@Sanjib34761204 @JioCare @ZeeNews @ABPNews @ndtvfeed Jio customer care says only we are trying to solve it from 6 month. Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

Customer support of JIO fiber sucks. What will run diagnostics diagnose I don't know and all stupid suggestions. With those stupid suggestions I cannot even raise an SR directly simply it keeps on telling run run run diagnostic. @reliancejio @JioCare
