    @JioCare Blinking red As already mentioned in private msg and customer care.Technician visit slot was booked at 12-1 he called me at 9-11am,later told me to visit at 4pm but still not visited and not picking my call.Very disappointed!!

    @JioCare Facing frequent disconnection while using internet service. Disappointed with Jio Fiber, it doesn't deliver what it promised. Service has become bad over the months. No direct Jio support available. App says all representatives are busy. Not able to work from home.

    @JioCare located Borivali west I have subscribed Jio for one year and now I don't get any assistance from you support team. They dictate time since two days but fail to come. Never expected.@reliancejio SOS

    @JioCare I sent these details yesterday and am facing the same problem today. I'm yet to receive any response. Today, when I tried contacting through whatsapp/myjio it just keeps saying all advisors are busy and doesn't even add me to a waiting queue. You won't even respond to DMs here
