    @JioCare there is literally no way for me to communicate with any of your 'humans' and tell them the actual issue. WTF. I cannot use my WiFi because the adapter cable got burned due to a short circuit. I need your engineers to replace it. But your extraordinary AI won't let me go past her

    @JioCare Your JioFiber support is pathetic. My WiFi has been down repeatedly, and every complaint is marked “On Hold” without any engineer visit. I’ve been facing this issue for days, and there has been no resolution. Latest SR: SR00002MAR2S. Please stop holding complaints

    @JioCare @reliancejio it's been more than 40 hours with no network no internet from jio fiber. When will this issue will be resolved no update on it. If you can't provide internet atleast try to restore the voice calls service at least. Restore the service asap.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I asked him for assurance to install the connection today itself and then he said it will take 2 to 3 days. So I told him that I have to think about it before making payment as after payment I don't want to waste my time in following up with Jio's customer support.
