@reliancejio @JioCare @jiofiberkol 91-3335548906 Jio fiber connection not working from last 10 days in spite of repeated reminder and phone calls. Automatically the work has been rescheduled day by day. In spite of not functioning for 10 days you have to pay for full month.

@JioCare Om 19 April you have raised a query and on 20 April your service engineer close the query without contacting to us and without check the problem this why we say that jio fiber service is extremely poor and not reliable because more then 10 time complain raise and close

@JioCare I am again mentioning, issue is not with network speed. Without vpn, speed is good. With vpn, speed is very slow. I also received a message saying SR00001JEDVW is closed. The issue is not resolved yet. Kindly reopen SR00001JEDVW
