Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). The problem seems to be network capacity/tower infrastructure. Please escalate this to your network team and provide a permanent solution.

The Jio team said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, and the situation is still the same! Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? JioCare, no more assurances now-you guys are just handing out a consolation prize.
