    @JioCare This is regarding the complaint SR0000151Q2K The issue of internet not working due to same reason has shown up again. I request you to kindly reopen the complaint, and send an experienced service person. Plz re-open the complaint, was closed without resolving the issue.

    @JioCare Do'nt use words like frustration.. I am very happy that I have discarded Jio and gone for reliable new connection since 29th. I am waiting for a) refund of security deposit b) refund of subscription from 28th May till 18 June . No customer pays for waiting and getting frustrat
