When asked for an update, you say “we are working on i” and then simply ask for the details again. This shows that the cancellation process was never started it’s just a waste of time.

Saiekrishna (@sai_saie) reported@JioCare Tracking is not the issue. A service request was raised yesterday and closed today without any resolution. I had to reopen it again manually. Stop redirecting to tracking and resolve this. The technician already confirmed router replacement, collected OTP, and never returned.
