    So again a new month but same old billing issue with @JioCare @JioFiberChennai and cust care cut the call as they incapable to understand the billing issue. Till Feb 20 billing issue was cleared, then after 1 month usage for 699 plan, i have received bill of 1384, makes no sense!

    @JioCare Jio fiber internet not working for last 3 days. Service request id SR00001997VB made on 11.03.2022 at 4.57 PM not attended even after repeated telephonic and email reminders. Hampering important online official work. Please attend immediately.

    Been trying to port my Jio Fiber from one existing number to another and it’s been 5 days of struggle. This is the fourth time we are trying to port. @JioCare there’s so little help from your team of technicians. You need over 5 days for porting to a different number?

    Any incoming/outgoing call disconnect after 1 second. It's happening from yesterday, if you can't give proper service then return my recharge amount so I can move to another network. You bloody @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare unfortunately very worst experience as such weather is very well but i guess shortage of manpower and supervision as its more than 20days now and how come they close complaint by their own #worst_service_by_jio
