@Sanjib34761204 @JioCare @ZeeNews @ABPNews @ndtvfeed Jio customer care says only we are trying to solve it from 6 month. Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

@JioCare kindly note that i have been totally fed up of spam calls such as, offering loans, etc. Kindly block such kind of unsolicited calls else a day is not far I should port to other service operators

Registered on jio portal for DLT registration and facing issue on that payment charges by jio no reply from support team after 48 hours. @reliancejio @JioCare please took this on priority atleast need a reply from support team on progress.

@JioCare Hi Nausheen, @JIocare Thanks for your response. it is not the problem with handset m42 5g as another jio sim which is having 5g enabled is working fine. 5G is not working only for my number, which i belongs to Bengaluru and all my neabours are getting 5g connectivity.

@JioCare If you can't resolve my issue then tell me ?, I will happily port out to other network. I really got fooled by reliance jio by recharging 1 year plan and your internet works like 2G on which most of the time your internet doesn't work daily.
