    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare As mentioned above, the issue keeps happening every other week, do you expect me to raise a request every week and wait for 2 days for engineer visit, will your team reduce the bill for the days I am unable to use JioFiber, unsure if you guys read the above thread and understand

    @JioCare 2/2 and that you will try to improve it in the future. How is this a resolved complaint? I’m extremely frustrated after dealing with this for almost a week. Please stop giving generic responses and provide an actual solution and a clear timeline for resolution.

    @reliancejio @JioCare When I go to Settings → Applications, even the downloaded apps are showing as “Unavailable.” The STB is connected to the internet and the network shows Working fine, so this appears to be an STB activation/provisioning issue. resolve this issue as soon as possible. @JioCare

    @reliancejio I am a user of Jio Airfibre . It s service has been performing disastrously for the past 3-4 days, hindering my daily work . Despite multiple complaints, no resolution has been done . Please have a look into it or I am going to migrate to other operators.
