    @JioCare @jio_fiber what kind of service are you providing. Jio Service agents are worst. No civic sense. I am calling for no internet connection for 5 days and they address sarcastically. Seems reliance wnats to show monopoly. Time to switch. Boo!!!

    @JioCare what pathetic service. We are struggling to use your fibre for last 4 days. Absolutely poor service. They are just postponing engineers visits. You people should quit this business.

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I requested a relocation for my JioFiber connection (I still had 5 months of service remaining). During the process, I was asked to pay ₹1,200, which I did.

    My Jio Fibre connection is disturbed since yesterday 3pm, I have raised the ticket yesterday, The technician was supposed to come today morning, but they are keep on rescheduling at his own convenience. Worst customer service. The network is also pathetic in this area. @JioCare
