It's been over a month with zero resolution. ๐ด My Jio internet completely stops working every time there's a power cut in my area โ and power cuts are frequent here, so I lose internet constantly. ๐ด I've raised multiple complaints with Jio customer care, but there's been NO improvement at all. ๐ด First I was told it'll be fixed by 2 July, then pushed to 5 July, and now I'm being told it'll take 3 MONTHS?! That means the recharge I just did is basically useless if I can't even use the service. ๐ด We have 4 Jio users in our house โ none of our connections work properly, and one of them has NO network at all. What's the point of paying for a 5G plan when I can't even use basic internet? Please fix this on priority. This is unacceptable for a paying customer. #JioDown #JioNetworkIssue #ReplyJio

Diptesh Chaudhari. ๐ฎ๐ณ (@Diptesh451) reported@thvspeaks I'm on 5G, but it's not really 5G. I barely get a few Mbps from @JioCare even with premium plans. But yeah, it's a bit faster than my old 4G. No idea when they'll fix it. Plus, most of the time, I can't hear or the other person can't hear me on calls.
