I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

This isthe second time in 20 days that my @JioFiberVoice connection is down I don't know the @JioCare does really bother about their customer I tried to get help from the technical team but they said that they will visit my house after 2 days i.e on 15th MarchReally disappointed

@JioCare @reliancejio Customer care ensured that local engineer will callback and do the installation but no response after 4 days. For every request to get processed, we have to call 100 times. #Jio is Least bothered to retain its customers. #Ambani

@JioCare Why JIO Blocked VPN for mobile users? I can not connect my Client's VPN only on Jio network, I tried to another network provider then i can connect to my client's VPN network. so it seems like that JIO blocked VPN access to mobile users, tell me why???

I mean this is how @airtelindia claims to be India’s top network provider. Just to retain their customer from not switching to some other network provider, they can pretend themselves to be @reliancejio @JioCare employee.
