Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

It drains too fast , even auto update is off. It works perfect till 50% and after that in a min. 100% data drains. Hoping for a fast solution.

I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold.
