    @JioCare request you to explain the process of surrendering the jio fiber connection. The internet is down for last three days (600116)and no service engineer attended even after raising multiple service request . So I don't trust and shift to better fiber or ISP like airtel

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I am facing network issues from 20 days .Such a bad network i had never faced this type of problem. If we check the internet speed getting below 3 MBPS Download and 0.5 MBPS Upload .What a network .Please resolve the issue

    @JioCare Yesterday your support team said appointment scheduled at 11:30 AM today. Now when I called they said 8:30 PM. Yesterday when I enquired they pushed yesterday schedule as it cannot be fixed night time. Is 8:30 PM day time? #jiofibresucks

    @JioCare @JioCare this is the worst service ever. You have changed the scheduled date thrice till now and what am I supposed to do till next week. The payment was taken in the day we book yet the installation is postponed to two weeks now.

    @JioCare It's getting rescheduled for 6 days in a row. So if it's not installed by today I have to cancel it and also why your after sales are like this bad? If it's not installed by today I have to go for airtel jio fiber or tata fiber who will install in the same day.
