Fed-up with the fu***ng data speed of #reliance #reliancejio #jio4g at my home. It's not even on the verge of deliver the speed as promised. Please assured us that you are not gonna fix it, so we can choose the alternative.

Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , your technician visited to fix someone else's connection, in the process he deliberately cut my internet wire (from box) and when I asked why he is cutting wire , he informed that wire is too long so cutting extra wire. But never patched and went.(1/2)

@JioCare I have never experienced customer service this bad. Why is there so much confusion on how to get a simple corporate to personal sim change? People in your stores, on email and on the helpline number are all useless

@reliancejio should roll back their network and declare shut down.. Barely 200 mtr from the tower and have to face a severe network issue.. Next #BSNL on the way
