@JioCare @reliancejio You guys ask for alternate number but never call back on primary or alternate number, In 1.5 yrs no one called back, u don't give a single minute to free data above 30 days but need 48 hrs to resolve the issue

@JioCare No DMing business here. Improve your services instead of playing this smart unnecessarily. We first tried to get our issue resolved. What happened with that? Nobody comes on uour livechat, your helpline keeps us on hold for eternity. No solution for that?!
