    @JioCare used to have a good customer care, bt now they have become arrogant like the others, rather airtel cus care are far better now. Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

    @beingtush22 @JioCare Even I did the same from airtel. I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

    @beingtush22 @JioCare The same happens in Sealdah too. And for all network. Probably there’s some jammers installed.

    @beingtush22 @JioCare I face this issue at sealdah with airtel n jio. Previously I used to have Vodafone also. Like near car shed, airtel doesn’t work, Jio doesn’t work near pf 4A, Vodafone toh worst of all.

    @JioCare @JioCare - Awaiting an update on the amount transfer. This is the 4th month since the prepaid to postpaid migration and the adjustment has not happened yet. The support team did inform me that I will get an update in 24hours, but no update yet.

    @JioCare I don’t think that you ppl are taking me seriously, i am taking follow ups everywhere, #Twitter, Pone calls to @JioCare but none is lessening to me, my village Jio Tower is not working since 23ed September, and no one is repairing it even after 12+ days..🤔🤔

    @JioCare my converted my physical sim into e sim it’s been more than 24 hours and I’m not been able to receive or send messages. Kindly look in to this ASAP as customer care executive aren’t answering the call.

    @JioCare it's been 70 days I had subscribed to Jio Fiber and since then it has hardly worked for total of 100 hours in last 70 days. Service ID 2235595459. We paid in advanced and still unable to use services. When will I get relief??
