  @reliancejio I ordered a Jio SIM through the Jio app on 22 Aug at ~6:30 PM and paid for it. More than 3 days later, it still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted customer care 4 times. No resolution. When I tried to cancel, my calls were repeatedly disconnected.1/n

  @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio SIM was working a few days ago, but after I restarted my phone, the network disappeared and hasn’t returned. The SIM is still inserted and MyJio is accessible. Please check the issue and guide me on how to restore the network or replace the SIM.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Immediately fix the wifi restrictions. I am using an imported top end phone Xiaomi 17 Pro and when I am on Airtel sim 5g network all notifications come instantly at home or outside but when I am on Jio wifi home then all stops. Fix this or I am switching to Airtel wifi!

  @JioCare 6 days of zero service is already a gross SLA violation.Keeping a ticket "ON HOLD" while giving non-committal replies won't resolve the issue.I need an engineer dispatch today to realign the antenna to a Jio tower. Please confirm the visit schedule immediately.@DoT_India
