@JioCare @reliancejio How can I upgrade my JioFiber 2.4 GHz router to 5 GHz router? When I was taking the new connection back in September 2019, the 5 GHz router was not available so I took the 2.4 GHz router. #JioFiber #Jio #help

@reliancejio @JioCare There seems to be a problem with the 5G network of my JioFiber as it's been a week that no devices can be connected to it. Also router restarts sometimes leading to disconnect devices & it's pretty annoying. Can you sort it out what's happening? #Jio #help

@JioCare do you understand what it means? my phone was stolen at 11PM the thief might have misused it if this needs to be done at physical store only then why customer care is there? you should have blocked the sim immediately i have filed FIR also
