    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    Dear @JioCare, Residents of Nalkesh Road, Nampur, Nashik, Maharashtra are experiencing poor or no Jio True 5G coverage. Despite using 5G-enabled devices and eligible plans, the network is unavailable or performs poorly in this area.

    In summer powercut happens frequently & most of the time we couldn't use 5g properly and many works done online and it creates many problems for us. I think the tower isn't getting any power supply from the DG after powercut. Please solve this problem asap.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare very 3rd Internet and mobile network in Vapi Gujarat - 396195 from 23rd July to till, your customer care employees either they are useless or incapable, they only say we are working on this issue and nothing is being done. If you have any shame then appolize to Vapi.

    @JioCare Thank you for your response. However, I have been hearing the same assurance for several days, while my issue remains unresolved. My original complaint was raised on 26 July 2026. The engineer visited on 28 July, confirmed that both the IDU and ODU were damaged, replaced only the IDU, and assured me that the ODU would be replaced soon. Instead, my complaint was marked as resolved on 28 July at 10:05 PM without replacing the ODU or restoring my connection. My AirFiber is still not working, and I have been calling customer care every day without any resolution. Please provide a definite timeline for ODU replacement and service restoration instead of generic assurances.

    @JioCare recharged my Wi-Fi bill on August 1st. It hasn't been activated yet. I complained to customer service. They said "Half an hour, half an hour, so please help."
