After wasting 30 minutes with customer care, we’re told there’s an “outstanding” of Rs 939.18, which is invisible in your own system. We are on an annual plan. How does an outstanding even exist? Or is your billing system just broken? Zero transparency. Zero accountability. Pathetic support.
