@JioCare No response from the engineer team even after fixing appointments multiple times. I log a appointment and they just close it without fixing the problem tried contacting them personally they just say that tomorrow your Problem will be solved but then again no response.

Installed jio fiber yesterday but I’m unable to browse internet trying to contact with customer care but didn’t respond. Waited 15-20 minutes on live chat but there was no response @reliancejio Very poor service
