Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Despite 5G recharges, even 4G barely works, especially 5–10 PM we can't even send texts. 1000+ Jio users are affected and may port to Airtel if not resolved.

I was initially told it would be done on August 6th, but now they are saying it will be installed on August 8th. For such a major company, the service is appalling—Airtel would have been a better choice. Jio has been disappointing right from the start. I am attaching a screenshot of the payment. The request number provided to me is LR00001ELIW3, and the reference transaction ID is 2020080221045000029 / 0636121751279229. My mobile number is 8104022446. Ultimately, I want to know when this installation will take place—or if it will happen at all. @JioCare
