    @reliancejio @JioCare why do the Data recharge vouchers validity not carry on to the new plans ? Shouldn’t it just transfer to the new plan validity. Why scoop my money away like that it be hurting deep inside that I will never be able to use that 12gb 😞😣.

    @JioCare jio fiber speed is not constant at times drop to 6 mbps for 30 mbps plan this is really shameful....earlier ur mobile network was failure now Jio Fiber is also big failure....resolve asap

    @JioCare @smarttcrush If they installed tower, still you must need to check their services bcoz in my village we had tower still I am unable to use internet seamlessly as well as at work place which is located in Ahmedabad Keep complaing since more than 2yrs still facing problem Joining @airtelindia

    @reliancejio I can’t believe there’s no customer care person who one can actually talk to in times of need. I have given my number for porting but no response and other than chatting to senseless repetitive bots there’s no human to interact with.

    @SonuSood @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Please take a look on poor internet service i know its not right to inform you but telecom providers are not taking any action about slow connection i complaint lot of times in twitter and also through 198, do something.

    @JioCare The engineer had come and checked out stb but he also felt that the picture quality problem was stuck. Now he said that I see someone else I know I had to make this change when my stb forward raised the complaint of my resquest
