    However on Sep 1st my bank account was auto debited with Rs.666 by Jiopay. Neither I am able to see any recharge plan for Rs.666 associated with my number nor I got any refund. It has been two weeks. I tried calling customer care twice.@JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare still no action, worst service by jio. It's already been completed more than one month but yet no action taken, still facing internet issue while working sometimes facing too much buffering,slow internet.Can I keep hope this issue will resolve in 2023. u PPL make us joke

    @JioCare @pmo These days ur network is worst in neteork coverage n net speed. Govt speaks for digitalisation but they had made companies perform worst by providing them benefits without quality.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i have been facing problem regarding refund of my payment made a month ago.none of the agent nor the customer care respond properly .solution seems to be unresolved till date.lower middle class families cannot afford losing 2000/- and month long followups
