I am not aware of the escalation hierarchy nor interested to understand the jio business model which they explain and put the request on hold. Each time I was told it would be resolved within an hour, but nothing has happened. I request immediate SIM delivery and a written update within 24 hours. If this isn't resolved, I will escalate to TRAI and DoT.
