I had this call fail issue in my iPhone which I thought was my phone’s problem bt it was actually Jio’s issue n now its better. Internet is too slow to use. Bt its the only network in my area without major call drops n thats why chose jio

Have been complaining abt poor network n call dropping issue. No one did take a single complaint. Wasted 1699. @DoT_India this is jst not done

They don't transfer to the customer care executive but simply mention that work is in progress for my ticket and the call gets disconnected. My ticket has been assigned to Narayan Dutta who no longer works with Jio.

If you guys can’t get resolve the issue in 12-24 hours then it does not leave a good mark for customer service team. The technician closed my ticket without fixing anything, turned off his phone and never showed up for the rescheduled visit. Support is completely clueless and giving false promises. 3 days of no resolution! Fix this ASAP!
