  @JioCare I repeat, it's not a static IP i am asking for! What I am asking is to change the current public IP that is supplied to me or in my region! The IP I am getting has a poor history and that's why many websites are blocking my access!

  @JioCare took 1200 for Jio router shifting after confirming feasibility at the new location. Later said relocation not feasible. Do @reliancegroup and @reliancejio have to scam customers and loot 1200 to sustain themselves? Customer care unresponsive.

  After being a loyal @JioCare customer for 3-4 years, I ported to @airtelindia Big mistake. Regretting it badly already. Airtel's network coverage is terrible. Jio was 100x better. Learned my lesson in just 2-3 days.

  .@JioCare learnt today that to get new connection of #jiofiber in Pune customer have to pay ₹1500 extra to tecnician apart from details mentioned in plan. This is number of person who called and asked money. #8793376847 and #+91 92845 34008

  @reliancejio there are frequent outages of JioFiber services and the turn around time is also very high..today services disrupted at 8.15 PM and cust service saying will be up by 12.15 AM ( Area Mumbai - Mahim)..please check asap
