Fed-up with the fu***ng data speed of #reliance #reliancejio #jio4g at my home. It's not even on the verge of deliver the speed as promised. Please assured us that you are not gonna fix it, so we can choose the alternative.

@JioCare since the launch of 5g, internet connection has become bad,pics and videos not downloading,i had never faced any problem for the past 4 years,Jio service was excellent, this problem i am facing in location where i use my mobile almost all the time.

In its endeavour of trying to enable 5G services, @reliancejio has screwed its 4G and network services.. Switched on my phone at least 5 times today to get network coverage.. What nonsense is this! @JioCare

@JioCare I had raised a ticket for activation of my number. Ticket number: SR00001FICB1. I see that request is closed with message that number is activated. However I am unable to recharge it. The Jio center near my location also failed to help.

@JioCare @reliancejio my no is selected for 5G trial but after selection for 5G trial i m not able to use internet smoothly and properly even now I m not able to use any chatting app and calls in 4G network. Sometimes 5G network comes but internet is not working. For last 1 week

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare i have also complaint regarding this to helpline but still I m facing the same problem. After selection for 5G network i m not able to use internet and even calls properly. Problem in getting calls and doing calls. In every minutes network fluctuate. Please resolve
