@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Well I have taken JIOFiber because it was introduced by Reliance. Its more than 4 days, JIOFiber is down no one visited. I have contacted every possibility, customer care, appellate and even some technicians. After sale service is worst.

@JioCare I have complained about Network coverage problem long time ago but till now @JioCare not solved our network coverage problem. I think it's time to change the operator because jio is not provided better internet speed at my location. Now i have decided to port my & my family sim.

@JioCare I have taken a jio fiber connection on July 23 . I am yet to get the connection. Three times my appointment has been rescheduled on the false grounds that I have sought for it. Is this your efficiency. Are you in in me being your customer?

@JioCare @reliancejio It's been more than 2 week but I have not received any solution related to my extra internet pack. I having this issue since April. It's a example of very bad customer service from Jio. Looking forward to your feedback.

@JioCare support executive hanged call when I called him with an issue . Crap customer care . There is no internet from morning. Why don’t you extent the end date of service when you are not providing services? Sending regret message is not enough. Stealing customer money without service

@JioCare My JioFiber service has been down since yesterday morning. Talked to customer care 5-6 times till now. No one was ready to register a complaint yesterday. Finally, a complaint was registered today after several calls. Very poor customer support! Please resolve this ASAP
