I am just mentally harassed by your engineer for not willing to work. The time and energy they waste in explaining why they can't do the fix and it's not there job. In same time ty cn fix.

Unfortunately connection is still not active and now even your representative has stopped picking my phone.

Since then I have been writing both to cs and cshead but with no result. Reflects poorly on the company's working.
