    Seriously @airtelindia you are charging INR 19 for hellotunes where @reliancejio is giving it for free. Thanks in advance I am porting to @reliancejio anyway. You do not have operator video calling features for oneplus phone. **** service.

    @JioCare i have never ever seen this type of worst network service, I lived in Bangalore this is the IT city but I am facing lots of network issues getting a full network in my phone but not able to make calls and not able to use the internet. Finally i want port out the network

    @JioCare Again proof that you are pathetic team in a customer service, You still didn’t provide me my request if i made any changes in past, It shows your thought towards customer. You should take training from @VodafoneIdeaIN and @airtelindia , they are best in customer service .

    @JioCare Ruksar - You really want me to believe that??? First promise of resolution by 7:50am and then visit by engineer by 12:30pm! You still have hope?? Your team here is not even working and I can guarantee that from my exp from installation process. No one's gonna turn up.
