    @JioCare I would have confirmed earlier however I wanted to observe the JioFiber connection for a couple of days before I replied. My internet issue has been resolved and my JioFiber connection is working now as before.

    Well, #JioFiber went down last night, and will be down for a total of 12+ odd hours. Worse than the downtime ~10 days ago, which was also a few hours, but thankfully was at night. Worrying. Hoping I haven't made a mistake by choosing @reliancejio

    @PradipBeda I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

    @reliancejio i am in Jodhpur now and jio net has been stopped from 6 am but kudos here am replying from another network you just need excuses to not work bakwas network hai main to sim wapis @airtelindia me port kar rha hu

    @bikrambsaha @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio it appears that at present they have a very poor back end team which is unable to maintain their systems properly. previously it was good then everything was working fine. i hope some efficient professionals are inducted soon.

    @reliancejio I have Jiofiber in jaipur, moving to another flat, which is 900 meter away.I asked to shift Jio fiber.I got a reply, this may take at least two months, as we don’t have facility in that building.I believed Jio takes care of customer and retain then.9024835422
