Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). My question is why this happening so many times within 2 months of timeframe this is 3rd - 4th time. Pathetic. Please find the root cause and fix that.

Kavitha Shankaran (@KavithaShan11) reported@JioCare Your support completed all troubleshooting on 4 Aug and confirmed that the issue could not be resolved remotely. I was assured that a Field Engineer would visit on 5 Aug at 10 AM. I waited the entire day, but no engineer arrived.

Keeps saying the same thing like he memorized it. Insists that address is not clear and he doesn’t know where to come to. What’s the problem with delivering without troubling the customer? Yesterday he gave me a list of multiple OTPs that I need to send. Why? Why is he involved in the activation process? What sinister game have the reliance mercenaries cooked up this time?
