    @JioCare I did that at leat 30-40 times do want me to do it again? Can u share a single video that it diagnostics solved even a single problem? I bet it can’t.. Done try to distract customers on your fake diagnostics? i m paying you for 100mbps i m getiing 20-30 mbps whose fault is it?

    How long has it been @JioCare , barely a month.The conection issue returned again and I am given a time slot for repair two days ahead. That means loss of one week of connectivity. Why should I pay for that. Last month same thing happened 15 days of non connection! Please reply.

    For the last 8 days, @jiocare fibre has not working multiple complaints given - everyday a person is calling that he is coming to fix it, but sadly, today is the 9th day. Will the @jiocare team look into it asap
