    every month I keep paying @reliancejio @JioCare for their ****** internet service like an idiot what for? for 0.3-0.5 MBPS speed, 20 hours a day, on a so called "Highspeed 5G" Jio Fibre connection the only time i'm able to use the internet properly is from ~12:30am to ~5:30am

    @JioCare 1. What is the SR Number 2. Share your escalation Matrix. Grievance redresal already failed. Share your senior management email id. 3. Refund my money of Rs. 824 paid as advance rental. 4. No more bullshit story like technical issue.

    @reliancejio If remote troubleshooting fails repeatedly for Jio STB , why is a technician visit being denied? I spent nearly 30 mins trying everything your executive suggested, with no solution. Do customers have to keep waiting, or is switching providers the only solution?

    @JioCare Keep this reply yourself. Your customer service is good for nothing. It has been 60+ hours of service outage in my home. I got enough experience with your useless fiber connection. I'm switching to @ACTFibernet. @JioCare Ask your people to collect the useless router from my home.

    More than 7 days, and @reliancejio still hasn’t resolved my issue. It’s been 4 days since the replacement order, yet no engineer has been sent. Customer care kept me on hold for over an hour and then disconnected the call. Ref: SR00003DZWJV Whom should I contact now? @JioCare
