    @JioCare it should b3 Jiodontcare. SR000015V0QI service request is pending and whole day spoiled without internet. So would you charge for 29 days only? If not then why internet service is for 29 days a month?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Guys do you have any turnaround time for the Fiber connectivity? On a live site, it's been more than 5 days when your sales guy signed me up. I guess @airtelindia charges extra but has much better service. Now I would not even like to test your service.

    @JioCare Is the servicing cost for disconnection to be borne by the user? Because, after yesterday's service I had to pay a hefty amount to the engineer at visit for which I have not received any bill from the company as well. Kindly do the needful. SR number: SR000015U43T

    @reliancejio Please lay down fibre cables in Rewadih,Rajnandgaon,Chattisgarh as its has lots of newly constructing residential society with lots of potiential Consumers.Kindly consider this location for JioFibre Coverage.

    @reliancejio @JioCare After15days I have recharged my jio number and I think that was a mistake again call drops,unable to use internet and everytime I call your customer support they say only this too many people are using the internet.Every time.I am fadeup and going to portout

    @JioCare Jio fiber is already available in my building as customers are already using it. The helpline number you have provided is asking to punch in jio number for any further proceeding and as a non jio user I cannot connect to customer care.

    @JioCare Why are you fooling customers? I am paying for a service I hardly get to use. What are you doing to fix it. I need email address of higher authority in jio...the person who looks after network in Uttarakhand

    @reliancejio I'm so disappointed with the 5G service of Jio Fibre. Even after complaining many a times about the connection they don't rectify infact they never fail to call when I don't recharge. If you aren't fit for the service kindly don't operate. @reliancejio
