    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    Hi @JioCare, my fibre connection issue(no internal) hasn’t resolved and the ticket has been closed without any communication and site engineer visit. Ticket raised 21st June and closed on 21st July without any communication. 1 month recharge is also wasted.

    @JioCare I cleared my Jio Family Postpaid bill yesterday, but all family numbers are still disconnected. Since yesterday, your team has only been saying “15 minutes”, yet it’s been over 24 hours with no resolution. This is unacceptable. Please restore all numbers immediately.

    @JioCare I request you to refund/credit the charges for the affected days and resolve this issue urgently. If this continues without a resolution or proper compensation, I will have no choice but to discontinue my Jio connection.

    @JioCare @JioCare - I am not able to open the UrL nor I’m able to access the technician contact via My Jio app. This is such a low service nobody expects from such a company. None of them called me until this time. Setting new standards on poor service.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, Please stop calling a 1.5-year-old issue "temporary." I've had enough of the same copy-paste replies. Either fix the network immediately or be prepared to answer before the appropriate consumer authorities. I won't accept another template response.
