Hey @Airtel_Presence I want port my sim in @JioCare to @airtelindia becoz jio is very poor network speed like a 2G I boring feel with jio .... I complained many times but not resolve my net speed problem....

@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

1) @reliancejio Person called me and said Jio will not entertain my complaint unless I provide my Jio number. But when I raised complaints (many times) on 198 through my jio number they said speed is reduced in our area due to excess users, how is that fair?

@JioCare initially was difficult to contact on chat . Took about 30 minutes . However once claim was registered for no internet, problem was solved with in 4 hours .Thanks

@JioCare Jio number - +919265215298. I had done recharge of 499rs. I didn't know about that its a top-up plan because it was only plan that shown on the Bajaj finance application which I used for recharge. Now my Talktime isn't working. Please help me out.
