Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

@reliancejio everytime I call your customer service to complain about internet speed I get the same reply, "Maintanence is being undertaken", "we are working on it". ******** have you been working on it since 2019? The tower is just 20feet away from me!!
