Internet speed is so stable that network itself forgets what it is meant for. Whenever the electricity goes, network also follows it (so obedient). Unable to raise a complaint through the JioCare app. The email support simply redirects users back to the app. Even after selecting English, the response came in Hindi and I was left waiting for a transfer. Frustrating experience.
