    @reliancejio India's worst ever Network. No network coverage in our area. Complaining since 4 years but till now no improvement in network. Jio and its employees ignoring the issue since long time. Jio's internet speed is 10KBPS. Jio is one and only 2G Network in INDIA @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare The message received from Jio says internet service will be restored by 4.43 PM on 16th Aug 26. It's, 5.32PM now. When will I get internet??

    @yrmantri3 @JioCare @reliancejio I recently did that too; they've made the process complicated. Three people from customer care tried to convince me not to cancel the connection. Jiofiber used to be really good, they've changed recently.

    @JioCare So, today is 4th day and still no resolution. Why are you not processing my refund. Let me move to Airtel where I never encountered such issues. Infact, there customer care is empowered in comparison to JIO... You are just wasting time and energy... Leading to frustration.

    If my connection drops again, I will have no choice but to cancel my Jio connection, ask for a refund, and switch to a more competent service provider. I expect a permanent fix and an explanation immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio Fiber no:-6158350310

    Its day 8. Nothing happen. I have tried a lot, these Jio guys are not repairing JioFiber Outage in my area. @jiocare there is no bad wheather but when i try to contact customer support they tell that due to bad wheather we are not able to resolve.

    I want to cancel my jiofiber subscription as i am leaving the city, there’s no way to do that on jio fiber app, tried calling customer care but IVR also dont have option also no option to talk with human support, please help me cancel it asap @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Jio network is available in my area only at two points. Jio tower πŸ—Ό is 100 meters away from my house. This problem is happening in my village due to technical problem in Jio tower. Please help me.
