@JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

@reliancejio @JioCare you block sni / bug host then the problem is coming in my internet and speed became very low .So I requesting to you that unblock all sni / bug host otherwise I port my sim to another network operator. Plzz unblock all sni /bug host as soon as possible.

@JioCare From last 5 years whole village is facing network problem …many times registered compliant but never got resolution. Now jio is upgrading 5G but his 4G network is out of service…shame

@JioCare This process has been completely pointless. @JioCare please give me a concrete answer on when there will be a resolution. So far I have been told 5.30am, then 6.30am, then 1.30pm, then 1.30am. The phone support still reflects 6.30am that was 13hrs ago. This is beyond ridiculous.

@JioCare SR00001GZOII is Complaint no. This is to inform that your service team is not resolving the problem.of speed. 6 times, my friend Cyrus residing at jivabhai tower, Ahmedabad called and still not resolved not he is given information of senior authorities. Bad services.
