    @JioCare Internet speed is pathetic even though the signal strength is good at my place not even getting WhatsApp messages and mails.

    @JioCare worst ever network speed @madanapalli(517325) even 2G on bsnl Is better not even getting messages on WhatsApp.

    @JioCare 2 weeks and counting..we were given a time for today for engineers visit but Jios terrible service yet again is true..No engineer turned up today either!!! Only wasting our time on calls and giving us dates with no one really turning up...

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare - Please confirm which date problem slove ? Because jio executive already told me Jun 2022 slove issue but still JIO tower not install.

    @reliancejio @timesofindia The customer service that I have received from @JioFiberChennai team was the worst service. Order Jiofiber STB and paid full amount but they are not bothering to come and install in Bangalore location n penalized for the service that can't use.

    @jadiyavivek @JioCare @reliancejio sir how many days it had been since the device pickup I am also facing the same issue they are not able to refund the installation charges of Rs 1000 since more than a month

    @JioCare @reliancejio The engineers are poorly equipped and educated. They fix neighbour's connection and disconnect mine. This is the third time this has happened. Please improve/educate the engineers. Highly disappointed on losing office hours because of this unprofessionalism.
