I complained @JioCare for not getting a moderate internet connection. They took all my details and after DETAILED INVESTIGATION assured me that my intention connection would get faster in a few days. NOW I AM NOT GETTING EVEN MY MOBILE NETWORK😒😒

This is not a temporary issue. I face it whole day. I'm facing this issue for more than one month. During my whole office hours i face this issue. Resolve it soon otherwise MNP will be the last option for me. @JioCare @reliancejio

Hey @reliancejio after an update no longer to change my dns on jiofiber router. Secondary router does not work, also this cheap double NAT. If u r collecting this much data just make this service free or atleast give what we are buying.

@JioCare Always m getting reply from ur side i.e. ur problem ll b resolved within 24 hr. I don't know which time u r following. If u r following earth time it is more than 24 hrs. As I have complained on 3rd May 2021. N it is 9th May.. but my problem is not resolved yet.

This @JioCare is such a scam... I have been trying to get into contact with them since 4:30 A.M. The only response I get is 'All customer care attendents are busy'.
