Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

If we are calling then simply there bot answering we are facing some network congestion in your area. Then disconnect the call. I tried to connect multiple times to these people but there bot is answering always.

GK (@Khurana_Gaurav) reported@JioCare has hotstar replied to my issue ? They unprofessionally stripped my account of the benefits. I also escalated to @TRAI on the issue. With this type of #fraud and #cheating , no one would like to be a member of hotstar. It should be rightly renamed as Flopstar.
