    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare @RelianceJio I am fully aware that Order NO0001E9LGYC is cancelled. My only demand right now is to know the REASON for it. Please check your system and state the exact reason for cancellation so I can rectify the issue before placing a new order.

    @JioCare We have already talked to the technician, but they say that your box has the problem and they are handled bya diff team. But we're yet to have the solution from past 3 days.

    Ordered Jio SIM for home delivery through the MyJio app on 10.7.26. Service agent has still not delivered the SIM. Complaint also raised. Despite waiting and following up, there has been no delivery or proper response. @JioCare @reliancejio
