    @JioCare I request you to install a box in Jio cable near our house so that our 3 connections will be connected to the same box so that we do not have to face any problem again in future.

    @GauravGupta3786 @reliancejio Absolutely true I use both services and Jio is far better . Airtel is good till things are working, the moment there’s a problem Airtel’s team is useless

    @reliancejio service is becoming worse day by day.They have failed to resolve my network complaint despite repeated complaints. It has been more than 1 month my 5g and 4g internet is not working ,and I have not received any response and not the solution. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio 9+ months,still no resolution.took my number but never called. Only payment reminders arrive while internet and STB issues remain unresolved.Every complaint gets the same excuse,no action. Charging customers without providing proper support is unacceptable.
