disconnection of business account of Jio Not advisable to any one to take it

    @reliancejio the worst network of jio that I feel. not only my connection but there is my family members network connection. please ASAP try to solve problems. if u not solve this problem I have no choice to change another network & also a my family members.

    @JioCare My issue is that jio's network in particular is very bad in surat , i hopefully ported from Vodafone but that was a bad decision.

    @JioCare Sir buy the entire @GTPLHathwayLtd company. So get it from a crap engineer who could not solve our complaint within 6 days.

    @JioCare The connection has resumed, now please extend my current plan to cover charges when the Internet was not working i.e 20 days since the connection was active( 10th July). You can access my account to check usage for this request. Writing becoz there is no response in DM.

    @JioCare Issue from more than 2 months not called temporary.Increasing users is not problem u should have to look for that also,if users are more in our area & we have not getting good speed than you have not taking less amount of recharge,we are paying same as users experience good speed

    @UnionBankTweets @RBI i do a recharge in jio @JioCare its complete more then 10 days. I have talk with union bank customer care he take a complaint and but still today i didnt get my money back. And i try to call in union bank customer care more then 5/6 time but call not connect

    @reliancejio Thik se 3G internet speed bhi nahi dete or 5g launch karne chale.. Worst internet speed i have ever seen on jio. No-7359164646 , location - udhna Surat

    @JioCare No refund yet, 31 days since cancellation and 12 days after giving bank account details as jio could not refund on source payment mode. I wanted to create a new order for jio fiber but now looking at their worst service even before I become a customer, good that I didn't.
