@JioCare I am facing lot of problems with Jio network due to switching from 4G to 5G and 5G to 4G. Some time unable to make a call and unable to receive call also. Some time no internet connection. Please look into the issue and solve the problem. @TRAI Regards

@JioCare Hello it shows 5G after turning on and off airplane mode then it switches back to 4G automatically so there is no proper network available
