Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

I have contacted JioCare around 10 times, yet the issue remains unresolved. Today again, the CC executive asked me to simply switch off the router for 5–10 minutes and restart it.
