    @reliancejio @JioCare This is completely unacceptable for a critical home internet service. Can someone urgently explain: 1. Why was the engineer visit put on hold without informing me? 2. Why am I being asked to wait several more days for a resolution?

    It’s been over a week since I requested reallocation refund from Jio Fiber. Customer care repeatedly claims the request is cancelled and refund initiated — but nothing reflects on my account. Stop misleading customers. I want my money back. @JioFiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare whether jio is having any TAT for resolution of any complaint. Now it’s more than 1 and half month time passed of a year old issue But no solution. Otherwise tell me how to surrender the connection. I will go for that.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am facing a hell of a challenge in getting my broadband refund which was cancelled on 22nd May with refund message confirmation. Despite all this I haven't received it. Customer care is not supporting & local representative are not responding. Pls help me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Despite a tower being installed just 300 meters from the house, network issues have persisted for months; let alone using the internet, it is impossible to even make voice calls. Reliance needs to resolve this issue.
