    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare @JioCare when you ask for info to be DMed, there is an expectation that you will acknowledge the DM and then do something about the issue. Nothing, absolutely nothing has been done

    pathetic service @JioCare first of my phone is 5g but still they are not giving permission of 5g usage even after everything is done in app and 4g service what is worse if we complain about customer service those people don't respond itself if it is not solved iam going to shift.

    @reliancejio @gujarat_titans @GoogleIndia Bakwas service from jio. Today jio is not working. Calling customer care while talking it automatically goes to Ivr with thanks for calling without providing any solution. Called many times but no solution #jio #ipl #hotstar
