    @JioCare I recharged my jiofiber from my MyJio app and didn't receive any notification in app or message. I recharged twice for it on 28 August 2022, the second recharge was shown in app and it was successful. I didn't receive refund for the first recharge. Worst experience

    @JioCare Really it’s my duty to follow up for fix up the issue. Raised request closed on same day without attending it. Again needs to raise request, for that scheduled time not attended. New scheduled time in messages. It’s just like time pe time, date pe date, request pe request.

    @JioCare your issue resolution for internet connection in this day and age is just appalling. Absolutely no follow through and extending deadlines. A simple disconnection request also takes time to be accepted. Pathetic.

    Worst after sale service by @JioCare and @reliancejio. Its been 3 times in last 3 months that connection automatically cuts, and they ask me to wait for 2 days to get it resolved. Such a pathetic service. Request everyone not to go for jio. After sale service is pathetic
