@JioCare I ordered JioFiber connection on 19th May and my Order Number is NO0000LM86LS. I got installation appointment date for 26th May, I tried rescheduling it for today and customer service assured it will be installed by today but still installation isn't done.

@JioCare EVERY DAY, I'M GETTING AN SMS FROM YOU FOR APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED. AND THEN AN SMS THAT SAYS "We tried contacting you for the recovery of JioFiber device for service ID 400123478744, but were unable to collect the device". ALL THIS WHILE NO ONE FROM YOUR SIDE HAS VISITED.

Getting Jio Fiber connection is very easy, but getting it installed after you make the payment is like chasing olympic gold !!! I wish the after sales service improves, if not coming to levels of Airtel !!! Am still waiting… @JioCare @reliancejio
