@JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

@reliancejio very pathatic service in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. I have recharged my phone 599/- plan yesterday . But no network, speed and connectivity. Seriously Jio is providing very worst service. No customer support and service. Its wastage of money

@JioCare @fiber_jio The service engineers are continuously rescheduling back to back installation of fibre connection. Also the concerned person is not answering the calls. 4 days has passed they are continuously troubling us. All the area managers giving false promises daily.
