I am really proud of being a Jio user but I also don't know why. Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Look into this matter soon. @JioCare @reliancejio #jionet

@JioCare It's definitely Issue. Worked from home since Lockdown in Jio net only without any Issue & last 3-4 days it's worst and pethtic data coverage ever. Unable to proceed for work due to such low service issues.

@JioCare at my location your network is very drop whole day 5 to 10 minute and its reapting solve this and do better for coustomer services and internet very slow

@JioCare @reliancejio 2/2 When you call their customer care, calls drop mid way and no call back and you have to go over the details again, only to wait for the call to drop again. The internet speed is unreliable. Worst decision to continue with this network

@JioCare The email ID provided by your customer care agent bounced back. Jio app has mistakenly recharged the same account with a monthly recharge which already has an annual account fully paid on it, while the monthly recharge was for a different account. Please fix.
