I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

But I got a call from local network team and there has been slight improvement in call dropping issue. I don’t see any improvement in internet speed. Hoping for the best

Current tests show 0.52–0.76 Mbps upload, repeated ping timeouts and latency spikes >3 seconds.Please escalate to your network team for RCA,not routine troubleshooting.
