    @JioCare just know how to loot money n doesn’t care. Calling is disabled as we have raised ticket. But, Internet will go slow when recharge is due in 5days. @reliancejio

    However, he did not show up, and now I am being told that no technician has been assigned for today's visit. My internet service is still not working, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 10 days since my broadband internet stopped working. Every day I'm told "it will be fixed today," but there has been no resolution yet. This prolonged outage is causing significant inconvenience. Kindly provide a definite timeline. #CustomerService #InternetOutage

    @JioCare JioAirFiber is almost unusable at my location (735224). Poor speed, weak signal, and many websites don't load. Support has been giving the same "temporary issue" response for 20+ days. Please resolve this.
