    @JioCare you 3rd grade people are not even able to have a good network in my area neither u want to listen any problem from past 3days there is call drop issue but there is no solution from your side.

    @JioCare That's not my concern as a customer. I paid for a working service and suffered significant losses due to this outage. Who will compensate for my losses? Since the service failed and caused me losses, will Jio provide a full refund of the amount paid?

    @reliancejio @JioCare intermittent to no network through Jio Fibre box.. what's going on?? Charging hefty amount for what?? Isn't Internet a basic need right now??

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio What non-sense is this!! I got an Airfiber Plus connection installed on 26.05.2026 and since very that day your system is facing temporary outage 24x7. Nobody cares about resolution. Your CSE keep the call on hold always. #worstservice

    @JioCare @reliancejio What kind of engineers do jio hire. No mobile internet network since 2 days. Just one answer network congestion. Without resolution the complaint gets resolved by @JioCare 😡

    @JioCare very very disappointing services by your customer care team, Non cooperative & no proper resolution. Please assist to fix my recharge concern of Jio fiber . It’s been more than 24 hours. Waiting for your response.

    @JioCare @JioCare @jio_fiber My JioFiber connection in Malad East, Mumbai has been down since last Saturday, and the issue is still unresolved. It's been several days without internet, causing major inconvenience. Please prioritize this issue and restore the service at the earliest.

    @JioCare my jio wifi is not working for almost 24 hours. Engineer came in the morning, not picking phone now. Resolution estimatehas been postponed twice! SR0000380833, Fibre no 1135919327. Please get it working tonight!!!

    @Vapi please take care before you buy Jio , I am suffering since past two days , customer care says there are no engineers to service the request . They have no clue when the engineer will be available . @JIOcare really hopeless service

    jio is the tallest name in telecommunication...they don't only harass the customer.they are habitual in it...how many time u complain them they don't care the customer executive is only job is only talk good and give hopes and all bt not to do anything related to issue @JioCare
