    I had raised a service request to get my WiFi fixed on 16th April. The technician was supposed to come at 11 am today. he rescheduled the appointment to 6 pm. Then rescheduled it again to the next day. Highly unprofessional work from the jio team. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare when our monthly pack has been to finish after 3 days,then why you always remind me to do recharge..it is so irritating and it is very very irritating there is an emergency situation....i would like to say that you should remind that during call only once in a day....🙏

    @JioCare I continuosuly facing a low internet speed .(network problem always every within 10-15minutes is so slow) these problem facing many user in this areas . Jio network worse. Please grow up speed and solve the network issue in my area.
