    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @TRAI In Kerala Airtel connection is very poor in most of the places. Airtel is not keen to South especially Kerala. Compared to Jio, your connection is so poor. No response from your team even after complaining

    Waiting for my device pickup since 27/02 which will initiate the refund towards my free trial of JioFiber.Though I have bought a new plan from them however they are neither sending someone to pick it up nor disclosing the reason for such delays.Poor Service @JioCare @reliancejio
