I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Subham (@super_tibs) reportedIt’s been 1.5 years since I first reported the lack of Jio network coverage in my area (May 2025 → Aug 2026). The engineer acknowledged there’s no proper 4G or 5G signal inside our homes and keeps saying he’ll “check with the team.” Still no tower, no resolution. Around 15 families in my society face the same issue. I have 3 yearly Jio plans—please refund the unused amount so I can switch to a provider that actually offers service. @JioCare @reliancejio
