    I have purchased the new jio phone from jio store ashram (Delhi). The offer on my phone was 1 year free unlimited use for buy nee phone. I have not received my 1 year plan till now. Kindly help me. H have called to customer care but they are put my calls on hold @reliancejio

    @JioCare @prakashg13137 Never book jio fiber. I paid 6 months advance + security deposit, but the service engineer came for installation not only mis behaved but also took all the instruments back. Just avoid such company

    It has been 3 days that I haven't been contacted or informed abt what to do with the jiophone. Pls help me it's urgent. I need to know why d stores are rejecting the jiophone from taking return. When in the 1st time it was informed the money is refundable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I got msg from jio that u r giving unlimited data after full usage of my daily plan, but i didn't get it and speed is too slow, unable to contact on jio cx care no. Why fake promises if u didn't fulfill them ???

    @JioCare Do you guys have any customer feedback sense or not. I want my jio plan to be refunded immediately. @TRAI What actions are you going to take on jio when many of people like me have lost so much money due to network disconnection.
