    @JioCare Yes, I confirm immediate cancellation of Account 410602490539. This is an INVOLUNTARY disconnection due to Jio's total service default (SR00003BPF29). Process closure immediately and issue my full refund

    @JioCare Do you guys even bother to check the complaint history? I expected a prompt action instead of you redirecting me to service request filed yesterday. Either the team is too busy to deep dive or they just want to show that the complaint has been addressed. Such a waste of time.

    @reliancejio This isn’t a one-time glitch anymore. Gujarati announcements are repeatedly playing on my Jio calls despite being a Rajasthan customer. Incoming and outgoing calls are affected. Please escalate this to your technical team. @TRAI @DoT_India
