    @JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

    Since yesterday I'm not able to make calls and internet services. But no one is taking responsibility to fix these issues. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare ported 983002005 in jio,got a msg on 8411006098 to do Tv,however no OTP recved.On visiting Jio store M told OTP doesn't work in Jio, I have to agn submit physical Aadhaar card for TV.

    @TheMukeshAmbani @JioCare @narendramodi 18-19 Perfect network, was able to Wfh.20-21 worst network condition at my place.Nobody is dere to look into. Is this the torture Jio wants to give to their customers after a huge success in tel Industry. Paisa banao aur bhag jao..jioh beta

    @JioCare my phone number is 7014 339855 and i convert my sim to postpaid so that it may also work international..but I am in Uzbekistan now and I cannot even receiv a OTP msg why is it pls fix this issue

    Had applied for a new jio fiber connection. The installation team informed me that it would take more than a week. Tried to cancel the installation request thought your automated customer care.. didn't work. Just refund my money!! @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @airtelindia Using Airtel sim as my primary sim for more than 7 years & I am never disappointed with internet speed but 4 past 1 week speed dwindles to 10KB/s. Ve been cursing @jiocare for past 1 & half year for giving good speed but dey never listen.. Hope @airtelindia listens

    @JioCare I'm having latency issues with my internet connection (jio fiber )in Meerut my jio fiber no: 121-7967468 customer care executive is not accepting my complaint because he is just measuring internet speed .
