    @JioCare Don't buy any annual pack from fraudster Jio network, only last month they provide service and loot whole year money without coverage and cutting unlimited data. Even we can't reach its useless customers care, **** 🤦 @reliancejio

    The engineer also tried to complete the required pole-photo verification using another phone instead of properly following the installation process, which apparently wasn’t accepted by the Jio system. Since then, no resolution @reliancejio @JioCare Please look into this urgently

    @JioCare @reliancejio I ported my number from Airtel to Jio just yesterday, but now I really regret it. I had such a good service with Airtel, yet I switched to Jio for no reason. I must have lost my mind—the network has been so terrible that I’ve been extremely disappointed.

    @JioCare Please refund my money back. I already ordered new broadband connection from Airtel. Which is far better than jio. I don't need any further assistance from you. Non of your service partner pickup my calls, not replying my messages . What is this type of company.
