Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

When I finally contacted Jio to ask what was happening, instead of resolving the issue, you simply cancelled my request and initiated a refund. WHY?

My mother is having Jio sim and she requested to recharge number and recharge was converted to smoothing data plan. So, i called to customer care executive Alpesh he told me Jio is not allowing to degrade plan once you recharge done.

Never faced such issues. Ask your field employees to focus on real troubleshooting instead of insist for OTP and close complain
