I complained @JioCare for not getting a moderate internet connection. They took all my details and after DETAILED INVESTIGATION assured me that my intention connection would get faster in a few days. NOW I AM NOT GETTING EVEN MY MOBILE NETWORK😒😒

@JioCare The problem arises when my friend dial my jio number from his jio number. But whenever I use to dial his number my call get connected. If the problem remain same I will retweet it to TRAI and port my number.

@TRAI and @JioCare and @Speedtest cannot contact with jio customer care executive by dialing 198 or 18008899999. Everytime the call get disconnected after explaining my balance. I have facing some problem. Really pathetic service. This is how jio treating its customer.

@JioCare on my fiber connection, sometimes when I receive a call on the fixed line number, the landline never stops ringing even though the call has been hung up from the callers end. Your customer care isn't ready to send someone to see the issue despite me having video proof.
