    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    Stuck in the middle of nowhere because @JioCare @reliancejio on-device eSIM conversion failed! Now my physical SIM is dead, eSIM won't download, and I have ZERO network signal. Can’t even call customer care. Extremely frustrating. Please DM and fix my number ASAP!

    @reliancejio @JioCare On 18 Aug 2026 at 6:09 PM, another Service Disruption was raised. SR: SR00003EFD9T. Status: OPEN. I have already paid ₹8,488.92 in advance for 6 months of my current JioFiber plan, yet I'm repeatedly losing service days.

    @JioCare Thanks for that but why disrupt my connection? I pay bills all on time. The guy I saw did something with the box repairing a different connection and my internet went away. When I asked him to check he started arguing that without complaint being assigned to him he won't. 1/2

    Hello @reliancejio ...90% of the residents in our village use Jio services, yet the internet connectivity is not functioning as it should. Complaints have been lodged multiple times by various individuals, but no solution has been found so far.

    Airtel Customer Care, here are such d***head people sitting that they don’t bother to reply even after 1 month despite several reminders. They are such idiots that they don’t care at all about their customers. Frustrated by all this, I ported my mother’s phone, my wife’s phone and am going to port my phone to @reliancejio. I am using @airtelindia AirFiber also; that too I am going to stop, all because they are not valuing us. Me going to port won’t affect them, I know that, but it’s for my self-respect. I can’t be with them who do not respect me.

    @reliancejio @JioCare The Jio 5G network in Narla Road, PIN 766110 is performing very poorly. Speed drops drastically, especially when it rains. Please check the network coverage and resolve this ASAP. #NetworkProblem
