Most of the time, they just take money, earn interest on it, & return it after 2 months when customer gets frustrated. My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” SMS. Send a network engineer to my location and fix it, or clearly say you can’t.
