    @JioCare Hampering my work as I use wifi for my office work not to surf just internet. You tell it is valid reason to raise relocation just to change the poll point. on Saturday issue came. Sunday and Monday already gone now it's Tuesday and still issue is pending with no guarantee.

    @JioCare Engineer came and visited the site. But unfortunately your 24 hours of TAT to resolve the issue which anyways you are not able to complete is not allowing me to raise relocation request as again it's needed 24 hours to get the request close.

    @JioCare No your engineer are planning for disconnection of the service because they are not going to fix. I got a call for disconnection. Without my will.

    @JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

    @JioCare You can check once connection gets restore only pole box number will change nothing else. I am just mentally harassed by your engineer for not willing to work. The time and energy they waste in explaining why they can't do the fix and it's not there job. In same time ty cn fix.

    @reliancejio & @JioCare it is highly recognised default in every 4g devices all over the country that the network speed has decreased upto a large extent. Voice in calls are sounding unclear and inaudible many times even. No action has been taken till the date.
