    @JioCare jio network is only good for calls, in my area it is useless for using internet, it takes 1 minute to send whatsapp msgs and 5 minute buffering for 144kbps videos on youtube, even if showing 3 out of 4 network Bars available.

    @JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

    @JioCare Completed Port to another service provider as unable to use 1GB at my office and house wherr network showing all 4 Bars and speed is upto 50Kbps. May be due to less towers jio is nott able to handle Crorers customer they get as recharge packs are affordable.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence I want port my sim in @JioCare to @airtelindia becoz jio is very poor network speed like a 2G I boring feel with jio .... I complained many times but not resolve my net speed problem....

    @JioCare Jio's so-called 5G is a complete joke in my area. After paying for a 5G plan, I'm getting speeds in KB/s. In 2026, this level of service is unacceptable. Stop marketing "5G" if you can't deliver basic internet speeds. #Jio #NetworkIssue #5G

    Dear 🚨 @JioCare Internet issues started on 27 Apr and remained unresolved until now May. Complaints: SR000034YDNX SR000035N547 Despite losing around 30 days more of service, my plan validity was not extended. Instead, a new bill was generated, my account was suspended, and I am being asked to pay first while rebate request SR000036I24H is still under process. Why should customers pay for service they could not use? #JioAirFiber #ConsumerRights #CustomerComplaint
