    @JioCare @JioCare No copy-paste replies. Why was SR00003EW9FJ rescheduled 10+ times & closed without my OTP while internet remains down? I don’t need app instructions. I expect: • Immediate restoration • Written RCA • Action against those responsible for unauthorized closure.

    @JioCare No, but the engineer who visited mentioned that it will be resolved in the next 1 hour and definitely by 12noon. If this is how to service requests are being managed, I better switch to other internet service providers.I always thought that because of its service Jio has an edge

    It is August 27 and @JioCare failed even THEIR OWN committed deadline! First missed my Aug 25 availability, now failed their own Aug 27 date with zero action on the ground. Total incompetence. Close this dead connection and issue my full REFUND right now! @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare You have been sending us the same reply for the last 2 days: “Our team is working to restore the services at the earliest.” It’s now the 3rd day, and the service is still down. We need an actual solution, not the same repeated response. Please restore urgently.
