    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice new connection takes 2 days to get installed and replacing a postpaid with a prepaid takes 20 days. Who made this policy and why? Serious autocratic notions are on the rise. Customer satisfaction? who gives a damn 'bout that!

    @JioCare My number 9890516137 is not getting ON in Jammu region. All others near me has Jio and they are getting network. I am recently moved to postpaid from prepaid @reliancejio
