    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Need an invoice for my annual plan taken in Jul 2021 that is valid until 28th Jul 2022. Have been told that Jio cannot give it since 6 months have passed. Why such a policy for an annual plan? Need the invoice urgently. Help!

    @JioCare Unable to make call, voice break, call drop, internet issue. Specially indoor network is worst.

    I was told by 2 JioFiber advisors who called previously that I can disconnect by 19th Feb and that I will get a full refund of my deposit. This advisor says the date was 29th Jan. This is a scam to take customer money. @JioFiber @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup you guys have spoiled the whole competitive environment in the field of telecom by your cheap thrills of selling internet free. Even after doing so, your services suck. Every month, out of 28days of fibre recharge, 7-8 days net is never available.🤬
