@reliancejio jio customer care service is nt upto the mark and nt responding properly. I' lost my phone having two sims (of jio) yesterday evening. i called customer care to temporarily block my sims but they didn't. they asked the recharging amt. date & tym WHAT A RUBBISH Qs?

@JioCare current I'm at PIN 721506 West Bengal,sometimes can get good internet speed but maximum times net slow&Major problem unable2connect call if connected then unable2Listen&voice breaking. Pl correct the problem immediately. Don't suggest2change mobile/ restart @DoT_India
