    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    15 days old Jio Fibernet connection is down . Raised a complain and the engineer had come. He tried but couldn’t fix and told that some other guy will come in 30 mins . It’s now been 3 hours and still no Internet.Moreover that guy has closed the complain. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is a very small thing for a big company like Jio but it is a lot for us middle class people. Today morning i did a 2999 recharge from amazon but missed one number and recharge went to someone else Sadly, Jio doesn't have a solution for this.
