@reliancejio To take a family plan. Customer need to visit Jio store for continuous 3 days. Isn’t hectic to customer or is this not troubling the customer. And we have to pay 3 prime membership fee to 3 connections with 1 bill. Seems store executives are not properly traind

@JioCare I am sure there is problem in jio tower .i am facing the problem since last two days .i am in a good network coverage area as before everything was fine. Since last two days the network is also not stable sometime it is coming Nd going.please resolve this as soon as possible
