@JioCare the network issues in my locality in Indore,MP have not been fixed since last year. I don’t get more than 2 bars in the day. And sometimes if I’m lucky, I get 4 bars at night. Internet speeds don’t go beyond 8mbps. I’ve complained about this thrice and still not fixed.

I was a Airtel user for network issue I port my number to jio with a recharge of Rs.2999 for 1 year after six month from last one month I am facing the same network problem,n no one is here to solve my problem in a proper way @reliancejio plz help me out

@JioCare @you guys are ridiculous, i raised the issue around 10 days back and you guys scheduled a engineer visit. No engineer visits till now even multiple schedules. If this is how you guys treat your customer i would like to discontinue.
