    I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 DAYS and BOTH my JioSIM internet AND JioAirFiber are completely dead. 3 days of zero connectivity. 3 days of calling customer care with ZERO response. This is pathetic after sales service! Will you refund for every day my services have been down?

    @JioCare Till now, no one has arrived. It really feels like common people are being harassed by this kind of service. There is no one to look into the issue and no one to listen. The system is worse than “Andher Nagari, Chaupat Raja.”

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber plan includes Zee5 Premium. If it’s a premium subscription, why am I seeing ads every few minutes while watching movies and series? This is affecting the viewing experience. Please clarify if this is normal or a subscription issue.

    @Hardism You simply ask the AI voice to connect support, I have done it and it works. Sure @JioCare lacks in many things but this is simply untrue that you cannot connect to human support.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 1 week since I made the request for relocation and also paid you Rs 1200 as a relocation fees. I never received a call back from you meanwhile I called your customer care everyday to get the status on my request. If you can't install it refund me

    @JioCare Quiet frustrating. Last 7/0 days. Speeds fluctuate way to often. Streaming on YouTube Netflix etc is slow. Feels like jio is lagging. Why.

    @JioCare I want you to reopen the existing ticket and resolve my issue as early as possible. Please be informed that Jio is not the only provider available to me, so please resolve the issue today itself before i consider moving away. Mind you this is 5th day running
