  @JioCare Iam living in District HQ only 5 mints away from your regd office for the district and yet my complaint regarding non functioning of JIO Fiber No 01702 796370 not getting addressed since 48 yrs @2 days !! Bad state of affairs !! Try to intervene !!

  @ACTFibernet None is responding to my calls.i stay in hyderabad qutbullapur area.if not able to deliver service in time why keep calling to get the installation why make us pay first and then do this kind of service!!! @reliancejio is better I feel regretting it

  @JioCare 7 days of outage (May 28–June 3), a ticket falsely closed as "resolved," and your only response is "it's temporary & we're working on it"? 🤡 Three different agents (Bhavana, Priyanka, Sukhmeet) gave the SAME copy-paste reply. Not one concrete timeline. Not one accountability.
