It drains too fast , even auto update is off. It works perfect till 50% and after that in a min. 100% data drains. Hoping for a fast solution.

I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. And in the new place I have to pay another Rs 1200/- for new connection but the old one still not refunded. Now customer care is clueless.
