    @JioCare your customer executive font properly address the problem and shut their chat and not even respond. Still my issue is pending and they are just sending numbers of service engineer who is not listening also and giving another number

    @JioCare If you’re gonna send engineer and let him reset again my router then don’t pick my complaint it would be better if I throw jiofiber router in waste bin

    I don't get it what's wrong with @JioCare technician never respond to the call and without resolving the issue they plan to do next day and they don't bother atleast respond and share the status of issue. This is 2nd time during my service facing poor response @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani It’s more than a month for Jio number and no concrete action only false assurances, if there is any time limit or everyone is just passing the complaint to one another and harassing the customer.

    @aanjaneymishra @JioCare Arre I use the Fiber service, local guys are very prompt in response. Haven't faced much issue with my secondary number either, but that doesn't mean they can just keep shifting the deadline for the resolution time and again. Keep posting. Jai Shri Ram
