@JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

@JioCare What kinda organization are you running where your system engineers go to my parents house to fix the internet issue and tell them that they can't fix it and the people who initially installed it will only fix the issue? Is this customer service really? Ridiculous.

@JioCare Please see above videos and check the difference. Please revert back ASAP as it's almost 3-4 days that I'm facing the issue and if you are unable to help please let me know so that I'll move to any better network communication as it's not possible for anyone to follow like this.

@reliancejio My JioFibre is not working since 09.05.21. The response from customer car is very poor. Resolving time being asked is more than 24 hours. Despite paying Rs 1180 per month, Unable to work, watch tv/news and contact anyone as nothing is working . PM Bidri : 9322840611
