    @JioCare Don't give me this automated reply. You are not going to help and you know very well. I have field complaint, wrote multiple mail and spoke with customer rba re but the moment it's about returning my recharge which you have forfeited, all went silent. So get lost.

    Jio Support, it's been 4 days and you're still calling it a temporary network issue in my area. Barely 1 signal, and neither 4G nor 5G works properly. How long is this temporary issue going to last? At this point, Airtel seems to provide much better service. @JioCare @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare Again the same issue.. i did buy data booster plan and now again customer care is saying that it got added in advance payment. My plan is 824 and I paid 1300 but no resolution. Now u will ask to dm my number and othee details. Shame on you @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @reliancejio despite multiple calls/tweets/complaints, i did not get the resolution from your end so decided to file an official complaint against you. Called Jio Care multiple times, told “5G limited in area” — false, clearly a provisioning issue.

    @JioCare For the past several days, I have only been receiving repeated messages stating that the backend team is working on the issue and that the service will be restored soon. However, the connection remains unusable. Repeated updates without an actual resolution

    Dear @DoT_India, please register my complaint against @JioCare and @reliancejio. Despite repeated attempts, their team has shown poor service and an unresponsive attitude. Customer issues are being ignored. Kindly intervene.
