    @JioCare i just open my network within 10 min i got a msg that 50 percent consumed without surfing any download or vdo. Please look into this

    This is not a temporary issue. I face it whole day. I'm facing this issue for more than one month. During my whole office hours i face this issue. Resolve it soon otherwise MNP will be the last option for me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I complained @JioCare for not getting a moderate internet connection. They took all my details and after DETAILED INVESTIGATION assured me that my intention connection would get faster in a few days. NOW I AM NOT GETTING EVEN MY MOBILE NETWORK😒😒

    Worst experience with Fiber internet so far. The service is unreliable, and customer support is practically non-existent. Complaints remain unresolved for days, and getting a meaningful response feels impossible. Very frustrating experience. @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio Absolutely pathetic service. I had raised a service ticket on 24th May 2026 regarding issues in my Wifi connection. Almost 30+ calls done over the last 10 days and no resolution yet. No service engineer visited the place. (1/3)
