Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Deliberate harassment being done by ur representative Rahul Yadav (9523799229). He called me at place at 11 AM to install this connection, but since then he is not picking up phone. I called him 5 times till now but no response till 1:32 PM. The one who took booking (Mob No. 9310139597) is also neither picking up my phone call nor responding to WhatsApp text. Is this how your company harasses the customers. I have paid the three months bill amount in advance. This pure deficiency in service and thus, not acceptable. Plz take against these two frauds of your company and inform me about action taken failing which I shall be taking this matter before concerned consumer forum having jurisdiction.

I received a refund message on 22 May, yet now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a refund. This is blatant negligence and poor service. Refund my money immediately.

Always we have a automated reply that team is working on the same. Absolute pathetic service from Jio Air Fiber. I would urge people, please do not buy.
