    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare I have been following up on my refund for over a year. I have shared all the required details multiple times, raised service requests, and even spoke to your customer care on 199. Different executives keep giving contradictory statements. One says the refund (1/4)

    @JioCare Hi @reliancejio @JioCare around 10 days and jio fibre still not working. And your answer as always it is technical issue and will fix soon instead of taking strict action on person who is involved in this.

    @JioCare Worst experience I have faced with @JioCare pathetic team .. My order number NO0001EM1QL4 payment done same day to jio service team during the visit on Tuesday 14.07.2026, the service person promised same day for installation before paying the amount, which Didt happen.

    @JioCare your internet connection doesn't seem to be very much around the area of Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. I primarily stay there. There's network usage needed. Do something or I might have to switch to @airtelindia
