    @JioCare It seems your team has no coordination, one technician visits and informs me that the issue can be resolved by the other department. If that is the case then why he visited? If he has zero knowledge he shall be briefed better? I'm completely at loss by opting Jio Fiber it seems.

    @reliancejio fiber is down since 2 days, got it installed on 14 june by removing @airtelindia fiber network, since yesterday the service engineer appointment is given 4 times but not a single visit is done.

    @JioCare It's not about personal issues. All prepaid customers are facing this trouble 3 or 4 days before the plan expired. Everyday getting irritated this "your plan is going to expire" voice notes.

    @JioCare I was so happy to get @reliancejio network on my phone, now my jio network is deactivated as I was out of station and my old phone was in breakdown condition due to which I was unable to use it.. its my sincere request kindly please activate my jio number 9090516917.
