@JioCare I requested for surrender of my Jio Fiber connection due to relocation. Cust care took time to process the request and I relocated in meantime. Jio team is asking me to go back to earlier house which is the place of installation as they can provide service there only.

@JioCare offlate witnessing network issues. Unable to answer calls from inside my house. Wasn't the case before. Other family members (jio nos) also facing the same issue. Even if we get to our terrace, 4G is not working properly.

@JioCare Few months ago I took jio fibre connection, to be honest it was the worst experience ever! I was assured good assistance, but the agent forced me to withdraw the connection. Within 7 days I withdrew the connection.
