    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (6/8)The diagnosis itself has been surface-level throughout. Signal strength at the ONT? Fine. Nobody has traced the connection end-to-end — origin, splice joints, ONT, power, cabling. Just the one easy metric, checked and closed, visit after visit.

    A customer should never have to fight for a service to be cancelled. I've been trying to disconnect my @JioCare JioFiber connection since 1st August. Six days, countless calls, repeated assurances, zero action. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be escalating it legally and documenting the entire experience publicly. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    Hi @JioCare , I ported my mobile number to Jio on Tuesday. Mobile data is working, but I am unable to make or receive calls, and SMS services are also not working. My number ends with 5869. Please check and resolve this issue. Thank you.

    @JioCare Have responded to your DM. Looks like Jio does not verify customer e-mail ID and blindly sends emails to unknown email IDs. As I have not raised any service request. Neither does the app show any requests. So who raised it? For what number.
