It’s now a month that we residents of #chanapora in #srinagar district of #kashmir don’t have proper single for mobile of Jio network, nor calling is working properly neither mobile internet services are proper, can jio authorities look into that. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare least you could convert the pack charges into account credit to be used against future billings. Credit cards, ecommerce, offline shopping all allow product/service returns and charge reversals as goodwill gesture. You should also do that.
