    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @DoT_India last 6 days internet is down. raised two SR0000164HJW/SR00001656T3. WFH is affected, recharged on 6th aug. local tech is telling surrender the connection, Is this what Jio is service is ?

    @JioCare Surprisingly no action has taken on the concern person. No call from your team to know the complete issue happened. It's been already near to a week.I think i should change my decision.

    @reliancejio Your ground support or so called engineers are very pathetic. We are facing an Internet issue since Friday, instead of visiting after appointment, they r closing the raised tickets. No communication, no callback nothing. Please ask them to fix.

    Instead of fixing, they are just closing the tickets. Please look into it on HIGH PRIORITY. This isn't, what we expected from Jio. @reliancejio this kind of service doesn't match ur standard.
