  @JioCare there’s lot of network issues in Mira Road east, complaint raised still not able to resolve completely. In Mumbai Jio having such issues is strange.

  @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India Jio tower generator has been down for 20+ days. Temporary backup was removed after 2 days, while the original was returned unrepaired. During power cuts, there is No Signal, and Jio AirFiber (A6/C6/ODU) also stops working. Please intervene urgently.

  @JioCare I’ve already tried everything you suggested, including rebooting and diagnostics, but the Wi-Fi is still not working. I’ve been facing this issue for a day and have repeatedly informed customer support, but there’s still no resolution. Please raise a Service Request urgently!
