    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber is not working from yesterday evening made a ticket for the service engineer to visit. But it has passed the booked time still your engineer has not visited the place. Too bad after sales service. Thinking of returning to airtel. #jio #fiber

    @JioCare I just talked 3 times with your customer care executives. None of them solved my issue. They each told me the same thing to do and at last cut the call abruptly . I have DMed you my id and mob no. , Hope you will help.

    @JioCare My connection 1203530694 is down with link error since 6 Sept, case opened on 7 Sept with Jio Care but almost a week and no resolution of the problem. All false assurances getting everyday. Either refund or rectify the problem today. Very very poor support
