This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

Fed-up with the fu***ng data speed of #reliance #reliancejio #jio4g at my home. It's not even on the verge of deliver the speed as promised. Please assured us that you are not gonna fix it, so we can choose the alternative.

@reliancejio Tell me one thing that even after recharge your customer will not be able to use the 181 rupees 4G plan benefit. I want to activate the plan now. There is no option to activate at My jio app plans section, tried so many times. 19914 saying that no plans in queue.

@reliancejio i made a blunder today by mistake recharged wrong numbers in hurry as it was saved with my dad's name. Yearly recharge of rs 2545 and now unable to get my money back contacted customer care and he just disconnected the call. Can you guys tell me what to do now.
