    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @JioCare By writing "We wish to set things right", things don't set themselves right. You need to move from your seats in ivory tower & fix the issue. It is exactly a month since the system is down. How do you expect someone to survive in such a scenario? Stop taking customers for a ride.

    @JioCare Hi Team, Sharing service req no.I am facing frequent disconnection issues and as per the information this will be done on 12:57 pm Monday. Why so late, during the time of billing why don't you guys ask for the timeline of user regarding payment.Why delay in service .

    @JioCare I'm unable to track the technician neither able to contact him. I need urgent resolution as it's more than 24 hours I'm unable to access the internet. And I haven't heard from anyone yet. I need a callback immediately from nodal officer of the area. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @jio_fiber My JioAirFiber complaint SR000037A73N is still unresolved for the last one week. No engineer has visited my premises, but I received a message stating that the issue has been addressed. Multiple follow-ups have yielded no resolution. Kindly resolve this asap
