Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). As stated, I experience issue mostly in the evening hours after 5pm and this is happening for more than a year, so clearly it is not fixed and don't think it will soon so please escalate this one! can't wait anylonger.
