  @JioCare I need my Home Fiber disconnected with immediate effect as there is no network connectivity & ur CC, Jio internet Chat, Home Fibre Chat either show error or keep misguiding. Plz do d needful asap as I m not interested in paying a single penny for something non-functional

  @JioCare Pathetic service for Airfiber. For an internet that does not require a cable, how can you be down for 24 hours when your mobile network is available? Make it make sense! On top of it, can't even get to a human to raise a complaint. Absolutely shambolic.

  @JioCare Your technicians are doing there analysis via call, last 3 days service for scheduled no response and now you are telling me for the 3rd time that I need to wait for another day, I won't be rescheduling anything from my end, please first give me the reason of the delay.
