    @JioCare The issue is now resolved. It took more than 8 hours to reach someone at Jio and get it resolved.

    @JioCare Speed has dropped further to 1.2 Mbps on 5G (screenshot attached). This is completely unacceptable. All apps and websites are not working properly. This is clearly a network issue in my area (Balijori, Jharsuguda, Odisha 768202). Please stop asking generic questions and

    Suffering major internet outage at my home using @airtelindia service and the reason I moved from @reliancejio due to poor service but realized that @Airtel service sucks too. Totally disappointed with horrible service. Think twice before taking Airtel service

    @reliancejio worst service for International Roaming. They charge full amount for roaming. Once you land at Foreign Country then Jio network fails to make outgoing call. @JioCare @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioHotstar @JioCare Poor broadband plans. With the broadband plan all app subscription is mentioned as premium but the content is not ad free. For ad free contents all apps aak for extra payment. In that case what is the use of taking bundle plan.

    Whenever we recharge our jio prepaid with an unlimited pack like 299 or other they promise to give a high speed data but the fact is they never keep their promise. Is not it a punishable offense? @JioCare
