@JioCare Your guy just said that it will take 6 months to resolve the problem. Even he advised me go for WiFi calling. Such audacity! So they don't want to resolve the issue and want me to use WiFi for calling and internet. Then what is my Jio network connection meant for.

@Abdul_tabb I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancejio shame on the service you provide against the amount you charge.. Promised 300mbps speed and From last 1 mnth, fibre speed is less thn 15mbps. Better send your person and take the Dabba (modem) and fix it in your office and enjoy. 0183-7964093

@JioCare The security of my jio app is a serious concern as it is not secure, anyone can login anyone my jio account using a normal otp which jio fibre agents often asks also the respective person don't know who else has his account so please sort this mess.

Who will bear the losses of customer's due to no internet access if negligence is from the side of Internet Provider @JioCare.. More than 20 complaints.. Every time same issue what the point to have an technical team in Dehradun when cant help... Poor Customer Experience
