  @JioCare It's been 3 days jio fiber is not installed neither your employee Manvendra Pandey Emp Code 55139284 is responding to my calls who booked the Jio Fiber and took payment of 807 rs, nobody is there to tell exact date when will installation happen, Jio sucks.

  🚨 It's been many days, and the #Jio network issue still hasn't been resolved. Frequent call drops, poor signal, and extremely slow internet are causing inconvenience to users. We request @JioCare to look into the issue and restore stable network services as soon as possible.

  @JioCare @trai I lost my phone andMy jio number has been deactivated on 16th June. I approached jio customer center . I got told I need to pay 400 rs instead of 50 rs SIM replacement fee. Is it legitimate?

  @JioCare I never expected such poor service. Please refund my 807 immediately. I'll switch to Airtel instead. You were quick to collect the payment, but after that I've been waiting for two days. Your engineer is not responding at all. Once the payment was deducted, he simply disappeared.

  I am also belonging to same village frequently shutdown in village it not about specific location or buliding its about whole area it like 3500 people facing network shutdown frequently but @JioCare don’t care

  What's even more disappointing is that the assigned service tech has not answered my calls, and even the nodal officer, Mr. Abhishek, has not resnded despite repeated attempts to contact him. Is this the level of customer support @JioCare @reliancejio expects customers to accept?
