    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I wanted to get my Jio Fibre transferred from Prayagraj to Patna. But your customer care and the ppl who installed Jio Fibre in my house are just pathetic they keep giving me different numbers which are unreachable or simply block my numbers.

    @JioCare It has been been approx. 1 month of disconnection of jio fiber but didn't get refund till now. Whenever i call to customer care they said that your refund is processed and it takes more 14 days.

    @reliancejio I have 999- Rs postpaid plan.. I deposit bill amt on time. But now in every bill an amount is being added as outstanding amount, why it is. My no is 9672666600 No system to resolve d problem??

    @JioCare applied for jio fiber month back but jo referral benefit provided till now. Pls don’t misguide customer. No support received from call center and staff who have taken the order. @reliancejio

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio What is the use creating ticket and it closed with out actually resolving issue.Hi Team, I have issue with my router and it auto restart at least 5-6 times a day due to which my wfh is impacting. I have raised a ticket and created an Hardware issue.
