@reliancejio @JioCare your service sucks and your agents hung up the call on customers. Raised request since yesterday that one of the bands of JioFiber is not working and no resolution provided yet. SR was closed without any confirmation from me, problem still persists.

Worst jiofiber service ever there engineer give thread of not repairing the connection ever if otp is not given instantly and says remove the connection what goes of my father I'll get the salary even then. I have removed the connection and shifted to airtel.@JioCare @airtelindia

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI : Network has been pathetic for me 9588471839. Not able to recieve or dial calls. Every 5 mins phone needs a restart for making up the calls. Data is working fine. Not sure what is wrong with calling mechanism. Jio store Kakadev not able to resolve.

@reliancejio @TRAI Today suddenly my Jio sim stopped working and made multiple chaos in my life. As per customer care suggestion I went to nearby @JioDigital3 and they simply refused to help by any means giving absurd excuses. It was really humiliating and unprofessional.

Very disappointed by @reliancejio every time they call and order to make recharge on #jio number, otherwise they will deactivate my jio sim. They don't understand the situation of customer. But when the customer want to recharge the customer will recharge the number. @JioCare
