    @ViCustomerCare your service is very bad I had raised request at vi store to port my postpaid to prepaid. But it is not ported out yet one week already over and network so bad I think I raise to cancel my request and port to new company with better service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare When can we expect uninterrupted connection ,my kids hv been disconnected from their classes so many times jus ur fiber starts blinking red . Hv been complaining since 15days only reply i gt there is outage in our area n its temporary issue wl b resolved #JioFiber

    @TRAI @JioCare my service request id: SR000014TAQ8 & SR0000WH96A9, Jio is nt ready to resolve 4 year old issue, then hw u implementing 5G services in India😡😱? 1st implement ur 4G volte network properly, improve signal strength for Indoor,outdoor Coverage..
