    @reliancejio Reliance company is so rich that it can provid good speed in my place since from last yr experiencing worst speed issue paying 4g and getting 2g speed loot rahe hai jio waale.

    This is not a temporary issue. I face it whole day. I'm facing this issue for more than one month. During my whole office hours i face this issue. Resolve it soon otherwise MNP will be the last option for me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    I complained @JioCare for not getting a moderate internet connection. They took all my details and after DETAILED INVESTIGATION assured me that my intention connection would get faster in a few days. NOW I AM NOT GETTING EVEN MY MOBILE NETWORK😒😒

    @JioCare & @reliancejio Quizz competition Q. Which is the worst network provider in india with worst social media team and worst network engineer. Ans. Jio Congratulations you have got 100 out of 5 marks... This type of situation may arises in my area due to your negligence.

    @JioCare you are the worst customer service people. Since last 19th April my interest connection is disturbed for 7th time until today. Everytime they do a temporary fix and it stops working within next 24hrs. Just spoke to senior customer support exec(escalated).

    @JioCare Since yesterday you keep saying “visit is scheduled but no confirmed slots.” Then who is responsible for fixing this? This clearly shows poor coordination. I paid my bill on time, why is service not delivered on time? Will you charge me for these 3 days of no service?

    @JioCare The SIM has not been activated yet. I have had a very bad experience with Jio. Now they have returned my money to me. I don't want your SIM or your network.

    @reliancejio I called customer care no for complaint regarding my automatic rescheduling of relocation of Jio fibre from 29th April 2026 to 30th April 2026 So this person named Shreyashi said I’ve raised complaint and it will take 2 working days to resolve (quite funny )
