    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @JioCare my internet service on 01617966200 is not working since 25 April 2021 I have tried to register complaint every day but my internet service has not been restored who ever is assigned to repair connection doesn't wanna come when I get phone number and call jio technician

    I have been requesting @JioCare to pick up my router since August 2020 but all I get is an automated SMS saying could not be picked and will attempt again. This is utter negligence by @reliancejio. Is that a way to boost profitability by not returning customer's deposit?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare JioFiber internet down from 5 days now, nobody cares from the Jio Team, I guess. On customer care they say will be resolved in 2 hours, raised service request twice, sent the email twice. Still nobody cares, please improve your customer service.

    @reliancejio Dear Team. I try many times to connect with you by toll free num & other numbers but un able to connect with any support person. There is no option to connect with your support team. I hav queries with my Recharge. Pls do needful & pls you have to improve this to.

    @JioCare No broadband from 48 hours.. tried everything from switching off to on.. worst service.. who wi compensate me for the 2 days lost
