    Hi @JioCare Jio fiber connection is not working since morning, raised the complaint twice no engineer from your end has reported yet. It's problematic to work ! Kindly intervene and send engineer Asap.

    @JioCare is at it again. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If your service guys cannot come after 7pm why even give me the option. And worst of all just because I have a service ticket open I cannot reach you guys? I am switching to Airtel the moment my pack expires. TERRIBLE

    @JioCare @reliancejio what type of liars and irresponsible people u have. I paid 1200 2 days back and the person (Amir) told me that the Internet connection will be done same day but till now there is no update. Shame on such a pathetic service

    @JioCare I raised a service request in the morning and was assured that someone would visit. However, when I called customer care again, the IVR now says the issue will be resolved only by 4th August—almost 4 days later. @TRAI @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @JioCare I am unable to raise a complaint through the MyJio app because the call came from a landline number (+91 80-40272297), and the app accepts only mobile numbers for spam reporting. Kindly register this complaint from your end and investigate.
