@Sanjib34761204 @JioCare @ZeeNews @ABPNews @ndtvfeed Jio customer care says only we are trying to solve it from 6 month. Thus it take so long for solving this problem. They think only the 11million subscriber not for the subscriber but for there own benefit only.

@JioCare @reliancejio How can I upgrade my JioFiber 2.4 GHz router to 5 GHz router? When I was taking the new connection back in September 2019, the 5 GHz router was not available so I took the 2.4 GHz router. #JioFiber #Jio #help

Opt for @jiocare fibre service i instead of @Airtel_Presence coz they pay no heed to the complaints .. from last 4 days I m complaining about the outage but who cares...now i m requesting them to deactivate this mess.. i want to change the operator . But they still don't care..

@JioCare Can't u check network availability with jio numer, or ur dead sure network problem is there. I get miss call msgs of the calls which couldn't be connected to my number. Some times on calling, i got MSG 'Couldn't connect' whereas alter number works well.
