    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare taking damn maney but no providing internet i am paying 900 rupees for 90 days with unlipmited 5g Internet i cant even completemy daily 2 gb qota as there is no internet connection from 3 months and regular call to customer care

    @JioCare I made a post on 16 april that I am not able to connect to any assistant for my query. You asked for mobile number also but still even after 8 days, there is no contact from the jio customer care team. After sale service is not available.

    Can I have a response @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar I’ve been messaging for a more than week. Calling customer support. The sim is delivered 1 week back still the porting is not completed & now you ask me to place a request for new SIM? Why pay again can I have an explanation
