    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare I want to cancel my JioFiber booking (Order ID: NO0001ER9V3Y). The installation team making false promises and the connection is still not installed. Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response from Jio. Plz cancel the order immediately and process my refund.

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I called Jio, regarding this, as per their team, we have already confrimed the airtel that amount is paid, we have nothing to do with this now, ask Airtel for support, Airtel team is saying that we haven't received any confirmation from Jio over the same, both teams are useless

    @reliancejio @JioCare Customers are paying for a service that's unavailable, yet there's no real support and no accountability. At this point, it feels like a customer support scam, not a telecom service. Fix the network or stop charging people for services you aren't providing. @JioCare #Jio5G

    @JioCare Engineer came and said that they can't do it unless all members having Jio complain. They will then attend to it. Horrible after service. Sending a mail to consumer court to seek redressal.

    @JioCare Technician visited today and said that there was optical power issues. Which is temporarily sortout by doing jackin jackout the optical connector. Since my internet was affected from 13 july and resolved on 21 , so kindly extend date of recharge accordingly.

    Dear @JioCare, I request the permanent disconnection of my JioFiber connection. Despite multiple complaints & email to the Nodal Officer, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly process the disconnection, stop further billing after closure,& arrange pickup of the JioFiber equipment
