    This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

    I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

    @reliancejio Order No. NO0001E2FU0E JioFixedVoice No. +911135735614. Deliberate harassment being done by ur representative Rahul Yadav (9523799229). He called me at place at 11 AM to install this connection, but since then he is not picking up phone. I called him 5 times till now but no response till 1:32 PM. The one who took booking (Mob No. 9310139597) is also neither picking up my phone call nor responding to WhatsApp text. Is this how your company harasses the customers. I have paid the three months bill amount in advance. This pure deficiency in service and thus, not acceptable. Plz take against these two frauds of your company and inform me about action taken failing which I shall be taking this matter before concerned consumer forum having jurisdiction.

    @JioCare Order ID: NO0001DM32TS. ₹2,221 was collected on 16 May, but the WiFi was never installed. I received a refund message on 22 May, yet now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a refund. This is blatant negligence and poor service. Refund my money immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing internet disconnection, buffering and wifi disconnection with tons of complaints but no resolution. Kindly look into this as this issue is a consistent past for 2 months and still the problem persists. Service Request number SR000038KG1L

    @JioCare shirisha, I had already raised refund amount issue almost 12 days back but still received partial payment also no detail update or what that SR000038G39V is about & there is no new SR for remaining refund amt pls help 🙏 to bring the better resolution.

    @JioCare I have a jio air fiber connection, now it becomes normal to have slow internet speed. No customer support is there. Always we have a automated reply that team is working on the same. Absolute pathetic service from Jio Air Fiber. I would urge people, please do not buy.

    @JioCare @jiocare do not fall for their false promises. They are neither able to provide connection nor refund. 16 days since my connection request was cancelled by them till today I'm being made to wait for refund of 1200 rs. @reliancejio great customer services standards
