    @JioCare my jio fiberwifi connection is not working since yesterday evening 3:30p.m.i lodged complaint on my jio app.service request no-SRO0001HEB71.technician visited my place and said there is problem from the pole box but my wifi is still not working after 24hrs.takeaction.

    @JioCare why your jio app confirm my connection online and if there is any technical problems why your salesman book my connection 2 times. For your kind info. distance between the FAT box and my home is 75mtr and also their is a poll in front of my house jio can mount a FAT box their

    @JioCare its been more than a month requesting for pickup of router and tv set up, but no response. I am.shifting in 2 days and wont be responsible then after. If you are least bothered , I too am not liable for your delayed service.

    @JioCare Dear sir I have not received the Jio welcome offer yet I have been contacting the customer care representative since two days when I talked to the customer care my call was disconnected even before I could finish my conversation and my problem has not yet been resolved.

    @reliancejio @JioCare .. Jio fibre completely down.. request raised .. resolution i will get after 7th.. So what was point if resolution is so late ..how can any one work. Lot of issue..no proper speed and above all no prper support Resolution of @ACTFibernet is much faster
