Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). If you still receive such spam calls, install TRAI DND and report each and every one of them. Within a few weeks, you will stop receiving such calls. I too had such issues initially. Now it's peace of mind.
