    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare I lodged a service request for internet connectivity disruption on 3rd July 2026 and it has been delayed since then, the dates has been changing daily, with the service request getting postponed for next day, and even customer care isn't responding appropriately.
