But unfortunately your 24 hours of TAT to resolve the issue which anyways you are not able to complete is not allowing me to raise relocation request as again it's needed 24 hours to get the request close.

It drains too fast , even auto update is off. It works perfect till 50% and after that in a min. 100% data drains. Hoping for a fast solution.

You tell it is valid reason to raise relocation just to change the poll point. on Saturday issue came. Sunday and Monday already gone now it's Tuesday and still issue is pending with no guarantee.

I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.
