    This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

    I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

    @JioCare @reliancejio when can I expect the refund? Hope you people won't fail in refunding, the way you failed in installation of new connection. Also, refund should be as smooth and quick as taking new booking (till billing is done) @ImAtulKansal

    @JioCare Last time they changed fiber and hung it on wall as they didn’t have enough fibre. Said will come back in a week to change and they never came.

    @reliancejio To, Head of Operations/ Marketing of Jiofiber. Your Marketing team CG Road A'bad is full of cheaters. They cheat the people at the time of providing connections of Jio fiber. Make false commitments & sharing incomplete information. Kindly take necessary action.
