    @JioCare Its been more than 4 weeks of me getting the jio fiber connection disconnected but you guys through your automated calls keep calling me 3 times daily reminding about paying the advance bill to continue service. Pls stop this nonsense immediately, highly irritated

    When I shifted from kolkata to delhi I ported my sim from vodafone to @reliancejio for better connectivity but looks like it's just not able to even serve the network inside a street . And the stupid customer care executives keep calling to recharge

    @JioCare My incident 1st slot time was 11Am to 12Pm.. Then after 12.45Pm my service time was changed to 1.30Pm to 2.30Pm .. now it's crossed 2.30Pm.. When can I expect to resolve..
