    @JioCare Candy check I have already recharged 7 days before And I am using internet. only problem is with calling that's why I contacted you. before 10 days , I was able to make a call through jio join app but recently I am unable to register

    @JioCare @reliancejio, very disappointed with the new JioAirFiber connection. Wi-Fi keeps dropping and Smart TV freezes every few minutes. Completely unusable service despite being a brand-new connection. Kindly resolve urgently. Hopeless service really!

    @JioCare How did you decide i have speed issue. As I have mentioned in my post that speed is good . Please arrange a technical visit as the problem is in router and the issue is coming since the router is installed in December 2025

    I did this recharge on 6th of May and did my 1st complaint on 9th of May, No solution even after multiple calls. Solved it on 29th of May, now 2 days left. What should I do @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare No,this issue is NOT resolved. Instead of fixing the problem,someone simply marked the ticket as resolved. Is this the level of service customers can expect?Broadband has been down for days, repeated follow-ups have gone nowhere, and now this. Extremely disappointed @reliancejio
