    @JioCare I'm using a jio-Fi device but since last few days it's working very abnormal. Network strength is good but internet speed is maximum 30-40 kbps only. Will you please diagnose it and resolve the issue ASAP?

    @JioCare I dnt wanted to do this for 10 times. Go & check DM. U people are useless,Dumb as well as hopeless. Because in 8 months U can’t even solved this issue I changed my phone Bcoz I thought it’s mobile issues but no. issues is U guys are thirdclass & Frauds #saynotojio #fraudejio

    @JioCare Relocation or whatsoever the SR has to be resolved at the first place to have no concerns at the end of customers. All of then try to gain benefits. Please a request ask all your Delhi zone Customer engineers and service centers to take care of the issues first.

    @JioCare I recently submitted a support request via email. Someone used my email address to open an account. I do not use Jio. Any assistance you can provide in removing my email address from the account is appreciated.

    @JioCare Just want to understand how can that help the mass. Please take this up and resolve these issues at the earliest. Honestly am one of the dissatisfied customers. I was a proud Jio customer initially now a frustrated customer. If today it's not resolved will move to airtel.

    @JioCare @JioCare After asking about the issue multiple times and acknowledging that the coverage is weak, there is still nothing being done to improve the network! Even the responses on the DM's have stopped! This is how supposedly the best network is! @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Dear Sir/Ma'am, These things are already in active and functional mode since 3 years,even then I've rechecked it once again,have also trouble shooted via the jio app but nothing is helping me in boosting the signal strength! @JioCare ,I'm thankful to jio for replying in off hours

    @JioCare I requested to Improve Network in my Area and not to degrade !! Now its more worse. You simply have one job to do!!
