    @JioCare applied for one month trial pack in april,And requested for connection transfer, before one month.They,Refused for connection transfer and device also picked up after 2 months. As per rules All amount should have come back,but they deducted the amount.kindly help in same

    @reliancejio i took reliance jio connection the trial pack but the refund has not been issued after riminding too many times its more than 2 months i have been contacting the toll free number but everytime its same response that the refund will be done in 21 days kindly help

    Very poor service response from @JioCare, @reliancejio. Complaint (req no. SR00000173V3F) lodged on Friday is still unresolved. No internet for last 4 days, customer care executive just parrot words/excuses.
