    Respected sir/mam in my location jio prepaid is not work properly. Downloading speed is very very poor and real speed is 5 kb to 10 kb. Please fix the problem soon..... @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi There, my issue not resolve yet someone came and done the registration and take the money and told me engineer will come and install the connection. but engineer came and canceled the connection without any informed.

    @reliancejio @Facebook @JioCare Internet speed 30-40 kb all the time. But no one fix this from jio team. Also ignore calls and massage jio care Assistance. My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

    I want to get Jio fiber in my house, but when I tried to contact your employee of Jio fiber, then they are saying that there is no line drawn on your side, due to which there is a problem in putting Jio fiber in my house. It should be managed as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    @JioCare It doesn't work... Previously yr team contacted but they didn't help me out and said if u are dissatisfied with our service then apply for disconnection. Why should I apply for disconnection and It's not my concern and its yr concern to resolve my Issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio what kind of a service is this i am trying since yesterday to get my issue resolved but in every 2-3 hours i get one message from your team asking rubbish question . Either you refund my amount or activate 999 plan on my jio fiber which i tried recharging

    Even worse,calls are coming from personal numbers asking for extra charges to fix the issue. It is like a scam. My work is getting affected without it.Requesting immediate action from Jio to resolve this today, or I will be forced to file a formal complaint. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Any update on the installation? I have been trying to contact the engineer since yesterday, but he is not answering calls. This is highly unprofessional. I also tried reaching customer care, but it is impossible to connect with an actual person for support.

    @JioCare It's been more than one month since i have raise disconnection request for my jio air fiber because no proper service in my area. there is only mails are going back and forth . why it is so difficult to get rid of your service ?
