@JioCare @reliancejio How can I upgrade my JioFiber 2.4 GHz router to 5 GHz router? When I was taking the new connection back in September 2019, the 5 GHz router was not available so I took the 2.4 GHz router. #JioFiber #Jio #help

@Sanjib34761204 @JioCare @ZeeNews @ABPNews @ndtvfeed Jio customer care says only we are trying to solve it from 6 month. Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

@JioCare I am forced to opt out of your service as I am not getting proper resolution for my pending request. It's been pending for last 1 week. Everyday your engineer either put my request on hold without communicating or reschedule it to next day.

@JioCare I contact your customer support 5-6 times daily. They give tat of 24 hours. When the tat pass they give another 24 hours. Inbetween ur engineer don't visit and put the request on hold without visiting.
