I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

This is my 2nd tweet and it's very unfortunate for me to again write the same thing.I don't know why they are named as @JioCare when they don't care at all.I have no hope now and will switch to other service provider. @reliancejio . Advice:Improve your service before bringing 5G.

@JioCare great initiative to stream the world cup for free! But people should be able to stream to enjoy the biggest sporting event. On week days people will be at their workplaces wanting to stream the matches, Laptop website doesn't even load the matches any plans to fix it?.

Dear @JioCare, I have a base plan that will expire in February. I have an upcoming plan also of 719 INR. Due to data needs I recharged a data add on plan of Rs. 181. Now the Rs. 181 plan separately can not be activated, although I currently have a base plan! Help.

@JioCare Jio number is 9821343790...problem is without using the number in albania, and using it for just 1 hr in UAE... I find that I not only do not have any balance but I m 3.5 k minus... Had switched of data and was totally on the local number..

@JioCare I tried many times they didn't support and solve my issue so only I posted in social media Your customer support executives available only in 2 languages that's not enough to support for the whole indian customers because, in India every states have theirs own regional language
