I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visited, the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issues

Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!
