    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare Hi, Myself Vikas Gupta. I relocated from Gurgaon to Agra in Jan. 26, but I haven’t received relocation voucher yet. I have been chasing you since then, every time I get an assurance but not the voucher. Is this the kind of service that you guys provide?

    @JioCare No, they said , Jio Fiber is a Failure, so they asking me to shift to Jio Air . I don't understand what kind of service you are providing

    @JioCare The KYC executive also registered my husband's number instead of mine, even though I am the customer who booked and paid. The refund/migration process was never explained properly.

    @JioCare The date has now been postponed to 18th July when I clicked on reschedule without allowing me to select any time slot and date. Now should I wait for 6 days without internet? That's purely a pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio

    After Months of complaint, no issue solved from @JioCare, I have wasted enough money, now in two days I am shifting myself to Airtel. My jio fiber connection as well as my cell phone number. Thank you for your worst service @reliancejio. #Jio #fraud

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. JioFiber installed on 09 Jul 2026 has remained unusable from day one. Facing financial loss and mental harassment due to poor service. Please resolve immediately before I approach the ConsumerCommission. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @reliancejio @JioCare I ported my Airtel SIM to Jio 10 days ago; the Jio service center provided the new SIM and collected the payment, but the SIM has not been activated yet. When I contacted Jio Care, they informed me that the porting request had been cancelled. Bad service.
