@JioCare @reliancejio Everytime I latch on what’s app JIO IR Care, agent does nothing but basic trouble shooting and tells me Network Team will update! No TAT given! If you can deactivate SIM with no reason whatsoever, why can’t you re-activate it again immediately!? PLS REVERT

@reliancejio My number 9986982133 has been bared from last two days after making payment to my previous service provider Vi. Jio is not taking their responsibility for activation of my no.,the Jio customer support people are simply cutting our calls service is worst #Jio= worst service

@JioCare Then why jio sales person took money (3 month advanced ~3600/-) from me. Does your company SOP allow taking money from customer if you cannot provide connection. it is over week now. I am sure their is scam going inside company and top managment need to be informed.
