    @JioCare My issue is that jio's network in particular is very bad in surat , i hopefully ported from Vodafone but that was a bad decision.

    @JioCare Issue from more than 2 months not called temporary.Increasing users is not problem u should have to look for that also,if users are more in our area & we have not getting good speed than you have not taking less amount of recharge,we are paying same as users experience good speed

    Beware ! Jio Fibre is smartly ridiculing people. When your plan ends, they smartly convert it into postpaid, without asking the customer. The customer care says that you should have called us before the expiration of the plan to discontinue the service. #Unlawful @JioCare

    @JioCare I'm tweeting through someone else's internet. My jio internet is not working properly and how does I install and do so.... Third class service and app and everything pissed off the @JioCare give me some plan so I think about it @Airtel_Presence gave me the best welcome package.

    @reliancejio Jio internet speed is very slow. I contact customer care and complain them but there was no improvement in internet speed. ASAP please improve jio internet speed

    If the internet can be slow due to Overcrowding it should not be done even during the day Because there are very few users during the day time. @JioCare

    @JioCare @vishaljaiswal And if the first call is an emergency call then should we have to wait for your announcement to finish and then u connect our call till then person may die also. Which customer has asked you to start this type of announcement. and by the way it's not for only 01st call only.

    @JioCare the slowest network is I feel that is jio network. please try to solve network issue. there is not fault of my smart phone I already checked it. there is only issue of not only mine but also a in my family jio network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.
