    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet speed 30-40 kb all the time. But no one fix this from jio team. Also ignore calls and massage jio care Assistance. My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

    Worst jiofiber service ever there engineer give thread of not repairing the connection ever if otp is not given instantly and says remove the connection what goes of my father I'll get the salary even then. I have removed the connection and shifted to airtel.@JioCare @airtelindia

    @JioCare Thanks for showing care @JioCare I am staying in Center of the city and still waiting from 2years to extend cable for few kilometres. I already have requested for getting connection and found no success. If possible extend fiber network near Awas vikas, hanspuram,Naubasta,Kanpur

    @JioCare extremely disappointed with Jio Fiber services in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Right from installation (8/Mar/21) till date. Zero support from the installation team. Wrong information given at the time of installation. Luckily I am in free trial. @MukeshAmba

    @JioCare thanks, awaiting update. total of around 32 times the customer care engineers have tried to connect to the L2 escalation desk but each time they said everyone is busy. probably look into manpower issues

    @JioCare I have requested for juo fibre connection termination on 09 jun and spoke to customer care as well still i cant believe a new bill has been generated for 11 Jun to 10 Jul 26 period scamming people @JioCare …i have jio postpaid connection and such response making me reconsider

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request No. SR000038740V This has been an extremely poor and disappointing service experience. The engineer visit was scheduled between 8:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but the assigned engineer has now switched off his mobile phone and is unreachable.

    @JioCare I called 5 times , then my complaint was registered. engineer sent who had no clue . He refused to spk or let me spk to his senior / colleague as according to him customer is not allowed to &he is not. Again dialed call c , she said will send an engineer, still waiting
