    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I did a recharge assuming it included talktime/incoming, but it turned out to be a data-only pack. This was not clearly mentioned. I request cancellation or proper resolution

    @JioCare What a disgusting service experience never faced this with any provider. For over a month now, the issue keeps recurring. Neighbors confirm the nearby tower simply shuts down whenever power goes off. 1/2

    @JioCare Technicians have visited but are unable to fix the issue, and there has been zero follow-up or accountability from your team. The biggest concern — I am unable to even raise a service request.

    @JioCare The network team already knows this yet there’s no plan to expand backup or relocate the tower to a site with reliable power. In my area, electricity is available 4 hours in the day, the rest of the time the tower should run on backup.Instead, customers are left offline daily 2/2

    For the past 8 days in my area (Allahabad, Allapur), Airtel internet has been extremely slow and unreliable. It’s honestly very frustrating to deal with this every day. I really wouldn’t recommend switching to Airtel right now. @airtelindia @JioCare
