@reliancejio @JioCare This is not the first time it happened. The team here in Dehradun, Uttarkhand never responds. At 9:30, today when I spoke to the customer care, they informed us the team is in my locality only & issue will be resloved in said time. But no one came to help.

@reliancejio starts crying 3 days before recharge due date to get a new pack. However, when it's a matter of fixing network issues, they can't fix it in 4+ months. #Shame #poorservice #jio

@reliancejio in my area or if i say in my building jio is still not available what a great service suppose my building is A and JIO is there in C as B society will go in construction so we are not getting internet just in front of my bldg there is jio but it saying fiber cant cross road.
