I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

Hi @JioCare , my internet disconnected and raised the complaint on 26th January 2.30 pm. As of now it's not resolved. My service request number is SR000018JNWC. Whenever I called to customer care they are saying wait for 24 hrs. Iam going to cancel my account. #jio #JioFiber
