Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Despite repeated complaints, the problem remains unresolved. How can customers maintain their trust in Jio if they do not receive good service, a better network, and reliable connectivity? Please provide a permanent solution to my problem. Customers stay loyal by receiving good service, not just by paying bills.
