    @JioCare Extremely Pathetic Service at Kalapathar, Cuttack Area(754009). We are facing 0 network connectivity in my Home, whereas the other networks works fine. Even the Kalapathar Main Market network issue happens all the time since last 1 and half years. Pls resolve this asap.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare Dear Airtel Team I have been unable to use mobile internet on my device for over 3 weeks, as it consistently connects only to the EDGE network. Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I would prefer to proceed with porting my number with jio.

    More than 2 months of incoming call issues. Now outgoing calls have stopped working too. Multiple complaints, follow-ups, technician visits, and still no resolution. My JioFiber landline is practically unusable. Emails ignored, DMs ignored, issue unresolved. #JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare service id SR00002LOUQ2 regt mobile no 9897303592. 3 time Er reschedule appointment themselves, talk over phone only and insist to take jio air fiber rather than to fix the existing jio fiber connection. Really fed up it harming jio reputation. Kindly do the needful. Thanks

    @JioCare Still no resolution. Absolute incompetence. What a shameless organisation. They told me request was canceled but they did not close it and my refund is still pending to be processed. They are just changing request no in their system to fall within TAT. @consu

    @JioCare such a pathetic service from Jioairfibre. Instead of transferring my old connection, they gave me new connection and now saying you have lost your whole years advance paid. Worst experience #jio @reliancejio A whole years vouchers also they are denying taking all money
