    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Recharged via Amazon Pay but can't get a GST invoice. Amazon only provides a payment receipt, and Jio says no invoice if paid through Amazon. I need the GST invoice for office reimbursement. Please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have got a special offer on app saying 2 month fiber plan at 707 rs & also called & got confirmation by customer care .. after one month that plan expire and cc team is telling we can't help you out Such a bad experience & looting hard earned money

    @JioCare That no service available in your area ,I replied my neighbour just 30 meter away installed Jio Air fiber they're getting network, I also get their network when I'm on my terrace then how I can't get the same , Jio agent replied (4/n)

    @JioCare Dear Jio, @reliancejio Ive been facing this issue for the last 15 days In my area, Jio 5G automatically switches to 4G whenever theres even a brief power outage Why does 5Gdisappear so easily Im paying for an expensive recharge but I’m not getting a stable 5G experience
