    @JioCare Jiofiber internet connectivity is down in our society since yesterday. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. It's a weekday and everyone is either wfh or attending online classes. Also extend the validity for the days lost.🙏

    @JioCare it's been 3 months since I ported from Jio, yet I get messages that there is an outstanding in bill amount. I go to your website but am not able to pay. I have tweeted earlier also but no response, I will have no choice but to write to TRAI, if the issue is not resolved

    @JioCare presently, I am Airtel customer & I want to port in JIO, but to sent one port message on 1900, Airtel told me to recharge 129 rps to just sent 1 message. Main account balance is 38 rps. Please help me to port in Jio, anyother way??
