    @JioCare Thanks for th reply... Is there any way to contact customer care directly with non jio number or in this situation.. I am really frustrated with dead email support except acknowledge mail i dont get any reply.. I dont expect this from top brands

    @JioCare @reliancejio your service is pathetic. Jio air fiber isn't working and I'm unable to raise an issue via myJio app. And the toll free isn't working as well. Where should I complain and how to get it resolved? This is impacting all my work.

    @JioCare @JioCare it's been almost 3 weeks you folks have not given my refund. This is the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. You cannot get installation on time, or cancel or refund. How ridiculous and frustrating.

    @JioCare 35 minutes before rec'd call from +91 22 3507 2698 to inform that JIO Fiber plan has been activated but just checked that plan is still not activated???? Please look into and arrange to close the issue

    What the hell @JioCare @JioCare I had a relocation for my Jio Fiber booked for today between 1:30 - 2:30 PM. Your app keeps saying someone will get in touch I haven’t received a call and it’s already 1:30. No way to speak to an agent. No help. What is this???
