@JioCare @reliancejio Mu number 6261605930 is facong connectivity issues wit websites like Fisdom and Banking websites. The internet connectivity is very poor if I move 2 metres out of wifi zone. Location as tagged in this tweet.

@JioCare It’s day 8 and still you guys are least bothered to resolve my issue. Your Howrah kadamtala office don’t have customer care but goons. They threatened that they will not resolve the issue as I have raised complaints and it seems they have more power then you guys.

Your customer reps don’t understand urgency, your supervisors don’t come on call. A woman’s SIM card stops suddenly, leaving her vulnerable and after 5 days you have nothing to offer. Why not surrender and hand it over to @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio!

@JioCare What the hell ,i can do with your apologize, this is Continuous 2time more than 25.5 hr.gone Complaint still standing. Persons are not picking phone, do exact timeline for resolution is considered 24hr. I need to move to other options. Somebody can loose their job due to this😡
