@reliancejio @JioCare using jio network for more than 2yr, recently facing problem with my Data service. It drains too fast , even auto update is off. It works perfect till 50% and after that in a min. 100% data drains. Hoping for a fast solution.

@JioCare I requested for cancellation of jiofiber on Monday but none of your employee came to disconnect jiofibre yet now I am trying to call you no one answer my call .. if you don't want disconnect the service then please give my refund otherwise disconnect the service fast

@reliancejio I hv recntly ported my vodafone no. now Vi to jio, this has proven a big mistake jio store sent me to jio center Kolar Bhopal and instead of resolving my issue jio center Kolar guard sent me back to jio center new market store(no one attented me & tretd my like hell)

@JioCare Hlo again.. Its been almost 3 weeks dat I hv got jio fibre installed on my own expense paying for all the wires and connections as @reliancejio cannot give Internet service just 100 meters away and I can't wait another decade or 2 for u so called "expansion in a phased manner"
