@ShibiPayamal @reliancejio @JioCare In New Delhi, vasantkunj area I never get jio signal since 2016. Complained a lot but no effect. Only reply we r upgrading network. Even today there is no network. I have to go to a park in front of my home to get signal. This is jio, superfast network provider.

@JioCare Yes I am. And there is no other way to assist me further, send your guys and get that connection cut and take that box away, give me my security back. This is nothing less than harassment, writing to yo guys everyday, putting up same request, 'DM'ing the same damn thing.

@JioCare So last update from service person was it might need to change the router as the landline receiver he used was also having the same issue, outgoing is working but upon dialing the number it says line is busy every time. So I just want a service person wo give proper resolution.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I want to cancel my installation of Jio Fiber and want refund ASAP as your team was unable to give timely service and due to that I've lost a project. This is not expected from a company which I trust a lot. #pathetic

@JioCare If you could not mend a cable in more than 7 hours; what level of customer service and sincerity should i expect at all. This is very very poor. Simply admit you don't have appropriate infrastructure to meet such complaints on the ground. Very poor resource planning!
