I complained @JioCare for not getting a moderate internet connection. They took all my details and after DETAILED INVESTIGATION assured me that my intention connection would get faster in a few days. NOW I AM NOT GETTING EVEN MY MOBILE NETWORK😒😒

@JioCare ID 299061926647, its been 30days of cancellation and device pickup. Every time I ask CC/Appellete, within 3 days you get it. Still no sign of Refund. The same excuse so far. Why the hell is taking long to refund. You want immediate money for new conn but for refund sucks

Ported to Jio for better services at cheaper rates. Have been facing network and data issues since a long time now. People can’t even contact me! And they don’t even have a definite answer. @JioCare you got to do the work or people will start leaving for real.
