    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio Since last few days I've been facing problem with your network due to rain as soon as the electricity goes off all of sudden instantly your internet also stops working and signal goes down. Help to resolve it ASAP at this location.

    @JioCare What are u guys upto the internet 5G sign itself goes off not only my phone but all the phones in my home of jio network. Guys we live in Bandra West that is one of the best places in Mumbai and you guys have limited connectivity what a ridiculous service u guys have.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani My JioFi (+91 7662334377) is completely down since Monday more than 7 days now). Raised 5 complaints, promised engineer visit multiple times but no one came Support giving wrong updates daily. Working from home remotely this is affecting my job badly.

    @reliancejio Still stuck with <10 Mbps despite multiple complaints. Ticket SR00002KKP0I reopened, now “on hold” with no action. This is unacceptable service and false promises. How long does a basic fix take? Escalating this. @TRAI please intervene. @JioCare

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Wifi connection is not functioning since yesterday and I have raised the complaint on X and e mail but no action so far. I am unable to call jiofibre toll free number. It says my service call is on hold. Pl take action for restoration
