@JioCare Sometimes my SIM stops responding. i.e. the phone is on and working, but when people try they hear that my phone is switched off. Also, during this period I don't receive any SMS or anything. I changed my handset and got my SIM replaced, the problem is still there.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi my ticket is marked as resolved without any solution. Any ethics left in #Jio ? Every time this happens and this ticket was created convincing me to stay back in Jio. Dramas again. I’m fed up. #Jiodown
