@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

@JioCare what sort of joke are you playing on us? Neither your broadband (goddamn Jiofiber) nor the phone network is working properly. Sitting next to router is as much effective as sitting at the extreme point of its range.

@JioCare That's certainly what jio has made customers to experience. Already most of my contacts have ported out of your third grade network and services, and that's because of Jio's incompetence in resolving customer issues.

@FindingNewWays @JioCare I have been chasing @JioCare since morning but their team fails to provide any committed timelines to resolve network outage. It shows that they don’t know exactly what is happening on site. I was informed on raising complaint that it may take 6 months!! #Jiodown #jionetworkdown
