    @JioCare @JioCare The technician has still not arrived despite a confirmed schedule. My JioFiber has been down since 21 April, and now even the assigned visit has been missed. This is complete negligence and a clear failure to meet your commitment.

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, this issue isn’t limited to a specific location—it’s occurring across a 8–9 km radius. We’re facing the same issue in Bodhgaya, a World Heritage Site. As a service provider, you need to take necessary steps to improve network connectivity.

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber is not working properly for the last 1 month. Frequent disconnections and very slow speed. Multiple complaints already raised but no resolution yet. This is very disappointing. Please escalate and resolve urgently.

    @reliancejio Service Request number SR0000343DD9 for your JioFixedVoice Number connection is still pending . Engineer rescheduled it again and again. Pathetic service from jio. Shame on @JioCare Please fix this or i will change to airtel broadband
