    @JioCare I Did DM everyday. Nobody were who able to look into this issues seriously. Since March 2020 am able to browsing properly and so much Delaying time of Streaming videos. Its take more than expected to play the Videos.

    @JioCare Porting from Vi to Jio is the worst decision I’ve made this year. In South Bengaluru, call quality is terrible and mobile data barely works at my home or office. Completely dependent on Wi-Fi now. Can’t wait to port back to Vi after 90 days.

    The FifaWc is on and the fact that for the entire day your network has been down and no signs of it being up speaks volumes about ur lack of preparedness for such emergencies. We should be compensated for this anguish. Thank God i had another Airtel ! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?
