    @jio_fiber down almost every 3 days. 15+ days no internet in last 4 months but full bill charged every time. If service is unreliable, at least extend plan days for the downtime. Why should customers suffer? #JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare Beware of Jio Airfiber! Pathetic customer service. The wifi and tv failed soon after installation and I have had called the customer care 5 times, still they are not raising the issue. Now I can't even call on that number. In mails getting only system generated replies.

    @reliancejio @JioCare shocking experience of pathetic service & unethical performance. All complaint made in past 1 week for my connection were closed by engineer without even visiting the site. Problem persist but call center executive says the problem is resolved. Shame

    @JioCare my jiofibre connection was disrupted at 5:30 pm yesterday when to repair another complaint in Vasundhra Janki Kutir they cut my fibre connection with no intimation to me. I have missed all imp events since then. My comp # SRXXXX2N2WA6 has not been attended to so far

    It's highly fraud of @JioCare @reliancejio of your fibre jaipur team that fakes the complaint appointment and keep that rescheduling without resolving it for days. It's this really a jio owned service or a road side fraud service agency?? Would you escalate this SR00002N2S64.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 4 business days, yet there's still no refund. All I hear is "wait a few days." You failed at every stage—booking, installation, cancellation, and now the refund. This is truly pathetic customer service.
