    @JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

    @JioCare You people always ask for these things and do nothing except giving excuses that , there are so many users using net at the same time that's why this problem occurs. But mere bhai ye apki samsya hai to ise customer ki samasya na banao..

    @JioCare I had a really bad and experience from #jiofibre services..I was falsely promised for 3 months of free services post installation by the sales team and customer care also didn't care to resolve. Others, pls beware of this scam and better choose other operators.

    @reliancejio Speed is good but wifi range is pathetic, just 10ft distance from router,speed will reduce. Customer care and Tech team knowledge is very poor.

    @JioCare Executive took the security deposit in advance yesterday, till now I didn't the jio fibre installation done. Service delivery is poor even in Delhi. 🙏🙏

    @JioCare Need help with sim block. I tried calling the customer care numbers but not ale to get to talk anyone. And recorded voice says check our official site to block. I don't have a alternate number which was registered with the sim.
