    What kind of absolute SCAM are you running, @reliancejio @JioCare ?! 🤬 My JioAirFiber service request (SR00003DD7YZ) was arbitrarily CANCELLED and falsely marked as "RESOLVED" , yet my router is STILL glowing dead red with zero connection! Are you watching this blatant fraud against common people, @TRAI ? The customer support is a joke and your ground-level workers are even worse. I am absolutely DONE with this scammer company!

    @JioCare What you have sent on DM is standard template reply rather than ETA.When the issue will resolved, when would I get the refund. Nothing is mentioned about refund process. This is yet again a delay tactic to cover up the inability of execution.

    @reliancejio Had a terrible experience with JioFibre installation. It's been a month since I got connected, and the customer service is unresponsive after payment. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Is it time to say Bye-Bye @JioCare ? 😡 My recharge expires on August 15, and after that, I probably won’t recharge Jio again. I complained about the network in June. The Jio team said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, and the situation is still the same! Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? JioCare, no more assurances now-you guys are just handing out a consolation prize.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The jiofibre is still disconnected. The problem is still unresolved even after sharing the details in your inbox and calling your executive many times. 24 hours have gone by. What kind of service is this??

    @JioCare Given that you cannot provide me the service, can you explain what good use is having the router in my house? Should I file a consumer case against JIO for taking money and not resolving issues for 1/3 of the month? Ball is in your court now!

    This is totally ridiculous even there is no support team is present in jio I don't want your service before installation I am facing such problems after Installation whom I will contact and I don't need it @reliancejio @JioCare please refund my money
