    Hlo @reliancejio I m student as I need fiber service in house. I called your service man many times he always ask "Bhaiya Mai saam tak aata hu" and never comes infact never attends a call. I m not asking for instant connection atleast he can visit site. Kindly Improve services

    @JioCare @reliancejio on requesting for surrender and security deposit they are raising relocation within same city request . Not clarifying anything. Last time also after intervention of their appellate person issue of relocation within city was resolved.customer care pathetic

    @JioCare Took a new connection thinking that it would be better than Asianet Fiber. The result is just the opposite. Iam getting so much high ping. Which is just too bad. I used to get 30ms using Asianet Fiber. But in Jio Fiber iam getting 55-65ms.
