    @JioCare @reliancejio why you cannot improve your infrastructure and customer support, even after being top tier company. How many times I have to raise a request to resolve my internet issue, already 15 days has been completed without any solution. @JioCare

    It has been more than 48 hours and @JioCare can't even find out what's wrong with the #Jio #Fiber connection. That too in the national capital! Wow! And @TRAI probably doesn't even pull up the telcos for deficiency in service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 24 hrs jio fiber service is affected in my area and after each passing hour timeline for resolution get extend by further a hour. As you never extend our plan validity when we failed to recharge similarly will you pay us for service disruption ??

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, The network service in my area has been very poor for the past few days. Calls frequently disconnect, internet speed is extremely slow, and sometimes there is no signal at all. This is affecting daily communication and work.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Day 12 of a simple JioFiber relocation. Today via DM, your team confirmed a technician visit at 4:30 PM. No technician arrived. No call. No update. Another promise broken. Is this Jio’s idea of customer service? #pathetic
