I port my 9430413191 pAirtel sim to Jio in jio store Rangia Assam, they charge me 599, 99 for prime membership and 500 as security deposite but no security deposite showing in my account, help me. Thank you @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare My wifi isn't working since 14/01/22. I scheduled engineer but didn't came. After many tries an engineer visited today but he's now saying it's gonna take a week. Exams are going on we need internet. Service couldn't be worse.
