    @JioCare Why is this still not resolved?? It's been a week since my WiFi is down. How hard is it to assign a technician and send him to fix the issue?? Really disappointed in service. Jio is never my first choice (but stuck with çuz it's the only provider in my area).

    @JioCare from last 7-10 days network issue in my area is very poor even calling facilities in my area is poor after complaining to jio associate by other person in my area no solution provided yet everyday network is poor @JioCare pincode - 825412 hirodih Giridih (Jharkhand)

    @ArumugamSuki That’s frustrating. One of my family members faced a similar issue earlier, but later switched to Reliance Jio for international travel and had a much better experience with transparent billing and priority support. You may consider trying @reliancejio once for your future trips

    @JioCare @TRAI do these service providers hav any intent ? Since 4days I’m following up no proper customer response nor their engineer receives call. Nd now Dey saying no refund on such pathetic service. Who wil compensate for these 4 days and I still hv a month of subscription’NO REFUND’

    @JioCare How many times do I need to complain for the same issue? Please escalate this to the highest priority and provide a permanent fix within 1 hour. If JioFiber is unable to resolve the issue, (2/2)

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio ! Since installation on May 15, it’s been constant issues. Now OTT & Set-Top Box are down for 3-4 days. Unacceptable. Please take back your faulty device and process my refund immediately!
