  @JioCare ADDING TWO MORE DAYS. STILL NOT RESOLVED. When customers miss a recharge, you're quick to suspend services or send reminders. But when it's time for Jio to resolve a customer's issue, there's no urgency.

  @JioCare Thanks for registering a new complaint (SR00003CR43P). I hope this one is actually resolved. The previous complaint was marked resolved without fixing the issue. Please ensure an on-site technical check and a permanent solution, not just another closure.

  @JioCare Your entire system is corrupt as there us no way to connect to customer service executive. Everything is automated & doesn't cater to customer's specific need. The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet

  @reliancejio Worst network now, What have you guys done, You guys are competing Airtel but your speed isn't above VI Worst service ever, from few months I am noticing your networks aren't powerful as compared to Airtel. Definately I will port to Airtel.

  @JioCare Hey @JioCare students at SHREE RMD AYURVEDIC COLLEGE & HOSPITAL have been facing zero signal for a WHOLE WEEK. We can’t even make basic calls inside our rooms and have to run to the terrace every single time. Endless customer care calls, 0 resolution. No5G,no basic connectivity
