    @JioCare I booked a Jiofiber on 8 Jan21, order NO0000JZ9QMN.The installation kept on hold for no reason and nobody gave me clear response. Here in bilaspur office they are giving me false promises and neglecting my request.fed up with your service.worst experience #jiofiber

    @JioCare More shocking is that they are saying it will take 41 days for a refund, seriously. How stupid it is to pay in advance and then follow and beg for installation. And there is no proper redressal mechanism.

    @reliancejio Worst experience with jio fiber connection.....very poor service and also mis selling done by Mr subham kumar(+91 99059 02177). I am chassing him for surrender the connection for more than one month but he is not attending the issue. My jio fiber no is 6542352857

    @reliancejio how can you map email aCcount to anybody without verifying?. Today somebody taken new connection it seems and I got this email. For customer privacy i have not pasted his / her number. It seems as per truCaller customer is from Jammu and Kashmir. I m Worried. 1-2
