    @beingtush22 @JioCare Even I did the same from airtel. I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

    @beingtush22 @JioCare I face this issue at sealdah with airtel n jio. Previously I used to have Vodafone also. Like near car shed, airtel doesn’t work, Jio doesn’t work near pf 4A, Vodafone toh worst of all.

    @reliancejio Dan dana dan type network not getting our area since last 7 days. So can't do phone call in this type of Network.Along with that internet speed is very slow from beginning.Dan dana dan becoming upgraded in advertisement but not in reality.😠 #Jio #worstExperience

    @JioCare used to have a good customer care, bt now they have become arrogant like the others, rather airtel cus care are far better now. Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

    @Utkarsh_charan @JioCare @DoT_India I don’t know what they are going to do. But I got a call from local network team and there has been slight improvement in call dropping issue. I don’t see any improvement in internet speed. Hoping for the best

    Call drops on my iPhone SE on @reliancejio VoLTE only network @AppleSupport your customer support team won't help. Have been through ur service center. Couldn't help.

    @JioCare How many days it takes to resolve.. Fiber installed on 11 Oct today is 16th till how many days it takes for resolution?? Why my channels in fiber box vary from MY jio app which is of same login. When will i get call or update regarding fiber??

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Internet down since last 4 days, Terrible service.. No signals available on the router, post multiple visits by the tech team. Diffrent problems stated on call and on visit but no resolution given. Absolutely frustrated by the services.

    @reliancejio i am using jio fibre since 2 years and not facing any issues since last 15 days I got issue related to "we can't detect your jio remote"..i contacted jio help line they send the representative who told that I need to replace remote..they charged me 600 for new remote

    @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho I had placed an order with JioMart 2 days ago and the delivery date was yesterday as per the app. However, it was changed to today automatically & now it's again changed to tomorrow. Worst service. Can't even connect to an agent on customer care number.
