@JioCare Please look into this issue very seriously. This has raised doubts over your engineers commitment. Yesterday I paid Rs. 1500 only on condition that everything will installed on Apr 2. Seems they dont know to keep promises unless when force them to refund amount.

Wowww @reliancejio @JioCare what a great service you are giving to the customer. Yesterday I booked #JioFiber and I told the agent I need urgently the next day, he gave me 101% sure. But after he is even picking up my call. I had to take today from my company bcz of internet.
