This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

@reliancejio @jiocare I am amazed to know that you cannot provide any resolution before 24 hours since the user is facing issue on your jio fibre. Considering wifi is prime requirement for people specially these days of WFH. Hats off to your pathetic service.

@JioCare Not able to understand.....What details you are in need. I clearly written my problem.... recharged twice but my payment not refunded or extended for 2nd month. Same discussed with your agent on 25th Jun and she assured it will be taken care....Nothing happened is the issue
