    @JioCare Your executives, your managers rahul parmar, rohit bhawsar, & vikas soni not talk to properly & Rahul is threatening to discontinue the connection.. your team know this issue but there is only support for fraud. It's a big level of fraud & all complaints closed without solution.

    @JioCare Yes the reason is VPN connectivity issue. Facing this problem everyday while working. Already took a airtel connecting and it is working just fine. Hence i wanna get this connection cancelled and get my refund.

    @JioCare I have got a call from one of your store manager SATISH JAIN.., he is asking to resolve the complaint. He says this is not my issue it's a jio fiber issue. SR00001A6K12 Can you plz talk to your manager & don't close complaints without the resolution. & stop doing this fraud now

    @JioCare You have been working on the issue for the last 69 days, so why did you resolve the complaints? Your team, managers, executives all know this issue but there is no solution.. only support fraud.. @ETNOWlive

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago jio fiber customer care not resolving my Internet issue which i am facing, jio fiber engineers not visiting my place after complaining to customer care and closing my complain themself, they are torturing and harassing me mentally.

    Reliance jio can you help me out with the network issue in my area I can't even get the 100kbps speed is the 4g network you claim for... Disgusting services ver disappointed @JioCare @reliancejio. Airtel is much more better than your services @airtelindia.

    @JioCare having issues from last 3months from d date of connection, but all engineers from jio fiber failed to fix my connection, what should I do, worst engineers, not able to fix a single problem, may be they all r from village, jio hiring village engineers, may be uneducated

    What are your SLAs here? 2 full days down with just msgs being sent to the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare - if there is 1 day delay you switch off our services. Now that there is such a prolonged service rectification why should you not be penalized?

    @JioCare If by any chance your engineer doesn't turn around and start my internet service by End of the day, brace yourself to lose one more customer. I will be forced to make my decision. You can ask your engineer to collect the router boxes back to your warehouse. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have already paid upto 11 Jun 26 and requested for disconnection on 9 jun 26 . Kindly resolve this issue ….why do i pay for 11 jun to 10 jul charges ….i have already vacated the home ….only jio set up box is kept with the home owner @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare Same answer to everyone, pls don't you'll have shame, if you'll can't attend to the Customers query Pls don't billed the Customer, and for your information there is no option for Reshedule, it's just kept on hold don't tell me we needto wait a whole month

Kindly arrange for a ground-level inspection and check the issue on-site Otherwise, we may be compelled to switch to another service provider

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, what am I actually paying for?! Paying for a 100Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but barely getting 10-20 Mbps, sometimes dropping to a pathetic 100Kbps! Been complaining since March 2026 and absolutely ZERO response. WORST network ever. #JioAirFiber
