    @JioCare There are 2 boxes in our building. Those connected to one box have no problem. We are connected to the 2nd box and keep having issues. How long does it take for the technician to come and take a look at what's wrong?

    @JioCare Recvd the foll from Jio Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services for Service ID 2235976955 are impacted in your area since 22-08-2022 10:37 AM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 22-08-2022 02:37 PM. We apologise for the inconvenience caused Team JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have complained to Jio so many times, but still haven't checked upon my internet speed and it's been more than 2 years. Whenever I call customer care, the network becomes better, but after sometime, I face the same issue.

    @JioCare cannot believe it's not possible to talk to a customer service agent to file a complaint. All I'm getting is recorded messages telling me that my internet service is down. No way to file a complaint.
