@JioCare @JioGigaFibre Hi Jio folks. So after lodging a disconnection request with you on 6th of April, my device has still not been picked up. Your engineers have no sense of punctuality and either call an hour before scheduled time, reschedule half an hour late, or never come.

@JioCare Hi, I just called customer care and came to know that the engineer visit has again been postponed. Do you understand how frustrating this is? You failed to provide an engineer visit for 3 days. Worst customer service, no control over field staff.

I am using jiofiber since july2020, I am unable to access the jio gateway router using the default username and password which is necessary to setup NAS for my jio fiber. Your customer care says this issue cannot be fixed hence you cannot use jio gateway router portal. @JioCare
