    @JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

    (2/4) The messages received from the so called 'Jiocare' are pathetic with no details on when the service slot is booked, time or date. After 5 days since 9th of this month when the internet stopped working, somehow we got internet on 14th but a day later a new problem arrives.

    @JioCare @KumarNavin82 These guys are horrible. I have been asking for cancellation of jio fiber since since 1 month. But they are doing nothing about it.

    I am using your prime postpaid plan of rs 999 but till 1st day I am continuously facing network issue and also internet is not working at all This is hampering my work in a great extent Neither i am getting network in my workplace nor at home. @JioCare @reliancejio @ceojio

    @_IshaAmbanis @JioCare @reliancejio How many times should I follow up and request for cancellation of my jio fiber connection? It's been almost a month now.i have sent emails , called up at customer care , sent messages on twitter . But you guys only make false promises.

    @reliancejio Very disappointed by your service. So sad that you all are not clear about your services, as Other providers are providing exact pincode or serviceable area on their websites but you all juss fooling as not showing exact city or areas just sending us the same automated message
