    @JioCare Called customer care again today. The solution? "Please wait another 24 hours." That's been the answer for weeks. Order No: NO0001DEM4QM is still uninstalled. How many more 24-hour periods do you need?

    @JioCare I received a recharge offer call from 79-84903309. After I asked the executive to proceed if the offer was valid, I received the response: "Hamna kai kai bolai jase." Such language is unprofessional and unacceptable from a customer service representative. @reliancejio
