    @JioCare This Month installed a jiofibre wifi @ workplace executive from jio first of all for his tgt he said buy wifi ull get trial offer in which for 1 month u get 13 Ott app free n than as u recharge as ur needs..To my surprise when ystrday I tried to login in one of the app.

    @JioCare Hi I have made a complaint on 20.08.2021 that my Jio fibre router is blinking red and internet is not working. Since that day i have been daily following up with your customer care. Its now 7 days past but you are not able to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Waiting time for jiofibre complaint to attend is min. 24 hours after generating token. During the conference, jio fibre lost internet connection. They are not even bothered to check the system for any technical error or anything else. No other means too.
