    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @JioCare Please provide me with the details of your manager or supervisor, who can actually access the database in your CRM to check the exact issue and tell me why did my amazon prime subscription expired???? Atleast someone should talk sense in Jio

    @JioCare I have been calling for the last 4 months 10 15 times i talked to customer care regarding network issue, Internet speed is worse than 2G in our area.Customer care, say that there are more users in your area. You guys can't handle 4G and you guys are lunching 5g.

    @JioCare Once again, you guys did not check the actual reason for deactivation and telling me the common statement. Please tell me the exact issue as to why did my Amazon Prime expire???? What is the exact reason. Or provide me the contact details of someone who can understand my issue.
