    @JioFiberVoice @JioCare is it customers responsibility to manage your grid? Your engineers worked and left my cables hanging on raod, now children are pulling and playing with it. Are you waiting for my connection to go down to start working? SR is already raised yesterday.

    @JioCare firstly you provide a worst of quality for internet service. Now when I have cancelled the Jio Fiber no one is ready to pickup your device. Cancellation raised on 15, Account terminated on 18, Cancel work order done on 21 still no one to collect till today. CO0000JU2UBI

    @JioCare don't you think there is a necessity of having a human support by phone? it is something basic and should be mandate. even on whatsapp there is just bot support.
