@reliancejio 2G is better than jio 4G experiencing worst network coverage. Please make sure you have better 4G coverage before launching 5G. Every time I complain I will get same answer. Takes 120 days to install new tower. That 120 days still not happening from 1 year.

With SR0000153MW5 as my request number, waiting for service engineer to come to fix my internet issue whole day, its more than a month that my commercial internet is not functional, finally decided to say goodbye to Jio fiber & avail Airtel instead. Ghatiya service @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I'm literally furious right now. I called customer care for a complaint and they said they won't take action as they don't have information. Simple thing was I already have 2760 deposited with Jio then why am I getting bill overdue SMS?

@JioCare Please make sure that an engineer visits tomorrow i.e. sunday - 30th may, for installation of setup box installatiomln. I have made many complaints earlier as well, but no resolution. Make sure engineer is not late for this matter atleast.
