    @JioCare 8 Mbps speed for a 30 Mbps connection ? All is not well with AirFiber it seems. Customer care not reachable, is anyone listening? @airtelindia was much better in terms of complaint resolution. Please do the needful.

    @JioCare and will be resolved by the end of the day. Unfortunately, these have turned out to be nothing but false promises. What is even more disturbing is that the same technician, Mr. Himmat Kumar Yadav (Mobile: 8887697139), continues to be assigned to our complaint repeatedly.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare your post installation services have really gone down. Earlier any complain related to Jio Fiber was resolved within 1-2 hours. Now we have to wait for almost a day to get the services restored in Lucknow. Kindly see to it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare 15 days no internet no response jio fiber Even local internet providers are better—they at least answer calls and keep customers informed. My work and business have been badly affected because of this pathetic service. Please resolve this issue immediately.
