I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

But I got a call from local network team and there has been slight improvement in call dropping issue. I don’t see any improvement in internet speed. Hoping for the best

Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

When I call the assigned technician, he flat-out refuses to do a home visit. How are you running an internet business when your ground team refuses to do their jobs?
