Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Karan (@your_karann) reported.@reliancejio @JioCare 80+ HOURS outage in Naubasta, Kanpur (SR000034KMEF) and still NO resolution. This is complete negligence. No ETA, only copy-paste replies. My work is severely impacted. As per TRAI regulations, outages beyond 24hrs require compensation.
