    @JioCare @JioCare I have already set up an alternative WiFi until JIO Doesn’t help. This is just to make my case stronger for appeal in consumers court that even though repeatedly requesting for clarity, Jio is not able to offer a solution.Collecting all screenshots of all communication

    @JioCare you guys charge premium for unlimited 5G but then fail to deliver even basic call services. And @TRAI do you guys even exists? It's been over 6 months, your 5G service don't work in my area but no resolution has been provided yet. Pincode:813107

    @JioCare We urgently need internet connectivity here. Students are forced to go outside just to attend their online classes due to the lack of coverage. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare Till the time your service is restored you will not charge us. That is your payment date should be changed. Also a service engineer informed that it may not get restored as the tower connected to the device is damaged

    @JioCare Strong Reply @reliancejio “Temporary issues” bolkar aap kab tak customers ko ghumate rahenge? Installation ke time bhi 13 din service nahi chali, aur ab phir wahi problem. Shame on this pathetic service. Paid for a service, not excuses. Fix it permanently or refund my money.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare JioTV+ on my TV keeps asking for an OTP every time I try to log in. Even after entering the OTP, the login does not stay active and it asks for OTP again. This is happening repeatedly and makes JioTV+ practically unusable. Please check the issue

    Out of all the companies iv come across, @JioCare is the absolute worst. The customer service team does not seem to be held accountable and the management seems to be happy fleecing paying customers. AI bots are the new #OfficeOffice
