Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). This has been happening since Saturday, when I raised the request. Is this how @JioCare and @reliancejio resolve customer issues?

Please confirm whether this wiring rework, including replacement of the damaged water-filled cable and any affected PoE equipment, will be done free of cost. The issue is due to faulty cable quality and not because of any damage from my side.
