    @JioCare How many times have I told u ppl on call as well as here, that Internet goes blank after evry 10 mins. Ask ur employees Rupali, Gaurav who claimed to fix ths in 15 mins 3 days b4 nd one more who cut the call after telling me to wait. Hw mny tyms donI hv to shame u on this platfrm

    @JioCare @reliancejio - Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.

    @JioCare @JioCare This again avoids my questions. What is the exact ETA for resolving the current issue? Also, I need the RCA for 10+ reschedules, unexplained hold & SR closure without my OTP despite repeated follow-ups. Who is accountable & what action is being taken?

    This is not what I expect from a service provider like Jio. I have already followed the suggested steps, but the issue remains unresolved. There has been no proper resolution or meaningful update from the support team. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Extremely disappointed with Jio’s customer service. It has been more than 12 hours, and my issue is still not resolved. Instead of actually fixing the problem, I am simply being sent troubleshooting steps and asked to keep trying them myself. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Done. But, please look into changing the terms. One minute of delay in recharging leads to disconnection of internet. But one day of service shutdown does not change anything.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare I have been facing network issues for the past 3–4 hours, and I’m not sure what’s causing them. It’s becoming quite frustrating because I’m unable to work properly due to the unstable network connection.
