    @JioCare @reliancejio Singrauli, MP (486889) Jio 5G has been COMPLETELY DOWN for 4 DAYS now. No service, no updates, no resolution. Hundreds of users affected. We are paying for 5G but getting ZERO network. This is a serious service failure. Reply ASAP with a solution! #Jio5G

    @JioCare Do you guys even bother to check the complaint history? I expected a prompt action instead of you redirecting me to service request filed yesterday. Either the team is too busy to deep dive or they just want to show that the complaint has been addressed. Such a waste of time.

    what was the purpose of paying for 5g when your network is too bad that i have to switch on 4g to access net I can't even play games on jio airfiber asa well as mobile network, too bad service @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Thank you for the update. However, this issue has already been pending for 3 days despite multiple complaints and repeated assurances that it would be resolved “today” or “tomorrow.” Please ensure that the engineer actually visits and resolves the issue this time.

    Raised 20+ complaints about poor internet speed, but zero response from @JioCare. Paying for full speed but getting unusable connectivity. Resolve this in 24-48 hrs or I'm escalating to National Consumer Helpline & CPGRAMS. @TRAI @DoT_India
