    I complained @JioCare for not getting a moderate internet connection. They took all my details and after DETAILED INVESTIGATION assured me that my intention connection would get faster in a few days. NOW I AM NOT GETTING EVEN MY MOBILE NETWORK😒😒

    This is not a temporary issue. I face it whole day. I'm facing this issue for more than one month. During my whole office hours i face this issue. Resolve it soon otherwise MNP will be the last option for me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hey @reliancejio #AkashAmbani #MukeshAmbani what a pathetic customer service you are providing in Banglore. I took a new jio fibre connection on 2nd July and the agent promised that the installation will be done by 3rd July afternoon, but since then no response from your team.

    @JioCare Please sir, during installation it took 4 days, now for service it already more than 24hrs gone, working from home is tough if no support from ISP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio - facing Internet issues since yesterday. Raised a complaint immediately, but the engineer is scheduled to visit after two days! The problem has been consistent. Even got the entire cable replaced with own money. Still the problem. Do you have any solution?

    @JioCare hi, I am a new jio fiber customer and I have not been getting internet since Friday, engineer did not visit at assigned time on Fri, then on sat someone called to visit when I was not available, after that no visit has been assigned and ticket was closed

    No indoor network in my native place. Is there any help could you do to enhance the coverage pls @Airtel_Presence @JioCare ? There are many college going students here in this village who can't even connect to the digital world outside for their academic needs
