I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare @jiofibergurgaon, my wifi is down for 4 days in a row, In my view, it is ideal to provide atleast some alternative if you cannot provide wifi service. What Am I paying for if I have to buy mobile data every other day?! Common!

Not just this wen i ased the Engineer who came to install #jioFiber to get the wiring through the conduit (that has no electrical lines), he denied doing so & askd to get the wiring urself & then ask them to install fiber! A bad first impression of the service from #JIO @JioCare

@JioCare if u can't address such problems then why d hell harassing consumer's by providing used numbers. Receiving calls from/for previous owner is one thing but receiving calls from UP BIHAR RAJASTHAN who r searching sushil Kumar on run is matter of concern.
