    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @reliancejio My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. SR SR00003DPFYX is still unresolved. 3 technicians have been assigned, but not one has visited or contacted me. Please escalate this immediately and arrange a technician visit. disappointing service. #JioFiber #RelianceJio

    @reliancejio Jio Internet network in phones act quite weird now a days, keep buffering Jio doing plans expensive but no resolution to Internet speed AIRTEL VI is better option i believe @JioCare Now they will send message but they don’t have solution to it

    @JioCare @reliancejio my internet is down and despite raising the complaint multiple time no engineer visited to fix the issue. Complain number: SR00002NBIT8 Kindly help on priority. Jio don't even refund for the days on which internet didn't worked.

    @airtelindia 15 days of connect and it is down. It takes 24 hours to book a slot and after than engineer doesn’t arrive nor is reachable. Should i remove and please me know should move back to @reliancejio request ID: 11037532656

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioPaymentsBank I recently opened a Jio Payments Bank account, but my UPI payments are failing with “You have exceeded the transaction limit set by your bank.” Customer care AI says it’s connecting me to an agent, but the call disconnects everytime. Help!

    @JioCare This is a clear case of cheating/fraudulent I paid the amount for 3 months and you are not even trying to give a proper reason. What if some customer delay in paying the bills. You will take action right ? What about in this case ? I paid and you cheated me by taking the money
