During Installation, there was no network detected, hence I was asked to go for another package Rs 2221.46 per quarter.

I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle
