@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

@airtelindia is now becoming a catastrophe. Currently,their network speed is less than 10kb/s. It takes more than half an hour to connect when called to complain. There is a prepaid and a postpaid connection, both of which are going to be ported. Which is better @reliancejio/VI?

@Shantan20673690 @reliancejio @JioCare These ppl will never change and much better that you move to another service provider. Tried moving and they are not letting me move or file my complaint so I can escalate to appellate authority. They have become silent as if nothing has happened.

Jio launched its commercial ops in 2016 End. And in Sept 2021 in my area when there is no electricity for more than 3 Hrs, Jio Network disappears. Gaon me bhi aese network gayab nahi hota hai jese Vasai-Virar me hota hai. @JioCare @reliancejio
