    @JioCare @reliancejio How can I upgrade my JioFiber 2.4 GHz router to 5 GHz router? When I was taking the new connection back in September 2019, the 5 GHz router was not available so I took the 2.4 GHz router. #JioFiber #Jio #help

    @Sanjib34761204 @JioCare @ZeeNews @ABPNews @ndtvfeed Jio customer care says only we are trying to solve it from 6 month. Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

    @JioCare kindly note that i have been totally fed up of spam calls such as, offering loans, etc. Kindly block such kind of unsolicited calls else a day is not far I should port to other service operators

    @JioCare My jiofiber connection, +911813585647 is not working since 8 aug 9 am. I have made 20 calls. Raised 3 service requests. But none of technicians arrived. Do let me know what else to do for resuming the services.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @jio_fiber My Jio AirFiber service has been down, and the restoration time has now been extended again from 10 Aug 6:59 PM to 11 Aug 6:59 AM. This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. Please restore the service urgently and provide a clear resolution.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Thanks for acknowledging the issue, but this is not an acceptable resolution. My relocation request was raised on 1 Aug for 8 Aug, and it is now 11 Aug with no installation date or ETA. My work from home is being affected because of this delay. Please provide a ETA

    @JioCare @reliancejio This is becoming unacceptable. Jio takes the customer’s payment immediately, but when it fails to provide the service, there is still no definite refund timeline—only “wait a few days.” After 10 working days, when will these “few days” actually end? @reliancejio
