  the most shameful and irresponsible operator is JIO... the fiber network is down since 3.28pm yesterday...they now say it will be restored by 23rd Aug, clear 48hrs without internet...their service executive says "switch to another operator...we cant do any better" @JioCare

  @JioCare jiocare @reliancejio my jio air fiber connection is not working last month for 3 days i multiple times complain in call centre after my tweet on x engineer came & resolved & call centre assured me that jio will deduct 3 days charges in next bill but they didn’t do this

  @JioCare System restrictions" won't fix a physically severed cable outside my house. The wire was cut into two during electricity work. Diagnostics and IVR bots cannot fix a physical break—only a field engineer with a splicing tool can. My work is completely blocked today.

  @reliancejio @JioCare On this location there jio service is very week so please provide a tower for our batter network We have face many issue in data using and calling not a single call was clear. if it is not solve then our staff and all team will port sim into @airtelindia
