Raised a request with @JioCare on 5th Nov. It is still unresolved. This is about a 100 Rupees recharge which I understand is not applicable for any service. Why does your app accept money then? Don't start your reply with "we sincerely apologize" bullshit

I pay 1K as monthly rental & expect atleast basic proper connectivity. Will port out soon & will never come back to Jio again.
