Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

Engineer takes OTP, marks it resolved, but the issue returns within 1โ2 hours. Please fix it permanently or refund my recharge and take back the AF.
