    @JioCare Same argument again and again, days and months have passed by now and still JioFiber team is not able to resolve this issue permanently, again passing the same comments that you can look for different options or vendors,why such a treatment when we have paid all our bills on time

    @JioCare My JioFiber in Porur, Chennai has been down for 8 days. Multiple complaints, calls, and an email to the Tamil Nadu Appellate Authority have received no resolution. SR: SR00002NBURM Please restore the connection urgently, a callback from Chennai JioFiber operations team.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid ₹1100 for JioAirFiber on 14th Aug (Order ID: NO00001F7HBL2). No installation done in Azamgarh. Local technician refuses to work citing personal temple trip and holidays. Please resolve today or cancel order and refund full amount.

    @JioCare @JioCare great, it scheduled today 2pm-3pm, I called the technician 3 times but no update. I requested multiple times but still no resolution. Do you guys even care about your customer? Now my assessment also gone, I don't want to use bad words but You guys are just bastards.
