    @JioCare I requested for cancellation of jiofiber on Monday but none of your employee came to disconnect jiofibre yet now I am trying to call you no one answer my call .. if you don't want disconnect the service then please give my refund otherwise disconnect the service fast

    @JioCare Job is to fix the issue. I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. I am simply paying for the wifi and if anything goes wrong in 24 hours issue will resolve but it's really.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber is not working after installation. Boy name Satyam sold me this connection and his senior person Rahul they Both aren’t taking my call. It’s 10th day today of not getting Internet service after paying full money on 1st day. #worstjiointernetexperience

    @JioCare I ordered one airconditioner on 16.11.22 vide order 16658999650195963A for 28990 The same was never delivered but marked as returned on 07.11.22. Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.

    @reliancejio Bitter ground reality of your customer service, I took 4 jio fiber connections for my office in Bhopal and paid in advance the total amount for 4 connections. Unfortunately connection is still not active and now even your representative has stopped picking my phone.

    @JioCare You can check once connection gets restore only pole box number will change nothing else. I am just mentally harassed by your engineer for not willing to work. The time and energy they waste in explaining why they can't do the fix and it's not there job. In same time ty cn fix.

    @JioCare I filed complaint for transfer on 19th oct, no solution yet, i got a call, engineer says new connection can be made, can't be transferred, i don't understand It has been said that port is empty for new connection but for transfer it is said that port is not empty,

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio you guys provide the most pathetic service. No option to contact customer care always a bot reply on both chat and call. Bot replies and call disconnected. Also inflated bills for no reason and no explanation. Going to get rid of it.
