    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio network that I was using previously provided me with 5G connectivity. I ported my number to Airtel believing that I would receive similar network quality and 5G service.

    Why is it so hard to connect to a real human agent on jio customer care, the AI they have is not of any use , and it takes too much time to connect to a human @reliancejio

    @JioCare Somehow the call option never worked. It throws me out when I try to call. Anyways, an engineer from nearby area, visited the house and resolved the issue in 15minutes. Someone has pulled the wire in the main junction box, he said. Thanks for the prompt attention to the matter.

    Facing absolute 'No Service' on my Jio eSIM in the UAE. All manual network selections (Etisalat/du), roaming toggles, and network resets are already done. Critical bank OTPs are stuck. Please check DM, escalate to technical team, and fix backend provisioning urgently! @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber issue is still unresolved. The technician said the wire comes from a long distance and isn’t covered by company policy, and put my request “On Hold”. But Jio provided this connection in September. How is this my fault? Resolve it. SR00003F4G0L

    @reliancejio @OfficialJioPC Totally Dumb and blind company. No one listens. Starting 2016 as Free it was very good but started to take money service totally 3rd class service. It like that they are covering their 2 year Free service charges from customer.I am using @Jio last 5 year experience no improvement

    @JioCare @reliancejio 2/3 Even though a representative was assigned to me, he never visited or reached out. I deliberately blurred his contact details in the screenshot because the fault doesn't lie with an individual field agent—it’s your sheer company mismanagement and zero accountability.
