    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare There is no internet connectivity issues.The plan has now been changed successfully, but my connection is still capped at 30 Mbps. I am still getting speeds according to my old 30 Mbps plan. Please change the speed profile to 100 mbps. @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , my Airfiber connecting for not working for almost 10-12 days last month and when I connected your team for reimbursement there is no proper response. Kindly look into the same as a matter of priority.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Your Jio AirFiber service is absolutely pathetic! 8894557403 has been unusable for 20 days.Customer care gives false promises, disconnects calls, and repeatedly schedules technicians who never show up. No one takes responsibility or provides solution

    @JioCare Priyanka, what's update on my SR00003C5U11? I am fad up by handling of refund situation, return of equipment from 2.5+ months. What's going on internally no longer my issue. Trusted u guys, I have been taken 4 granted. AlI I care refund back 2 my account no matter what?

    @JioCare @AakashAmbani_ @IshaAmbaniReal There is no call from anyone and we cannot call anyone as Customer Care calls are all pre-recorded / AI standard communication only. Emails are responded after 48 hrs. WHERE SHOULD WE BANG OUR HEAD, PLEASE TELL ?????
