This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

Fed-up with the fu***ng data speed of #reliance #reliancejio #jio4g at my home. It's not even on the verge of deliver the speed as promised. Please assured us that you are not gonna fix it, so we can choose the alternative.

@AMInautiyal @JioCare @reliancejio Any security deposit paid to jio is gone permanently. I haven’t received my refund in the last 10 months. I have lost faith in their service. Refund policy is not in accordance with the proper rules, as followed by other telecom companies in India.

@AMInautiyal @JioCare @reliancejio The amount of money in question is ₹ 250. But the lesson learnt from this incident is priceless. Never trust Reliance Jio with Security Deposits. Money out of your pocket as security deposit is gone, and gone permanently, never to come back.
