    @JioCare Hello Team , It’s now 3 days and issue is still there . Customer care creates a request every time and say Field Engineer will visit on a given time slot but no one comes.3 request of visit have been made but no luck. Your services are below par and I have trust issues on JIO.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Most pathetic broadband service. Internet down for more than 24 hrs. No calls, no intimation & no updates. I have called ccare multiple times no updates. Seems time to shift to another service provider.
