    @JioCare Again rescheduled, how poor your service is. Seriously. You are not able to install jio fiber pending from 31 aug, how long more you need.

    @reliancejio @JioCare : Our JioFiber set top box isn’t receiving remote commands. The Jio technician also couldn’t resolve the issue. Can you please change the faulty remote and box? Been only using JioFiber for 15-20 days and faults emerging. Pls help.

    @JioCare Your call center doesn’t work and your local team will not work without ticket from call center. Plz help,it’s a desperate request. Merely having fast speed alone is not enough,u need to have customer obsession else u will start loosing customers soon
