@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

@JioCare @reliancejio your social media team just doesn’t have any idea on what’s the issue. I have recharged my number on 31 dec 21 with a 56 days plan and they are informing me that my number is disconnected and I need to visit a jio retailer to reactivate the plan !!
