    Even though you are launching 5G across the country. Good thing but you have thousands of customers in our village but the speed is 5KB/Sec. Unfortunate! You need to pay attention. People are turning towards Airtel. Please fix it! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m trying to convert physical sim into e-sim since last 4days..visited ur store almost 5-6 times but they are unable to do that…what should i do? Ur customer care is also not helping me out they are just saying we raised ur concern and wait for 48hours.

    @JioCare Dear  sir/mam   My mobile number is  +919518126207 i m facing network problem in my  village.  My proper location is vill - Gamar. complained many times at . 198 but there is no improvement in network. Network  is very bad.. I can not cal aur attend properly .
