    What’s the point of showing 5G+ when the internet doesn’t even work properly? @JioCare network has been terrible in my area for the last 1 week. Multiple complaints made, zero improvement. And your 198 AI bot is honestly frustrating and useless. Need real support and a real fix.

    @JioCare Please look at the past history. Whenever it goes down it takes many days and sometimes weeks to fix the problem. Two days ago I paid 21000 for annual plan. Isn't it cheating to have such a long down time? Even BSNL was never down for such a long time

    @JioCare no one resolved this issue, i have moved away from Jio air fiber , got another company wifi network installed at home. Thanks for the services, at least please schedule a engineer to collect your setup box and wifi router , I have already dropped email for service disconnect

    @JioCare Porting is not possible for that particular number as the sim is not working But for sure will port my all 6 airtel numbers to jio In fact just bought a new sim from your store !

    Very disappointing experience with Jio. Despite informing them repeatedly my previous USA international plan was active, they didn’t cancel the new ₹2550 USA plan. Customer care and store support were unhelpful. After 8 years with Jio, I’ve ported to Airtel. #Jio #JioCare
