    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare pathetic network Not able to upload 2 files of 1.5MB each. This the truth of #Jio 4G & 5G . Really very pathetic and ****** thing. You tube is running without buffer but docx can not be attached to the e-mails. Worst network like Anil Ambani s rcom. finally leaving jio

    @JioCare Hitherto everything was good. I have been travelling for many years in this route. Iam facing this issue for the past one week. Moreover tambaram railway station area your net work is always weak and poor.

    @reliancejio @JioCare since yesterday my fiber connection was not working, raised a complaint against the same and technician visit scheduled today between 1 pm to 2 pm but none has to and resolved this issue. Complaint I'd SR00001JLM4T

    @JioCare so many false claim ..i tried nd contact u PPL 4 d issue in every way ..but no proper response from ur side ..u calimed false dat u came to my house multiple times but i was not home ..there is not a single entry in entry register ..super pathetic service for jio fiber.

    @reliancejio you guys do not take customers' problems seriously. Since more than one months I'm facing call drop issue, network fail issue, not able to use data due to sluggish speed, etc. And even after complain, you ppl just say that everything is okay and problem goes on.
