@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

Hey @Airtel_Presence I want port my sim in @JioCare to @airtelindia becoz jio is very poor network speed like a 2G I boring feel with jio .... I complained many times but not resolve my net speed problem....

@_iamvino_ @JioCare @reliancejio Same here ....I think they won't take back as they have to refund back some money...I am coming out of all Jio services in my family...No one is responsive in customer care and they are saying system will take its own time...closing the tickets...If not actioned I go legally

@JioCare Since 2018 I am getting same scripted answer. You have been working , you will keep working. When jio was launched it was boasting for signal penetration thru any kind of surface. Now this excuses. We are not staying inside bunker that jio signal can't come.
