    @JioCare Why to throw them while making urgent calls ?? That too a week before expiry?? Ads while calling, This is not acceptable.. Please resolve this issue. It's ok to have reminder on final day of expiry or via text messages.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, SR SR00003B263N was raised on 12 Jul 2026 (5:55 PM) for a JioFiber service disruption. It’s been over 72 hrs with no resolution, despite a home visit being scheduled. Please escalate this urgently and restore my service ASAP.

    @JioCare compensation or a service extension for the downtime. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline and TRAI, and pursue it through the appropriate consumer forum. #JioFiber #PoorService #CustomerService

    If this problem can be resolved permanently, I would be happy to continue with JioFiber. Otherwise, I may have to switch to another provider despite having an active subscription. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a permanent solution. @JioCare #JioFiber

    Why are jio calls not working ?? Neither any call is outgoing from jio numbers nor any calls are incoming. . We have to use whatsapp calls to contact each other.. @reliancejio @JioCare
