@reliancejio Jio fiber is a fraud service provider, I booked my jio fiber 7 days ago , the engineer is not picking up the call even, i raised a refund request and waiting for amount to be refunded. Please do not rely on fiber just for cheap utilities, because they are wothless

@JioCare learn @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia from jio the level of customer service they are operating at, why wont a customer switch ? still havent recieved a reply from airtel. more than 24 hrs.
