    @JioCare @reliancejio my problem is not yet solved even though your representative assured me to solve in 3 days but after 15 days network problem remain same . I am unable to call any body from my office & it is really irritating .

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have Jio fiber & requested for a set top box on 24 Dec. Finally on 31 Dec recd sms installation would be done on 01 Jan. Since then following up daily on customer care getting same msg its rescheduled for tomorrow but no one turns up or calls. Pathetic
