    @JioCare With your help, the issue is still Not resolved after 3 months. Best part - all the money i have deposited is now expired. There is no follow up or action on JIO's part to retain a customer or to provide support. Hope that Mr. Mukesh is aware of such fantastic customer support.

    @reliancejio I want to surrender my jioFiber connection & schedule ONT box pickup. I wrote mail last week but received no proper response. Tried calling customer care number, it's switched off. Useless MyJio App chat bot gives scripted answers. Pathetic service/experience.

    @JioCare internet not working since 2 days, pathetic service by you, will port to some other service provider don't be under the impression that you have large subscriber base u can take customer for granted you will face the same fate as BSNL
