    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare More than a month that Jio broadband surrender and instrument pickup was done, and still deposit refund has not happened,very poor experience and service from the moment we raised request for disconnection, account tagged to mobile # 9789005342, contact # 9791167446

    @reliancejio , @JioCare When are you going to repair the road?? Similar issue was there with other service provider.. they have repaired the road and demonstrated thier social responsibility. I feeling still you are collecting only information rather than fixing the issue??

    @JioCare This is totally unsatisfactory that even reporting the problem at 06:50 PM evening we just get a message that says expected resolution time is 7 PM of the next day. The appointment was updated to 8 PM today and later delayed to tomorrow. Totally disappointed.

    @tataplayfiber : Six days no connect from your technician and request status already closed without consent. The issue still persists. Not happy at all. @airtelindia / @reliancejio : you can try to pitch in for our locality…would definitely get good response

    Very disgusting service by @reliancejio @JioCare for relocation service. The agents keep on raising SRs and changing schedule of engineer visit, hampering all the work Still waiting this to resolve, 7 days have passed.

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is the most worst customer service provided by jio I have ever seen . In my point of view Airtel is much better.@Airtel_Presence .It has been more than 1 month that I have been requesting but no response from jio customer service.

    @JioCare Every day Every month same problems repeating Very slow net in my area West Bengal Howrah Pin 711202. I have to lose and waste my money every day about 1G from 1.5 GB. Not solve by U. Only recorded voice playing in customer care. You looting me.

    @JioCare never experienced such treatment from Jio earlier, my complaint in process since 20 days and no resolution … am surprised..
