    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare This issue remains unresolved despite multiple complaints. SR000037Y3NF has been open for more than 2 days. Request immediate escalation and compensation for the service downtime.

    @JioCare I have requested for juo fibre connection termination on 09 jun and spoke to customer care as well still i cant believe a new bill has been generated for 11 Jun to 10 Jul 26 period scamming people @JioCare …i have jio postpaid connection and such response making me reconsider

    @JioCare @reliancejio , We are eager to resolve JioFiber Service Request No. SR00002LQNV6 for Service ID connection having JioFixedVoice Number +914435692456 and have managed to get an earlier appointment on 12-Jun-2026 between 19:30:00 - 20:30:00 No one turned up to fix it

    @JioCare facing issues with jioairfiber since the installation day. Nothing fixed after multiple visits over a month as well. Now when I'm trying to cancel my connection why aren't you giving me a refund when the problem is from your end??

    Spoke to 5 CS agents today whose only skill is reading scripts and transferring me to a dead line when I ask for a senior. If "Failure of Service" was an Olympic sport, @reliancejio would take gold.
