    @JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

    @airtelindia @reliancejio firstly you should work on 3G & 4G then Do work for 5G & 6G. Today full day I was facing network issue for both Sim. if this type of condition in Delhi then we can't imagine your services in rural area.

    @reliancejio List is wrong, there is no 5g service in Dahod, Gujarat. Stop misleading people.

    @JioCare @JioCare after sharing address also you keeps on asking jio fiber id. Could you please send your Engineer to visit the address and fix the issue

    @reliancejio Launching 5G in 100 cities and giving access to it to 100 customers doesn't mean you should brag about it. Your Twitter support, customer care, and some stores everyone has given me unsatisfactory answers for months. It's a shame that you can't solve these little issues.

    @reliancejio Hope reliance gone improve there covergae of fibre also in city. Sarjapur road main posh area had no service from long time. Where most of IT people have flats .
