@JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

@JioCare Hi, happy that you reply.For all those same factors, other service providers are providing better service. In fact, jio was good back those days. I even understand your part too defending jio but least you can do is to admit this and ask the company to make things better.

@JioCare It's You who is frustrated. We are merely exposing your conduct. How you loot unsuspecting customers. How you behave at time of sales And How you behave post sales. You are calling us everyday to take new connection but no resolution on existing connection issues for 6 months.
