    @JioCare @reliancejio Mu number 6261605930 is facong connectivity issues wit websites like Fisdom and Banking websites. The internet connectivity is very poor if I move 2 metres out of wifi zone. Location as tagged in this tweet.

    @JioCare I am very much frustrated from your poor & pathetic service. Called more than 10 times today but no engineer came to fix the problem. Now I have decided to surrender the connection and move to Airtel Fiber. Will you refund my 470 recharge paid for July for which I got no service?

    Hey @JioCare need to return my Jio Fibre, but it seems impossible to return the box. No help through Whatsapp/call/email. I guess I made a bad decision choosing Jio.

    @JioCare Even after rigorous follow up also failed to get my activation.. Believing 1 week is sufficient to activate a broadband service I have cancelled my existing broadband connection and got trapped..With zero courtesy you are killing my time..@reliancejio

    @JioCare Great to inform you that even after assurance from highest office of the customer Griveance no one has actually turned up nor bothered to call. This is when i have paid advance of Rs2500/-. Clueless now who will resolve and where should i contact. Local level no one responding.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Highlighted issue yesterday also share required details over chat but nothing response. Also same internet issues persist. I am paying money 💰 but #Jio not provide proper quality. Please confirm can I raise consumer complaint against.
