    @JioCare No internet since 10am today. WFH and online school getting impacted. Launched complaint for early redressal, confirmed on call that engineer will come at 1 pm but recieved mail that the visit is scheduled at 7pm. No seriousness and sincerity in efforts to help

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, as I raised concern multiple times but yet no resolution. facing same issue in important time, so we 793 users including me plan to change network from #jio to #airtel we really fed up with this, either you resolve or we have no other options. #jiodown @reliancejio

    Jio is absolutely doing fraud with its customers. I have been there customer since years but the fraud that they did is not acceptable.Really jio now you guys will do fraud in refunds also. SHAME...will gonna take legal actions soon @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber @JioChat
