    @JioCare 2/2 and that you will try to improve it in the future. How is this a resolved complaint? I’m extremely frustrated after dealing with this for almost a week. Please stop giving generic responses and provide an actual solution and a clear timeline for resolution.

    @consaff @JioCare @reliancejio Grievance Number 9559453 was updated on July 27, where they Jio stated me to share the claim details on email. However, due to their technical problems i wasnt able to get details and yet they have not reverted on email. Kindly look into this.

    @JioCare Wrong information. It's nothing to do with my complaint. One of numbers have full recharged and I was obviously using the data of hat number but internet speed always break. No 5g speed. Another number i recharged yesterday.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber has been working very poorly for the last 2 days, with frequent connectivity issues. Today it has stopped working. This is causing serious problems. Pls chk the conection urgently and arrange a resolution ASAP. #JioAirFiber #JioFiber
