    @JioCare No its not being rolled out in any manner. There's some issue with local administration and nobody's is giving a damn about it. Jio should make this as a priority and sort it out instead to sending vague responses

    @JioCare your customer service is pathetic. Its too frustrating I have tried many time to resolve my issue with your ivr or chat but i didn't able to resolve. 1. My tv remote not working 2. Facing internet issue 3. Every time my subscriptions deactivated even pay before expiry

    @JioCare Your team is confused. While one person says the problem will be resolved in 48 hours. The other says we never received payment. Upon giving transactions IDs, a third person says we will return the money. Not helping with the recharge to get the phone activated. Frustrating!!

    @JioCare Dear vaishali, Pls be note,original hard card with 150+ jio number have been submitted at jio office(gandhidham,kutch) If your jio want a same existing customer or we else can portability to another service, We are hoping for positive reply from you and your team
