    @JioCare Dear Jio network provider, 5th reminder - I am facing huge issues with Jio network, not getting proper signal, I have been calling customer care so many times but not getting any solutions. Kindly solve the issue or else I have to go for another network services.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio team whenever there is electricity ur network works fine as electricity is cut the internet speed and network just suck. Please do something this is the problem in my near by location. Just a kilometer away from my home it is working fine. Please help.

    I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

    I got many complaint regard to this area network problem,including myself...every time i used to get my solutions ..my dear @JioCare ,polietly says "sir, ur not the only one ,facing the dikana falana......**** why should i take ur service @reliancejio #not_pleased

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, cancelling my order without resolving the issue is not a solution. My relocation request (SR000033UJZ1) is still pending, with no engineer visit or progress. Please explain why it was cancelled without my consent and arrange immediate relocation or full refund.

    @JioCare reference number SR00002KQRFQ , Despite reporting the issue earlier, I am being asked to wait for 3 days just for an engineer visit. The visit is still getting delayed, and there has been no resolution so far. This delay is causing significant inconvenience.

    @JioCare It’s been days and my rebate SR (SR0000348COB) is still “in progress” with no update or credit. How long should a customer wait for a simple rebate? This unnecessary delay is unacceptable. Kindly escalate immediately and process my full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority

    @JioCare I have already tried your settings twice, but nothing changed. This is not a settings issue. The Jio tower in Para, Hardoi stays off most of the day and works only for 1–2 hours. If this continues, people in the area may switch from Jio to Airtel. Please check urgently.

    Another eye opener post: I cancelled my @jio_fiber connection request on 17th April. So far I had to call @jio_fiber customer care several times to take update on my refund. They keep telling a new date of my refund. Please be careful guys. @reliancejio
