    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare Hi Priyanka, not even 1% improvement. I only got an automated HelloJio message. The network issue remains unchanged. This wastes customers' time, causes stress and loss. Please stop automated replies and provide a permanent solution.
