@JioCare Hi Jio, Very sorry to say, but nothing is happening, even your engineer does not visit once.. 3 times appointment has been scheduled. Does it really take such efforts to fix internet connection ?? Pls escalate and get the same fixed asap

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a pathetic customer service you are providing. I am a post paid user where my plan is Rs.499 but you guys made my hill more than Rs. 2000. Also have raised complaint on the Airtel app but no solution since 2 days. Will switch to @JioCare
