    @JioCare Hi Team, I cancelled my Jiofibre connection on 14 Jan 2022, however have not received my refund. Jio engenier collected devide on 20 Jan amd account details were provided by me on the same day. Have followed up with customer care as well, however no response yet

    @JioCare @AmayraVaswani Don't worry @JioCare I already have a jio number still it's my compulsion to use Airtel. Jio network is worse at my place.

    @JioCare really pathetic service for jiofiber,it’s been week they didn’t collected setup box and didn’t process for security deposit refund, their customers care executive also don’t know how to process this.
