    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Converted my Jio SIM to eSIM on iPhone via MyJio. Old SIM deactivated, but eSIM still not activated after 12+ hours. No calls, SMS, or network. Please resolve this urgently. #Jio #eSIM

    @JioCare the issue exists and there is no engineer assigned yet to resolve. Looks like there is no point in complaining as well

    @JioCare Just to be clear, I took connection for my parents in my hometown. They know how to turn on and watch TV, can’t perform all these steps. I mentioned same in my previous tweets. Hope you assign support to visit and debug issue on priority.

    There is a height of patheticness, @JioCare @reliancejio, sit above that. Nothing worse that sim porting experience. Customer care is incapable of solving anything, just forwarding or avoiding. Pathetic!!!
