@JioCare Today I'm feeling disappointed form jio and Mukesh also. I have visited your 5 jio store in Delhi and Noida. But not get a sim card all have told same thing not coming form back end. If not capable for give proper service please confirm it. So i can switch another.

@JioCare details have been DM.But it's very disappointing,very poor network coverage in this era.This issue is continue from a long but everytime ur team is asking it'll be resolved soon, network team is working.Needs to resolve soon.

@JioCare There is problem with the Box (installed outside from where connections are given) but till now nobody came. I was told some OEM team will come to solve the issue but its been more than 48 hrs nobody came.

@JioCare To port my number, need the existing SIM to work, already raised the request.. Truly fascinated by Airtel, enough.. can't even imagine "without service for 30hrs" in the heart of the city of Mumbai and now in Kolkata ..

@JioCare Mr.Sahil my date of recharge is on 17th May and not now .Last charge was done on 17th April and as such it is due on 17th May. How come services have been disconnected when expiry date is 17th May. Help me to resume my services.
