    @JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

    @JioCare proceeding for consumer court complaint no jio service since last 12 days in our location local dispute Kharghar Navi Mumbai sec 30 chasing consumer team now they don't have answer asking to wait with no assurance and disconnecting call

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Worst consumer service.i have jio fiber billing issue but no one to help me only recorded solution is available that's not resolve my problem. I trying many times to connect with coustomer assistant to talk but all wasted of time 😡 and messaged many times in twitter or Instagram

    @JioCare Within 2 months same thing happened in my workplace.... recommended jio fiber to them...but now we are not getting LAN connection properly ....work is getting delayed; what to do now?? Please help @JioCare ....we already have recharged with the 100mbps plan but it's of no use.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i received an SMS "Dear customer Your Jio S-IM documents has been Expired.Please contact customer care 9569606522 immediately.Your Jio S-IM will be blocked within 24hrs" How can you block my SIM in just 24 hours?? Is it a fraud ???

    @reliancejio @RelianceEnt @reliancegroup kindly take notice that jio fibre team had assured us free connection to society.but after 2 month of service started.there is no response from team .feeling cheated from jio fibre .from Satish tiwari veermahal chs lalbaug 9820464853

    @reliancejio When i try to surfing, evry time connection is not secure displayed on screen and when i switch the network to another oparator its successfully opens the websites...jio network is unnecessary secured more than needs also im unable to make my daily payments due to connection
