    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    Why is your network quality getting worse day by day Delhi NCR In Noida its worst, most of the areas low signal strength, some sectors don’t even get reception as soon as i go inside any building at the same point Airtel works perfectly fine @JioCare @reliancejio #jio

    I’m using Jio True 5G, but the performance is extremely disappointing. At these speeds, even basic browsing, streaming & video calls are frustrating. @JioCare Please check the network in my area and provide a proper solution. Customers paying ₹1,000+ deserve better. #Jio5G #Jio

    @JioCare you really need to work on your customer care sir,i have been using jio fiber for last 2 years I had no problems because of that i have recharged 12 months plan now on the first month the data of 1000 gb is vanished with in 20 days. I asked the reason but no response.

    I had ordered for jio sim online but not getting any update like when sim will be delivered and unable to connect any customer care Better cancel the request and refund my paid money. @JioCare

    Macrohard @reliancejio Tatti company, tatti service Hope karma catches with all the call drops, network issues and tatti network speeds, ever occuring technical glitches you show on your app When you were free you were not this bad
