    @reliancejio I my area Jio network strength is very poor leads to voice dropping and poor internet speed, in this 5G era i am getting only 0.9MBS download & 0.3MBPS upload speed. This certainly not as per Jio standard. Complaint Ref MR00012NJ62X, SR00001CZVP4.

    @JioCare Jio fiber down since 08/08/22. 17th has gone by. Jio is yet to act. Shameful. Very poor QoS. There seems to be no accountability or time frame for redressal. Deplorable.

    @JioCare My jiofiber is not working since last week. I have raised online complaint but there is no one addressing the issue. Customer care representative says that it will get resolved in 24 hours! I am highly dissatisfied with jio service #JioFiber
