I suggested him to opt for @reliancejio on his next trip as they offer VoWiFi with no extra charges on incoming SMS and he thanks me for that🤪

Chandraprakash (@gchandru86) reported@JioCare I am continuously getting interruptions with my jio fiber and so far the engineer visited twice and could resolve the issue and I dropped 2 emails last week and no reply from jio care. Are you guys still taking customer query or shut down ?
