    At my home town I have installed @JioCare @reliancejio Airfiber , mostly approx 15 days in a month it doesn't work but due to Postpaid system I have to paid in full. Many times I raised complaint but no action yet. Shud I migrate or shut down ?

    Booked @reliancejio on May 7, paid ₹2.3K, and it’s been 12 days with no installation, no refund, and no proper response. Visited the Jio office, waited 1.5 hours just to face rude staff saying “wait.” Worst customer support and service experience from Jio.

    @JioCare Why is it so difficult to understand?!?!? When we wanted to install the fiber your technician immediately did it but now that there are issues with your service you have no responsibility

    @JioCare The issue is not resolved.On friday a executive called my wife and telling its Tower/server issues.U will have this problem we can't help.If u complain also no use. If you want, get converted to jio fiber. So,suggest what to do. No 1 visited house to check the internet issues.

    @JioCare i wish u were active when I was begging for a. all and asking u guys to resolve the issue 10 days no one called me to resolve the issues and now u were full on active on replying where is that guys gladwin..who assured to resolve my issues and vanished when I asked him call me

    @JioCare It’s been 6 days since network is not there, daily saying technician will visit in next 2hrs, till date no one came. Now when I called they said technician not available for next 3-4 days. So from 10 days no technician available? Seriously😳 Reliance short of staffs?

    @JioCare @JioCare It has now been the 4th week of my complaint, and I request an actual update regarding my concern. Please let me know what exact action has been taken so far and what is the current status of the resolution. I am still waiting for proper support and a clear update
