Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly it everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle.
