@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Ritika, this is what you’ve replied (which is the same answer I have heard over the different channels now) “Hi Ruchi, we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. The Engineer visit is scheduled. Rest assured, your issue will be resolved at the earliest. Click<link> to view your service request status on MyJio app. Click on “View More” to see details. Click on “Reschedule” button to change the appointment timing as per your availability. If the current time is within “Technician Visit Timings”, you will be able to “Track Technician” | “Call Technician”” Firstly, it doesn’t give me a definite timeline (The earliest is yet to come) or a reason. Secondly, if you’ll recheck, the request has been moved to On Hold status AGAIN citing technical reasons. Thirdly, the different methods you mentioned to reach out to the technician doesn’t work, which I had conveyed to your CC team over call, over DM and over chat.

@JioCare @JioCare I have ALREADY shared all details via DM yesterday (ORN, address, screenshots, everything). Still no update, no call, no resolution. Why are the same details being asked again and again instead of taking action? This is clearly delay tactics. It has been days now. 1/2
