    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare complain about the jio fiber issue so many time but still problem is not resolved but the change the status of issues resolved without solution @jagograhakjago #poorservise All telcom company is looting indian customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI For the last few months, I’ve been facing a serious issue with Jio calls. In the first 2–3 attempts, I’m often unable to hear anything, making it extremely difficult to have a proper conversation. Please look into this issue and provide a solution

    @JioCare What you have sent on DM is standard template reply rather than ETA.When the issue will resolved, when would I get the refund. Nothing is mentioned about refund process. This is yet again a delay tactic to cover up the inability of execution.

    @JioCare From the day of my recharge, I have not received any service. Hence I complaintes multiple times but no response from your end and finally asked for cancellation. Now will I get refund for unused service? Or provide servics to utilise that paid money
