    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare Today is 8th day from 23rd June 2026 Jio Fiber is not available at Jai Bhawani Apts CHSL. Repeated service requests raised, repeated DMs sent yet no luck. @JioCare when will the Jio Fiber connection to residents of Jai Bhawani will resume? Please extend plans of all members.

    @JioCare @JioCare It is unacceptable that my JioFiber issue has been marked as "resolved" without providing any actual solution. Closing complaints without resolving them only adds to customer frustration. Kindly reopen the case and provide a genuine resolution immediately. @DoT_India

    @JioCare @chimpaboo Enough is enough! The Jio network at my location has been pathetically slow since 24 October 2024. More than a year has passed, yet there's still no permanent resolution. This is completely unacceptable. Fix it immediately. @JioCare #Jio #SlowInternet #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

    @Saurabh_Pinch @reliancejio If you don’t have WiFi then surely this will be an issue. Have that one at your and enable WiFi calling. WiFi router works like network tower.

    Hi @JioCare, my Jio number is active but sometimes I don't receive incoming calls or SMS (especially early morning). A restart temporarily fixes it, but the issue keeps recurring. Please investigate. I'll share my number via DM.
