@JioCare Was happy with Jio service, but at the end the service now is awful. Multiple follow ups and multiple calls to customer care. Multiple appointments given but the engineer does not show up. Customer care employees are least bothered... Awefull

@JioCare customer care executive repeat on every call that issue has been escalated yet no response. Do you guys maintain metrics on how many calls made by customer for a same request? Downtime is fine but careless behaviour with customers will not be tolerated for long.
