    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    Unacceptable service @reliancejio @reliancejio Missed my scheduled visit yesterday with zero updates. Today, the technician promised to return in 15 mins and ghosted me. Support doesn't care, and I've been without internet for 2 days. Resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare Hi Shirisha, it’s been 2 more days since your assurance of an Engineer Visit, but there is still no update on installation or refund. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel it and process my full refund immediately. I’ve already waited since 17 August.

    @reliancejio @TRAI ? This is not a temporary issue. It has been going on for years. Jio, please stop treating this as just another complaint. Investigate the network coverage and infrastructure in Gorgawan and actually fix the problem. We pay the same money as everyone else. We deserve the same
