    @JioCare Latest Update. Engineer assigned on the service ticket for 7 to 8 PM visit this evening. Spoke with engineer, he straight up refused visiting within this time slot and said he will visit tomorrow morning as it is late now. Jio has no control over service being adhered on time.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago stop pasting same templates again n again , now its 2 days since escalation still not solved and no internet since 11th july 2026 . No technician visit since complaint logged on 11th july .

    @JioCare I already know my AirFiber order was cancelled. I’m demanding the “EXACT REASON” on your system logs. I never authorized this! Your staff cancelled it in pure retaliation because I filed an NCH grievance. Stop the replies and tell me “WHY!” @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet not working since long, raised issue with your helpline quite a few times MR0001RUPO2D, MR0001RUQCT3 still not resolved Let me know if I need to port.
