    @Sanjib34761204 @JioCare @ZeeNews @ABPNews @ndtvfeed Jio customer care says only we are trying to solve it from 6 month. Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

    @JioCare kindly note that i have been totally fed up of spam calls such as, offering loans, etc. Kindly block such kind of unsolicited calls else a day is not far I should port to other service operators

    @reliancejio @JioCare There seems to be a problem with the 5G network of my JioFiber as it's been a week that no devices can be connected to it. Also router restarts sometimes leading to disconnect devices & it's pretty annoying. Can you sort it out what's happening? #Jio #help

    The engineer never called back to check on my Jio AirFiber issue. I waited, and finally had to call him on the evening of June 12th to request a visit. But today is June 14th, and he hasn't shown up or even called! @JioCare #jio

    @JioCare tried still no audio, but when move from jio to samsung plus no problem at all but in samsung channels you cannot all the channels of hotstar

    @reliancejio is facing a crunch of service representatives. I had a call with customers care for my issues with number porting (porting into jio). The customer care gave false info to me and when I call her out, she made me hold line for 28 minutes before I hung up frustrated.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Adding to the concern, the assigned technician informed me that no service would be provided on Sunday and allegedly asked for money if I wanted service on Sunday. Despite multiple appointments and follow-ups, Jio has failed for service
