@JioCare I think I made huge mistake by taking connection of jio fiber. I have been waiting from last 2 month to get relocate my connection still customer care executive repeating same line we can relocate till April ,then why you guys makes false promises at the time of login.

@reliancejio I hv recntly ported my vodafone no. now Vi to jio, this has proven a big mistake jio store sent me to jio center Kolar Bhopal and instead of resolving my issue jio center Kolar guard sent me back to jio center new market store(no one attented me & tretd my like hell)

@JioCare the network issues in my locality in Indore,MP have not been fixed since last year. I don’t get more than 2 bars in the day. And sometimes if I’m lucky, I get 4 bars at night. Internet speeds don’t go beyond 8mbps. I’ve complained about this thrice and still not fixed.
