Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). I submitted my details through the Jio website and a representative was assigned. He NEVER contacted me. I had to call him myself,make the payment and complete KYC on 20th August.

Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.

Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.
