Even after multiple requests, I still don't have a resolution. Please call me ASAP instead of sending generic replies. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jiofiber not working in our building since last 6 days. Engineer says fault in outdoor wire, but doesn't know where. Jio Box and wire on terrace needs to be changed. Nobody responding. All residents in building affected. Pathetic
