    @JioCare internet is down for 10 days & my SR00003ANF47/CO0001TKS4Z1 are put on hold without my consent! Engineer says fiber cut needs >18m cabling & it's "out of scope." Recharged on July 8, couldn't use a single MB. Can you help fix it.

    @JioCare @JioCare , it has been three days and I have been told no one has been assigned yet. How long will it take for you to assign a person to fix this issue. If you are unable to assign an engineer today please raise for refund request for the money paid.

    @JioCare just come and disconnect the service since you clearly don’t care about resolving the issue. At least i wil have the choice to opt for a better service provider who can deliver better service!

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio There is no any option for the service disconnection in the website or through the IVR. Kindly disable my JIO fibre connection promptly as possible
