    @DoT_India @Ashish_K1964 Is there a forum ti complaint for service provider like @JioCare where they provide new connection in 2 hrs but when it comes to refund we only hear excuses and fake concerns.. I am waiting for the refund of security and Installation from Oct beginning

    @JioCare Again I have received an message stating "Services are likely to get restored by 12-11-2021 09:00 PM". 24 hours Outage. TRY TO RESTORE AT THE EARLIEST.

    @reliancejio I am extremely disappointed with service response of Jio in Bhubaneswar. I have ordered for a STB on 15 Oct and till date neither has it been installed nor is there a call to confirm the order and schedule delivery. Seems the idea is to only gain cx, then ignore cx.
