  @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

  @JioCare what's up with your mobile internet services? Non sensically slow speed at Thaltej, Ahmedabad that hit the rock bottom on Saturday and hasn't recovered since. This is very disappointing!!

  @JioCare @reliancejio Network in Kumhari, Kadwa, Katihar, Bihar has been extremely poor for 3–4 months. Calls, messages & mobile data barely work. Despite multiple complaints, there’s no improvement. Is this being fixed, or should we switch providers?

  @JioCare Hey team, I have done a recharge of 799 which is in queue and get activated in the next 6 days but now i have changed my device and it is 5g now so i want to upgrade to a true 5g plan is there anything that i can do? Like cancel the upcoming recharge or something??

  Losing my patience with Jio Support. I think its time consider another internet service provider. @JioCare. I was assured that issue will be resolved by 08:17PM today & it is not resolved. Now i was told to wait 24hours.

  @reliancejio No Jio AirFiber service since 25 July despite 5 complaints to customer care. If the issue is not resolved by 11:00 AM tomorrow, I will throw the box in the dustbin and post the video publicly. This is unacceptable customer service. Please resolve the issue immediate
