    @reliancejio @iam_preethi @JioCare Internet speed 30-40 kb all the time. But no one fix this from jio team. Also ignore calls and massage jio care Assistance. My jio number 9415712781 And 9140959532 Both reached with 599 but speed 30-40kb how can I manage ?? I think last option is port to other operator.

    @JioCare This is so ridiculous! No improvement at all rather the speed is slow for whatever split of second it is connected. When can it get back to normal?

    @reliancejio @PrimeVideoIN @YehHaiMirzapur Calling customer care they will just ignore it totally.... & the biggest problem is they want everywhere there monopoly you can recharge only from there app and only that particular customer can recharge. There speed there service there every thing is just fool & loot India ppl

    @JioCare I sent my no. & alternate no. In box. Kindly resolve the problem so that I may dial to toll free no. Starting 1800. I surprised when I dialed Jio help line no. +91-18008899999 which was not connected. When I tried with 199 could not contacted representetive.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi There, my issue not resolve yet someone came and done the registration and take the money and told me engineer will come and install the connection. but engineer came and canceled the connection without any informed.

    @JioCare Earlier networks were coming very well in my area but since 6 months the network is coming very less, many times no solution is found on the basis of complaint.

    @JioCare It is unfortunate to write complain before such network. Because from my Jio no. Number starting with 1800 i. e. Toll Free numbers are not getting dialed. it is confirmed that with other Jio no. also Tall Free No. are not getting dialed. If so I must discontinued Jio No.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what would it take to bundle all the airtel services that i am using.. everytime i do it from airtel app , its says “ something went wrong” if i call customer support ( that is a nightmare in itself) they disconnect the call saying “sir technical issue araha hai aap thodi der baad try karna” Kya chahte ho bhai? Time to switch to @reliancejio it seems.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is exactly the problem. The issue keeps getting “scheduled” but no technician actually arrives. Day before Yesterday’s visit was missed, Yesterday’s visit was also missed, and the ticket keeps getting rescheduled.

    @JioCare surprise, support field staff attended on time but again without drill machine and left without relocate the connection. I think, all people should think twice before applying Jio fiber connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioHotstar ordered and paid for installation of your service. They couldn't install and hence asked to cancel instead of resolution. Pathetic service people who donot care. They blame each other for the goof up. Hadn't seen such a reluctant team ever.
