    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is very bad experience since last 5 months. I have recharge my account with 209 rs. But it's not reflected. Earlier I had recharged with 149rs. That was also not reflected. Neither my call is getting connect to the customer care on 198.

    @JioCare Relocation Order Number CO0000JIU35L for jio fiber. Engineer scheduled for today 1 PM. No one turned up. No messages. Nothing. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare after a week of pathetic service and numerous follow up , i am iphone user bought jio f320b to excited about JioPay . Sadly it never worked . Tomorrow I am returning it to Amazon . Pathetic service @ImAtulKansal . Seems the flab and incompetence would be your undoing
