    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare Now contacted customer care team they're like they had no bank account information .. How come? Your agent took all details and then OTP to submit.. I have screen shot of verification which i got after pickup. So pathetic service

    @JioCare For your information, Shirisha, this has happened multiple times. Technician appointments are repeatedly scheduled, but no one ever visits. Despite that, the complaints are automatically closed as "resolved" without any action. Please take this seriously, escalate the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of your staff members was very rude. He called me "Mr. Arvind" and was unwilling to provide any information. He was not helpful at all and behaved in a very rude and unprofessional manner. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.asking help for 1 month
