Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

I scheduled another appointment for 1 Sep eveng - again, no call, no update, no show. Every time I contact support, a new ticket is created and then somehow gets “Closed/Resolved” without any solution.
