    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare SR000014KYD7 is my complaint number registered on 10th April 2021 which hasn't been resolved till now. And your customer care executives are of no use, they don't have any information about resolution of the issue.

    @JioCare I surander my jio fiber during trail period but after more than one month no money is refunded, and noone is giving answer. I Service Request number SR000014F527 has been logged.
