My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

    @JioCare It doesn't work... Previously yr team contacted but they didn't help me out and said if u are dissatisfied with our service then apply for disconnection. Why should I apply for disconnection and It's not my concern and its yr concern to resolve my Issue.

    @reliancejio i want to port my no to jio howecer have 2 queries 1- there is recharge left till feb for current service provider will it be carried forwarded to you 2- want to change my number and no call forward which i want to port so is it possible

    @JioCare 198 is unavailable for the past 2 weeks. Porting to @airtelindia right away. Pathetic network in 208013. Especially on iPhones

    @JioCare there is speed problem in my home now a days 2 and 3 month ago it was good in speed but now a days mainly in night after 8 PM msg can't send atleast you give us minimum speed 200 kb per sec please solve it this is my jio number 7785971487 @TRAI

    @reliancejio @PrimeVideoIN @YehHaiMirzapur Calling customer care they will just ignore it totally.... & the biggest problem is they want everywhere there monopoly you can recharge only from there app and only that particular customer can recharge. There speed there service there every thing is just fool & loot India ppl

    @JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.
