    @JioCare @TRAI 3 days of no internet, but you’re stupid customer care says cant reimburse it. Infact Rani from customer care says call by the end of your billing cycle for cancellation. Amazing service as usual… Good job on ensuring you loose a customer due to incompetence

    @JioCare Week has passed since your assurance...no response...what is happening ? Now it be will be a month since I had activated and book your sim. Refund my money ...what kind of service is this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio, I completed KYC and made full payment on 2 June 2026 for Order No. NO0001DT69G0, but the installation is still pending. Please confirm the installation timeline. If installation cannot be completed, kindly cancel my order and process a full refund.

    @JioCare My Jio router shows a stable green light and appears connected, but websites are not opening and keep loading indefinitely. I've already cleared browser cache, checked laptop network settings, and restarted the device, but the issue persists. Need assistance.

    @JioCare absolutely terrible service by Jio. Ordered a sim card online, delivery provided within 48 hours. Been much longer than that now but not being allowed to cancel despite this being confirmed on chat. Deceptive behaviour.
