    Shame on Jio service in our area. For 6+ years customer care keeps saying “network issue will be resolved in 2 months”. Nothing changed. In the 5G era we can’t even send a WhatsApp message in the evening. Many Jio users here but zero improvement. @JioCare please act now. #worst

    @JioCare JioAirFiber and its customer care are probably the worst. Their add-ons seem to include frustration and irritation. I’m so done with this.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is the same canned response I have already received, and "in the future" is not a professional answer for a paying customer. You are acknowledging limited coverage while still charging for full service. I need a specific date for resolution or a senior... (1/2)

    Last 3 years I have been complaining to @JioCare @reliancejio to improve outdoor and indoor coverage of the network. All they said was it's a temporary issue will be fixed within 10days. How many days it will take. We pay in advance and they treat us as money making machines.

    @JioCare Please note that I have registered a complaint with the consumer helpline today. And will be registering a complaint in our local police station tomorrow against jio and your operators who took my money.
