    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    It's not only my problem, many people face same problem (slow network) . So, please @reliancejio take further step this problem. Seriously I am face many problem because network is very slow.

    @JioCare A very poor experience since the last 10 days. 2 unplanned outages in the span of 8 days and that too always on a weekend. Plus very poor internet speed. And all this after paying you guys in advance? How do you plan to reimburse for non provision of services?

    @JioCare i had done a recharge of 499 for 28 days validity but instead they automatically done the recharge for International Roaming and they are telling me that I had selected the wrong option. Very very sad that the customer care always make us feel that we are wrong everytime

    @reliancejio i have visit two time in your noida sector 59 store for e-sim they told me that this service not available after 7PM i have visit again today before 7PM they told me that today is Sunday so that not possible you can check other place like sector 12/22
