    @JioCare SR000013R0AY remains unresolved for the past 5 days. Everyday i call you and u give me a slot for technician visit but no one comes to resolve the issue. during pandemic all of us are working from home and kids studying from home w/o wifi its really difficult..pls help

    @JioCare it is been over a year where after 11:00 AM till 11:59 PM there is no downloading speed, no uploading speed. And stil how can you say that Jio is the India's fastest 4G network. You should ashamed. @TRAI can you tell which is the fastest network.I want to left @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm using Jio postoaid plus in Kolkata. Sorry to say, but the network connection isn't upto the mark in some areas. Specially it becomes painful at the underground tunnel of Kolkata Metro Railways. #jio #postpaid #kolkata

    @JioCare Please let me know if there's going to be any service at Al given this is extremely frustrating. The customer care executive says bill cycle should start from 1st till than be without internet. Is this what we get for trusting jio and migrating to jio? @jagograhakjago @DoT_India
