@JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

@JioCare Booked Gio Fiber connection on 27th September ( connection NO0000NIF872 voice number +917553550776) and got assurance of installation in 2 hours. Today is 6th day and still Jio people telling same story of 2 hours. Kindly help.

@JioCare Hampering my work as I use wifi for my office work not to surf just internet. You tell it is valid reason to raise relocation just to change the poll point. on Saturday issue came. Sunday and Monday already gone now it's Tuesday and still issue is pending with no guarantee.

The worst service i use is @JioCare jiofiber @Airtel_Presence is far better than jio #shamonjio i prepaid my recharge for 6month it's thire fault they didn't pay thire engineer so they denied to relocate my connection now in middle my money wasted for one month.
