    Why , @reliancejio charging 350 for 5g and still providing 2g services, What kind of scam is this?? Internet speed gets really slow every day it takes 10 minutes to connect with 5g . It's happening with everybody, i think it's time to switch....

    Jio's network is very bad. The network works at the speed of a turtle. Talking to customer care is like chewing iron. If the bogus company does not improve, it is certain that it will sink with Mukesh Ambani.@_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @gujratsamachar

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, I went through most bogus service by your #jiohome_airfiber booking process. The person who did #kyc is not receiving calls. Moreover their is no clue for cancellation process even your #chatboat198 number is also not providing support. @GoI_MeitY

    @JioCare On confronting, first he thought for a second and then said may be they would need to shift the tower to some other side and then it might fix the problem. He said he didn't have the wire and would come tomorrow. I mean this this so annoying

    @JioCare My air fibre no. 5123178892 is not working. Customer care is not responding. Please register my complain. There is a power supply problem in the router. It is sparking. In how many working days will the issue resolve. Kya meri complaint likhi jayegi. Kya problem thik hogi.

    @SinghNis4 @JioCare @reliancejio Same happened with me, they are worthless and won't help you at all I am thinking of switching to airtel. I too attached my srn numbers, but its open since 27th july. Bullshit people with bullshit service

    @JioCare Refusing to acknowledge a total breakdown doesn't change reality. My connection has been completely down for over 4 days .under SR SR00002MXUVY.
