    @JioCare @JioCare I paid for a service that I could not use due to your failure to restore the connection in a timely manner. It is unfair to charge customers for a service that was never delivered.

    Dear @airtelindia @JioCare @reliancejio As you know there is a current flood situation in area likeCharaideo,lahon gaon, Tengapkhuri etc. People are suffering, and still there is no network coverage in our area, neither normal calls are connecting nor the internet is working.
