    @Sanjib34761204 @JioCare @ZeeNews @ABPNews @ndtvfeed Jio customer care says only we are trying to solve it from 6 month. Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down since last Tuesday and my family has been trying to raise a service request for engineer to visit. Have used ACT fiber net for a decade, when there was internet disruption the app self-diagnoses the issue in just 20 seconds and raises the ticket.

    @JioCare @jiocare I have call recording from the day I made the prepaid recharge of everything that your executive said, I'll be proceeding with legal action now if you don't give me a fair service henceforth, you've scammed me by not adjusting that amount of prepaid recharge. Scammer.

    @JioCare my jiofiber device not working since morning, I was told to wait 2 hours by care executive since it is an issue at your/jio side. Still after 3 hours it's not working. Please resolve ASAP. Dropped my details in in box

    @reliancejio Jio people first charge Rs 1200, then wait for a month or two, still they do not provide Jio fiber, this is total nonsense and call Jio customer care, they also do not respond, it is better to contact Airtel, that is better.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago @reliancejio Again Jio connectivity issue started. Constant net speed fluctuation. Not able to give my exams online due to this. App has no option to raise a request quickly. Please fix the issues as this is 4th time i am reporting it. If issue is not resolved, i will switch to Airtel Fiber.
