    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare the issue is not resolved yet. No engineer assigned for pickup. Kindly resolve the issue at earliest else I will have to apply for complete cancellation of connection instead of only set top box

    @JioCare Nobody is assisting in getting JioFiber connection, no request id generated no one calling and nobody can be reached out to by customer care numbers. Want the connection urgently, is there someway this can be helped @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio internet issue was for 12-13 days last month,Still you have sent me the full bill despite of your customer care telling me bill will be adjusted for loss of internet. If you can't fix the issue in time at least compensate in the bill.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio this is probably 12 internet issue i have raised this year. Lost around 20+ days of internet this year. Zero action has been taken in spite of multiple feedback.

    @JioCare @reliancejio may I know what's going on at Rourkela? Why the engineers do not visit on the schedule day and change the schedule even without a call? Why should the customer bear the charges for the loss
