    @JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

    I don't know what is the problem with @reliancejio and @airtelindia but when I called to any airtel no. from jio sim it is not connected in 1st attempt, I have to call again and then it get connected. If it connected then it will be dropped. Why are you wasting our time @TRAI

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio,here to put up a complaint against your jio fibre sales assistants. I purchased jiofibre connection worth ₹2825 yesterday. Before payment your representatives were telling that the installation will be done on the same day or max to max the next day.

    @reliancejio had worst experience while switching to ESIM card, my SIM stopped service and I’m screwed Jio care can’t help

    @JioCare I am no way going to share my number and I don’t have any alternate number. Read again! It is not number specific problem. You are forcefully taking the confidential information of your customers. Why should one save credit card detail before recharging? @RBI @DeptConsumerAff

    @JioCare It's You who is frustrated. We are merely exposing your conduct. How you loot unsuspecting customers. How you behave at time of sales And How you behave post sales. You are calling us everyday to take new connection but no resolution on existing connection issues for 6 months.
