  @reliancejio @JioCare The Jio quality and service has been very disappointing. Recently got Jiofiber and it stopped working randomly, after calling customer care million times they finally picked up n scheduled the appointment to which noone ever showed up! Same with sim card!

  @JioCare I have done a recharge on my number through my jio app. And payment done by mobikwik. As per your terms and conditions If payment done by mobikwik then customer will get flat 100 rs cashback. While I didn't get cashback. Pls clarify the issue.

  My jio fibre connection is not functioning from January 5,2020. Despite complaint on time, the connection has still not been restored. This has hampered my important working schedule. @JioCare kindly, do the needful at an earliest.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Being a user to jio fiber my box is too far from my home and my drop is aprox 300m being problem to 2 3 connection kindly install a box near us as i m unable to get fully access as the primary jio tower is in my backyard R/o Gangbugh Srinagar JK.

  Hey @JioCare can't you do some work?? There is no network in my area. Even i can't watch my unacademy classes. Your service is worst. You talk about 5G but you can't provide proper 4G Networks. I think i should go with Airtel again at least they are working.

  @JioCare Your jio is now worst then from Voda and Airtel so I have 2 nos and one jio fiber so if the problem persist regularly I will switch to voda or Airtel
