@reliancejio @JioCare using jio network for more than 2yr, recently facing problem with my Data service. It drains too fast , even auto update is off. It works perfect till 50% and after that in a min. 100% data drains. Hoping for a fast solution.

@idea_cares Idea recharge plans are very bad these days. They do not even inform before the date of expiry and once expired, they do not even provide sufficient data to recharge unlike @reliancejio who atleast gives the date for few days 2 make necesry paymnts & rchg

@JioCare Your service is also not so good . I have Jiofibre at my office . Weak signal outside the room where my Modem is ? Higher plans don't work . I had bad experience when i chose 150 MBPS plan but got only 10 to 15 MBPS speed last year

What a rubbish network of jio? I haven't seen before? It's provides speed of 2G instead of 4G. Can't sent a message on WhatsApp, even Facebook app is not open.If you will not improve your network then tell us we will all switches to other network provider. @reliancejio @JioCare
