    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare STB box not working since Monday and no engineer has come. Multiple calls to customer care yielding no results and today I was informed that my complaint shows resolved, wondering why and how. Always a problem with technicians

    @reliancejio It is unfortunate to inform that the jio service @Nabarangpur is very pathetic. Nobody is listening. The internet speed is almost zero. If you call customer care they have made a common answer, we are sorry. There is no option to talk with a executive. Horrible

    @JioCare Me too! They cancelled my order NO0001D0EP1G on 27 April and no refund till date. Worst part is the customer support! An 'idhar dabao, udhar dabao' number and a chatbot replying on mail and SM.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber support. My internet speed issue is STILL unresolved, yet complaint SR000036CY75 was closed without any fix or my confirmation. This is unacceptable customer handling. Kindly reopen the SR immediately and arrange senior technical.

Please look into this daily harassment and money scam by Jio. They are cheating innocent customers!#JioFraud
