If Jio's systems cannot schedule a technician for nearly a week, that is a serious operational failure—not the customer's problem. Every missed apmt has been on Jio's side, without even a courtesy call.

As the electricity goes out in our area the network of Jio goes to zero showing no service. Worst network and worst sim
