@JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio tried calling customer support a thousand times. Some of your agents are not comfortable in hindi even when hindi is my primary language and some disconnects call deliberately. Not expecting this kind of service from that. Switching to local broadband.

@JioCare The jio fiber installation in my bldg is complete since 3 months, but the service is not yet started. The executive phone is always off. There are 5 bldgs with more than 200 flats, but we r still struggling to gt jiofiber. Paras Nagar-5, Shankar Lane

@JioCare Hello Shekhar....how would you feel that after logging your complaint and strong follow up, you just receive same call every time - Your service request has been logged, our team will contact you within 24 hours and after that Jio team will pick up the device within 4 days.
