    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    @reliancejio Never expected such poor service from Jio. 50+ hours without JioFiber (Ref: SR00002NIZJC). Technician visit was confirmed for 10 AM yesterday, but no one visited. Later, I received an incorrect OTP-related message. Extremely disappointing. Please resolve urgently.

    Is the I am only one who is facing jio 5g network issue ? As when i switch my network to 4G it work well but in 5g it sucks @JioCare

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare No internet on my JioFiber connection for the last 7 hours. This is extremely frustrating, especially with no proper resolution yet. Please look into the issue urgently and restore the connection ASAP.

    @reliancejio the network service are worst. Irrespective of postpaid plan, when ever I travel via train, the network goes pathetic. Even 4G does not responds. Rest people in the train with other network like Airtel and VI enjoy seamless speed. A big WHY to the company.

    @JioCare No error msg Just showing network but not connected 4g LTE Latest 20 August 2026 Calling any number but not connected ..connect sometimes but voice issue I don't think I explained everything still need those thing Coz my recharge already So don't repeat same to me

    @reliancejio @JioCare The internet speed is very low alongwith call drop for last 6-8 months. Whenever I call Customer care, they r saying our network team is upgrading the network/ working on it & it will be resolved soon. No relief, monthly plans r getting costlier & net slower
