    @JioCare Hi Team, your JioFibre customer care team is not able to solve a simple Internet connectivity issue. I have been asked to go to app to register a complaint by your customer care which the app also didn’t raise asking me to call customer care. Ridiculous, right?

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I am facing very worst network everyday since 2 months. I have called many times on jio care but all are replaced with AI and AI don't solve problem. I request, I want to port my sim in another company. Kindly return my money. I m very poor.

    @JioCare Again same message which I m getting from different channels like chat phone or email. Just assurance with void and no action. Worst part is your customer is not even able to raise complaint through any of the available support channel. Worst kind of support I have seen in my lif

    @JioCare that’s what you’ve been telling since more than a month now, there is no confirmation mail or refund receipt you provide, costumer care says they don’t have access to send mail, what the hell? as a customer shouldn’t i get refund confirmation mail or receipt atleast?
