@JioCare Do you recommend to cancel the Jio Fiber broadband when it has issues? or do you solve the issue? Your support engineer asked me to cancel and apply for new one? Is this way it works? Also he had asked me to pay 150/- for patch card which is some cable issue..!

@JioCare Dear Vidhi, I don't know what substance are you on. But I am not a JIO user. I am a Vodafone India customer. And I am getting constant sms from Jio which are spamming my inbox. So, stop those sms. Else I'll have to take necessary action under Indian law.

Dear @reliancejio, @fiber_jio Your services are available at only 50meters from my home. I have enquired multiple times in the last 6 months to your officials regarding extending the service to my location as well but it has never been extended. Please do the needful.

He also mentioned the life of Jio router or stability dies over period of time, but its just 3 months old. @JioCare @reliancejio If all the routers work no more than 3 months then there is serious quality issue.
