    Sir,wish to bring your notice to the network issues we are facing since last 6 months.Our location 3 km from JIO corporate office. Around 1450 people were using JIO.Due to network issues,most people opted to port out to other networks.Request to resolve this! ASAP @reliancejio

    @reliancejio very bad service Don't take commitments seriously I have spent more than 5 hours on calls to get my account reactivated. Has been more than 28 hours since I first raised the request. Very very very poor service. Might have to throw away the Devices.

    @reliancejio If a customer has to call 10 times to get the issue resolved and still can’t get a solution other than next 24 hours from now every time you call. Just imagine how wel equipped the staff is to handle grievances of a customer.
