    @JioCare @reliancejio return the remaining days amount of rs 172 as i will not be using jiofiber due to low quality modem supplied by your agent and switching to @airtelindia or bsnl fibre, if problem will resolve with no extra charge only then i will stick to jiofiber

    @JioCare my internet on Jio fibre is not working since morning. Tried calling customer care, chatting but all places it is saying due to technical difficulties unable to proceed further. Sent DM on twitter too but no reply. Pathetic service We are unable to start our office work

    Hey @JioCare i requested for disconnection on Dec 22 & was told that I'll get the CO no in 48 hrs. Didn't receive any communication of any sorts & now you're not attending my calls. Even your internet is down & I've paid 6mos upfront. @reliancejio STOO BEING RIDICULOUS & FIX THIS

    @JioCare +91-1353132854 jio fibre isn’t working. App support is useless as it is “unable to fetch details”. Customer care number never connects to an advisor. Local support team wants a service request to be created first to “justify their jobs”
