    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare Jio customer care called me now to inform me after 24 hour that your service request is there and we cannot help before Tuesday.3+ days internet down jn today's world . Seems it time to switch back to local internet company. In share holder meeting they call us family.

    @JioCare Home internet is out. Complaint raised but unattended for three days. I'm receiving calls from your call centres assuring me that the engineer is on his way but no one has bothered to turn up. The time slots are being reassigned on their own and still not being honoured.

    Paid amount for jio airfiber connection but technician not responded for installation...such a worst service it is.. @JioCare

    @JioHotstar @reliancejio Hey @JioCare , my Jio plan already includes JioHotstar (For VoLTE) and the subscription is showing as active in the MyJio app until August 2026, yet the JioHotstar app is asking me to recharge again to continue watching. Please resolve this issue. #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Unless @TRAI does something about this, jio will continue fooling common people and airtel ain't better either. I don't even wanna talk to jio folks as their L1 support is fools who don't know iota of how data works and will just keep repeating that I somehow used 40 GB in 40 min
