    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @JioCare I still I have not received the resolution. Escalated SR which I have raised on 24th August has not resolved yet. And my connection will be ended on 28th aug'26. Dont trust @reliancejio . They are scamming people!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had logged a service request a few days back - SR00003EVGK3. This is regarding frequent slow internet in the evening hours. Facing this issue again today. Could you resolve this on priority.

    @JioCare No, but the engineer who visited mentioned that it will be resolved in the next 1 hour and definitely by 12noon. If this is how to service requests are being managed, I better switch to other internet service providers.I always thought that because of its service Jio has an edge
