I have tried all the possible troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists and the TV is not functioning. @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since this morning (30 July). Resolution time was changed from 2 PM to 5 PM, and now to 31 July. I recharged today but couldn't use the service. I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

@JioCare @JioCare she was constantly asking me to jist wait.. she told me 24 hours have not been passed and you have to wait, but the reality is that it been 2 days now and for sure it will not be fixed today as technician couldnt identify the issue.. such a shame..
