    Almost a month now trying to get a issue resolved. Still not resolved. 8 calls to customer care, 2 service request tickets, 6 emails, 4 tweets n going on. These are the efforts you need to take to reach jio team. I am not going to pay the bill this month.@JioCare #jiosucks

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI This is my 49th complain with no resolution. Inspite of full DND I am receiving promotional SMS with different number from same set of merchants every day. Pls do not ask me to DM you as nobody responds there from jio. Screenshot of SMS is attached

    Highly disappointed by jio fiber service, I placed my order (NO0000N4KSHU) on 6th october and still awaiting for installation, none of the executives are responding. Such a pathetic service from jio @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My service request number SR00001EGZPO for JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +913537967810, has not been resolved yet and taking too much of delay. This is a complete pathetic service by Jio, good for nothing. Jio does not care about it's customers

    @JioCare @reliancejio @Akash_Ambani It's really the worst customer experience and satisfaction. I don't want small things to discuss about struggling with router replacement and additional paid amount for adapter without bill. you're making money neither help customer issue.

    @JioCare there is no internet connectivity for my jio fiber connection ending with *8944 i had raised a service request on 7th Oct regarding this still no engineer from Jio has come to resolve the issue how much longer do you expect me to wait?
