    @JioCare In my Area I'm not getting bethe internet speed, it's the worst thing that I'm getting a 2 MBPS of speed everytime, and it's becoming a hell for me while working from home, here is the coordinates of my area 22.2499759, 76.0371310, hope u guys will resolve this asap.

    @JioCare This type of poor service not expecting from Jio👎. First of all the service engineer behaviour was too rude & wrong information provided, misguide for new connection. After submit cancellation request now after 10 day's not resolved the issue after follow-up regularly👎👎👎👎

    @JioCare My jio broadband 5123149615 is not working for last 4-5 days. This is situated in pin code area 208022. Please repair it as wires are torn and lying on the main road.

    Complaint No- SR000035G1MV Have been trying to get my jio fibre connectivity issue resolved since 3 days now. The response to the complaint is absolutely pathetic. There is no option to directly speak to anyone if the technician does not visit. 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberCentral Order NO0001DBT33M is a mess. 1. Multiple reschedules (10-May/11-May) but agents are ghosting. 2. Now system claims "payment unsuccessful" after 3 days of confirmed appointments. 3. Neighbor on the same floor has active service. Fix it plz
