    @JioCare On 16 i had Port out my number from vi to jio your executive come to my doorstep he had everything but port is cancel again your executive had done port out but it cancel when I saw in jio app tell me what is going on.

    @JioCare finally jio store give me another Sim at a cost of Rs. 50. For the Sim fault done from ur side, why should I pay for the Sim? If it was stolen, broken or lost then it was ok to give the Sim fee. I require answer to my question or kindly return my money. (2/2)

    with a hope I ported my number to airtel , but had a very bad experience from #AIRTEL , after the completion of 90 days , I will surely port my number to @reliancejio , Thank you #Airtel for such a pathetic service

    @JioCare Give instructions to each and every customer that when service engineer visits them they should make video of it because you will ask for the same when issues will not be resolved in months long. Ask name and phone number also as it will be needed to fool public later on

    @reliancejio Hi, I am Tauseef Ahmad my issue is that my internet connection is very slow even msg is not sent anywhere. And the issue is faced about to 6 months but issue is not resolved.And the customer care not connect my call to senior. I am advising all not use jio.
