    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio team, It is disheartening to say that I have been trying to get a Jio Fiber connection. However I am always being asked to fill forms, contact in email, WA etc all in vain. Support team is very poor and there is no Sales Team!

    @JioCare Thanks!!! The issue was that the internet wasn't working, however the real issue now is refusing to take a complaint and an unruly behaviour on that chat. I have already attached picture evidence for that so it would be great if you can get it resolved and confirm back. Thanks!

    @JioCare What use is to the customer ? You fill your coffers without an iota of botheration to customer service. You can keep bloating about it on media but reality is different - Jio sucks and doesn't care .

    @JioCare Internet not working. Representative Shiva Gowda at JP Nagar, Bangalore is behaving so rudely and he doesn't know to solve the issue. Manager name is Dilip (his no. 7625064787). Red light blinking issue. 1 month of recharge going to be waste. I want Refund of recharge.
