    @JioCare If you can't give proper service pls disconnect the service. From morning today ...no fiber connection to my account +91-1179607012. Now says expected to be ok by tomorrow....! People depend on wifi n PM says work from home and you need one day. Payment already taken..!

    @nch1915 Requesting intervention in my pending JioAirFiber refund issue.Paid ₹3332.46 for booking on 11th april to @JioCare, but installation never happened due to Jio’s backend error. Order cancelled but Refund is still not credited after weeks of follow-ups, ORN: NO0001CTDCGE

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I had registered a service request and u tagged it 'solved/closed' but the issue still remains. I'm tagging you from days awaiting for reply but no service is being provided by you. I'm totally unsatisfied with this behaviour. Maybe @JioCare blocks its customers?

    Complete downtime on #JioFiber. Customer care voice calls fail & app forces a 2-day wait for an engineer. Unacceptable. @JioCare please expedite! Since I pay for daily service, my billing validity must be extended for this downtime.

    I am using jio sim but today morning my Mobile network not shown and sim is disabled in my mobile and my sim is work in other mobiles and other sim work in my mobile. Customer care advice to replace sim at store but i am handicap not able to go any where. Please help @JioCare
