    @JioCare Hey I have mailed to Jio appellate Bihar for more than 10 times and spoke to sayad abdul he was like opt for portability we cannot do any thing. He is highest authority in Jio appellate he told me and he was there for only fooling customer

    @JioCare I'm in US and trying to configure UPI app But not able to send SMS. It has some balance too. I had enabled one time International Roaming package too before traveling... Please help.

    @JioCare Got a new jio fibre connection Jio no: 8035828515 yesterday . Within six hours it stopped working. Your customer care service is pathetic. The guys who came and did installation demands Rs.300 /- for installation. Is this the kind of service you provide.

    @JioCare When you will do this I am hearing this from you for last 6 months. If you are interested in customer engagement then do needful. Else say directly this is not possible for you I will opt for portability for the all the member of my family. Fooling customer for past 6 months
