    @reliancejio Hi Reliance Jio, I have Jio AirFiber at home since many years and had been happy with the service provided. But since 27-Aug-26 the internet has been down and I never got it up and running even after your so called technician visit at home. kindly look into this.

    @JioCare kindly do relocate the main wifi box on street, bcz heavy vehicle break overhead wifi wire n whole society wifi cut out In vadodara chhani jakat naka tp 13 Did rise request on app But do kindly inform technician to install the wire at more height

    Regret choosing @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . If something is not working it never gets fixed with Jio. Think they don't have enough people and AI driven experience is horrible. Made a payment two months back on jiogate for society plan and fighting for two months

    @JioCare @JioGames Please allow mouse and keyboard control for jio cloud games. I don't want to play in gamepad when I am not habitual with it. Otherwise I need to cancel my upcoming subscription and go to some other alternatives.
