    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @JioCare @reliancejio As soon as the cancellation process began, I started receiving calls from the management team. I wish they had shown the same level of engagement in seeking feedback on whether the complaint had actually been resolved.

    @reliancejio I claimed Jio’s 18-month Gemini Pro offer, but accidentally claimed a Google Student plan on the same account, which replaced it. Now Jio says the offer is already active on my number, while Google can’t re-link it. I’m stuck without the Pro I originally had. help.

    I purchased a matching number via the MyJio app and paid ₹50 of my hard-earned money. It has been more than 10 days, but my SIM card has still not been delivered to my address. Please look into this urgently and resolve the issue! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I'm very serious now! From past 2 months I was made a mindset of port out from jio only because network coverage. But your team suggest me to stay and take 7 days to improve network. It's 3 months running there's no improvement till now. PORT OUT is the only option.

    I thought it might be a network glitch. So I called again and the exact same thing happened after explained full query. The irony? I was calling Customer Care from my Jio number.🥲 Is this a new way of avoiding customer queries? Please look into this. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Business Day 18: STILL NO REFUND. Jio failed to provide the service, cancelled my order, promised refund within 7 business days, yet 18 working days have passed. Stop the endless excuses and service requests. Refund my ₹1,200 NOW.

    @JioCare All of you guys pls resolve my refund issue there is hospitalisation & critical health issue at present. At least have some shame to resolve it now if you got any shame left standup for humanity if it is left. Refund Needs resolved in less than few hours now not days
