    @JioCare @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani aNo response -No calls from Customer care guys, only auto mails of mismatch received for last 10days !! Nobody pointing out what is mismatch in documents. Secondly , I taken JioFiber connection since 2018. Earlier 2wice relocated no problem faced.

    Dear @reliancejio actually due to snowfall in Kashmir my Jio fibre is not working 4rm almost 8 days as I have already raised 5 complaints no service engineer of yours provide me any assistance , please let me know whether I have to change my connection to @airtelindia or not ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio no internet for over 2 weeks now. Customer care doesn't care! If a technician can be sent to fix it, please do, otherwise request for refund of deposit at the earliest.

    @JioCare We are facing such slow internet connectivity my monthly plan is of 2gb but due to slow internet connectivity it rarely gets over And trust me if its the same my family and my friends are gona switch to other network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been waiting from the last 7 days for installation of jio fiber. Calls and mails to customer care seem useless. The appointment for installation is getting rescheduled every other day. No one from the relevent team has come to visit.
