    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare it's been 10 days since my #jiofiber is not working and no one has bothered to call or even come and rectify this. This is the 3rd time I am facing the same issue.. your router is spoilt. If u can't replace it then just cancel your non-working servixe

    Is there anyone else who is also experiencing poor cellular network quality these days? I am using @reliancejio @JioCare in phone & @airtelindia broadband at home-both are constant source of headache! Any recommendations for porting no. & new WiFi broadband?

    Hello @JioCare team, I have been using jio Fiber since last 1-1.5 yrs but facing trouble since Monday, I have contacted toll free number as well as in bhilwara office but problem has not been resolved yet.
