    @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.

    @JioCare It has now been four days since I reported the service outage, yet my issue remains unresolved. What is even more unacceptable is that the assigned person, Mr. Rahul Pandey, advised me to cancel my JioFiber connection instead of resolving the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio ORN : NO0001EUZW34 The member of jio airfiber tell that it take 48 hours but now it is more then 3 days. The air filter installations doesn't done this is very bad experience i got this second time 😔

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber has been down for 2 days due to a faulty device. No resolution despite raising a complaint. The technician tried to upsell another plan instead of fixing the issue. Please share the ETA for replacement ASAP. L-1135827980 SR000003CJM9N

    @JioCare Part 4 @JioCare Later, your senior support team assured me that the issue would be resolved within 4 hours. Those 4 hours passed, but nothing changed. Today I called again and still received no satisfactory response—only more promises and no actual resolution.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am working using mobile data and over 50% of it has already been consumed due to this outage.Since Jio has not restored the service yet, please provide sufficient mobile data so I can continue my office work.Waiting for an “update” is not a solution. SR No.SR00002N0BRQ
