    @JioCare Rescheduled yesterday. No engineer today. No call. No update. Just endless waiting. If Jio cannot honor its own service appointments, why promise them in the first place? This is a complete failure of customer support. #JioFiber #WorstService

    @JioCare @reliancejio the last customer service rep that I spoke to, "Dharmendra Vishwakarma", has "escalated" my service request with the promise of resolution in 1 hour (highly unlikely) ... I betcha that this issue will not see the light of the day for another 24 hours

    @jitendraverma__ @JioCare @airtelindia U can't switch, Becoz vi and bsnl doesn't offer better speeds compared to Jio and Airtel And coverage might be poor too. If ur area has good coverage you are good to go. Check twice thrice before switching....

    @JioCare @JioCare Instead of repeatedly saying “there was no delay in resolution,” please explain how a customer being without a paid internet service for 6 days does not qualify as a delay. If 6 days is not a delay according to Jio, then what is?

    2 months of repeated #JioFiber outages. Reaching support is a struggle, engineer visits take days. Today one engineer blamed the box, another said it's fine. My SR SR00003BONU9 is now on hold with no owner. Is this the service Jio stands for? @reliancejio @JioCare @AkashAmbani
