@reliancejio @JioCare There seems to be a problem with the 5G network of my JioFiber as it's been a week that no devices can be connected to it. Also router restarts sometimes leading to disconnect devices & it's pretty annoying. Can you sort it out what's happening? #Jio #help

@JioCare @reliancejio How can I upgrade my JioFiber 2.4 GHz router to 5 GHz router? When I was taking the new connection back in September 2019, the 5 GHz router was not available so I took the 2.4 GHz router. #JioFiber #Jio #help

@JioCare @reliancejio my jio services have been suspended due to initial non-payment. However, I cleared my due yesterday but still services not restored. Jio store and customer caresays they don't have any data n can't help . @JioCare this is how u will manage ur customers ?
