    @JioCare Harshit, u see that issue has been escalated from last 3 months, I don't see. All these earliest resolved pep talk ain't sending refund in my account. I have been royally fooled that's for sure. If u r honest than in 1-2 days prove by transferring refund in my account.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve been reporting a connectivity issue since yesterday morning, but the app keeps putting my request on hold and asking me to reschedule every time. No resolution, no proper support—just repeated rescheduling. Really disappointing service experience.
