Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Subham (@super_tibs) reportedIt’s been 1.5 years since I first reported the lack of Jio network coverage in my area (May 2025 → Aug 2026). The engineer acknowledged there’s no proper 4G or 5G signal inside our homes and keeps saying he’ll “check with the team.” Still no tower, no resolution. Around 15 families in my society face the same issue. I have 3 yearly Jio plans—please refund the unused amount so I can switch to a provider that actually offers service. @JioCare @reliancejio
