    @JioCare @reliancejio Again one bad move by me to opt jio services. Before making payment - jio services will be installed within a day, after making payment getting info that it will take 5-6 days. Why such fake commitment is being given to customers? Order I'd - NO000MP5XG3

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got jio fiber connection on 15 August 2022 after that installation team told for any issues please call now since last 1 week i am facing so problem and your staff is not receiving my call this is very bad and poor service and customer service is worst.

    @JioCare Just had words with customer support and they are saying engineers are not available on selected time slot... WTF.. I booked slot for 11 AM and they rescheduled it for 5 PM... I am not available after 1....
