    @JioCare struggling since last night regarding FIFA world cup LiveTV+ not working. Complained multiple times yesterday and today. No help or solution provided. Just that someone will call. No ticket number generated. Multiple complaints in social and Whatsapp groups. Please help.

    @JioCare I am very upset with Jio Air fibre service installed it on 6th Jun and paid for 100Mbps Plan and I am getting less than 20 MBPS Plan Raised tickets 2 times ,daily calling customer care but support received service request cancelled automatically Feel like getting cheated by Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio Fiber is down since last 18 hrs. Complaint made. No resolution from their end. This 3rd time in last 6 mths. Horrible. RELIANCE on Jio now to be reconsidered

    @JioCare @JioCare so far no progress made and all false commitments. Did any escalation contact available ?? Otherwise refund my recharge amount.. as I paid for the service but JIO doesn’t know the meaning if service. Pathetic

    @JioCare JioFiber has one of the worst customer service experiences. Constant refund delays, endless excuses, and no clear resolution. Customers are forced to keep waiting while their money is held back. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.@JioCare

    @JioCare i have active jio airfibre plan with ott subscriptions enabled. Tried the livetv+ to get to view fifa26 but i am not getting the otp even after multiple attempts. Can you please help here?

    @JioCare @JioCare I paid in advance for a 3‑month AirFiber plan starting in June, but the service has been consistently poor and unreliable. This is not the quality promised. Please arrange to take back your device and process a refund for the remaining period immediately.
