Never faced this much of call drop problem @reliancejio not a single call complete without call drop no matter it's an audio or video call it gets disconnected and then the network is also gone once the call get dropped @TRAI

@JioCare care to reply? Why haven't I received an update regarding my complaint? My issue has not been resolved since April. @TheOfficialSBI would request you to resolve our issue with team Jio. We might have to escalate this from our end if this is not taken seriously.

For that message we have to pay ₹45 for Incoming???. It is better to switch to @JioCare some what better than @airtelindia . If no improvement in your network means will do this. Thank you.

Hey @reliancejio , is it too difficult to redress consumer issues? What are your customer care executives too busy in deciding what to wear tomorrow? Or when to take a sick leave from not working? Or what they need to have for dinner?
