Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

May be due to less towers jio is nott able to handle Crorers customer they get as recharge packs are affordable.

Rajesh Mohapatra (@mohapatrark) reported@JioCare Day 12 (since 14th Jul): A new service engineer had visited today completely clueless about the issue. He checked confirmed that the router which is having a loose component needs to be replaced and it shall be done free of charge. Has assured to comeback tomorrow.
