I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

Kindly resolve this issue instead of closing the ticket while the account is still frozen.
