    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare June to August I am waiting for my refund. All these support people tell you to wait and. 21 days is what is official time they ask. Mine is three months

    @JioCare i live i gurgaon (Haryana) the network of 5g is pathetic first i request for 5g network strength in my office location but where ever place i go no smooth network of 5g i found i think your network is weak in gurgaon and @airtelindia network has faster 5g here

    @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN @jio_fiber These guys have the worst services, they will tell us within 48 hrs connection will be installed but I didn't got the connection. So, I cancelled the new request and raised a refund. Now they are telling **** and bull stories. #WorstService

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare My Jio network issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints and previous SRs. I am continuously facing poor network, call drops, poor voice quality and extremely slow/unusable internet.
