    @JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

    @JioCare Team, thank you for your support. Now issue is sorted out and router is replaced. Next time please address correctly when complaint is raised first time itself, instead of rectifying after coming to social media.

    @amrender_khosa Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port

    @JioCare My mom applied for Jio broad band at sobha forestview and it’s been 3 days of constant calling. I’m also not around to follow up. Everybody has switched off their mobile. No response at all with tempers running high. Shubodh is the culprit here. Plz help
