    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare In Ramkola town, 5G service has not been working since 10:00 AM today, and only 4G LTE is available. This issue is not limited to my SIM — my friends and family members using Jio in the same area are also facing the same problem. Please check this.

    @JioCare Unacceptable service. Complaint closed without resolution and still no fix. “Wait 15 days” is not a solution. n78 (3500 MHz) not available since 21 April near tower (300m). Need immediate action and proper timeline.

    @JioCare Ok, Also, why you have closed this ticket SR 000033WB93 For relocation of existing airfibre, i have paid twice 1200INR total 2400. I have shared all the details including bank statement with Delhi JIO Appellate. But NO HELP, why? From earlier connection,3 months not adjusted yet.

    @JioCare My devices were connecting on airfiber. Post relocation 2.4 Ghz option is not visible. Only 5 Gh option is there. But most of the devices support 2.4 band. Jio support says jio has stopped this band. So, I should switch to other operator if I want to connect my devices on wifi.

    @JioCare I expect accurate updates and immediate action on my complaint. Please arrange a genuine visit at the earliest and resolve the issue without any further delay. If this continues, I will be forced to escalate the matter to higher authorities
