    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare Are you actually reading the complaint or just posting the same template response repeatedly? I am not asking how to reschedule a visit. I am asking why a broadband outage reported on 02 June is being attended only on 08 June in a metro city like Indore.

    @JioCare Hey I I need a help. I have Jio postpaid connection, it was converted at a jio store. I converted my dad's sim to postpaid online and added it as child sim to my account. Will my dad's sim work at kashmir? Also add others in your call back option for Postpaid in myjio

    @JioCare The issue is not resolved till now. In myjio pw change is not available. It's been 3 days . Very frustrating

    @JioCare It appears the JioFiber service team has mastered the art of excuses rather than resolutions. Even after 4 days, my service remains down, while the only update is “our engineers are working on it.” Truly impressive levels of inefficiency for a premium service.

    @JioCare Please stop repeating generic messages and provide a clear answer: • Why is there a 6-day delay? • What is the exact reason for not assigning an engineer earlier? • What compensation will be provided for the service outage?

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. Applied for relocation on 28 May (Ref ID: CO0001SIYSTN) in Jagdalpur, Chhattisgarh. Request was accepted but no engineer has visited till date. (1/3)

    @JioCare Still no solution, your engineers are not even aware where it has to be relocated. Got a call and he is relocating it to the origin address and now after giving details he says he will forward it to NNOC
