Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Sebi only ensure that people not lose their assets in crypto currency because it's fluctuates. They support it but in controlled manner not in hurry that people usually do for money.
