    Dear @JioCare I applied for my Jio Home broadband connection relocation, I paid necessary charges, but now my old location devices are collected and now it seems my old account is terminated and there is no trace of new connection or order ID. Pls help @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    @JioCare "@JioCare I paid for a new JioFiber connection on 30th july (Order ID: NO0001F1T6GO).& Reuest no.SR00003EKURL KYC done but installation is not done. I have sent a cancellation email cancel done .But refund money not complete Within 7 Days. Please refund my money back. @JioCare
