    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Another major issue is that inside my house, the network has become very poor. Earlier, Jio worked perfectly at the same location, but now I frequently face weak signal and connectivity problems indoors.

    This issue has been ignored for too long.Your technicians use the box on my house wall for connection and leave cable waste every time.Multiple complaints have gone unanswered.Please take immediate action and do proper cleanup after every installation. @reliancejio @jio_fiber
